Our delightful duo’s story began when they met on an online dating website in October 2019. The pandemic was a bright light for Suman and Shane because they spent a lot of time together during quarantine. Our passionate pair also realized they were perfect for one another during this period!

The Serene Maui Destination Wedding

Then on January 1, 2022, Suman and Shane got engaged! Shane popped the question to Suman during a weekend getaway to downtown Boston. The city skyline was in the background, and holiday decorations surrounded them! We can only imagine how magical this scene was. Then the day they tied the knot was just as enchanting! Suman and Shane are an adventurous pair — they love spending time outdoors. You can find them running, hiking, or skiing if they’re outside. Our passionate pair’s story began when they met in graduate school! At the time, Amani was working on her Master’s Degree while Stephanie was getting her Ph.D. First, they developed a close friendship! Then, quickly our delightful duo fell in love with one another. After dating for about one year, Stephanie found the perfect time to pop the question. Stephanie proposed to Amani at a serene lake — this spot was meaningful because they’d hiked here before! Currently, Stephanie and Amani are university professors in Long Beach, California, and they have two adorable kittens!

Last week, we had the pleasure of coordinating Hillary and Adam’s Maui beach wedding. Held on Ironwoods Beach, this function was romantic, elegant, and intimate! Our charming couple looked exquisite. They made this event a family affair by including their little ones in the ceremony! Most importantly, this sunset occasion was a unique experience for Hillary, Adam, and their loved ones. Before the ceremony began, Samantha from Karma Hill Photography captured some lighthearted moments. These little ones were adorable — and full of energy! We could tell they were excited about this event because they were grinning from ear to ear.

The Intimate Maui Beach Wedding

Adam was the first one to arrive at Ironwoods. Once he took his spot by Reverend Kimo Kirkman, it was time to begin the entrances! First, our delightful duo’s daughters walked down the sand and gracefully threw flower petals. After, it was our bride’s turn! Hillary walked down the beach with mom by her side. As expected, Adam’s face was full of nothing but adoration and love when he saw her!

To end this romantic beach wedding in Maui, Hillary and Adam had mini reception on the shoreline! Oren Masserman effortlessly played his ukulele as our radiant newlyweds had their first dance. They even had a sweet moment with their little girls during this tradition! Next, Hillary and Adam had a cake cutting and sparkling cider toast with their guests. However, throughout this post-ceremony celebration, you could see the bliss on Hillary and Adam’s faces. We knew this sunset affair was a dream come true for them!

Po’olenalena Beach was the location for this event! Surrounding our beautiful couple are natural lava rock formations, lofty palm trees, and sapphire waves. Above Rey and Kat was a soft blue sky and light cloud coverage! In every shot, you can see the sun’s bright rays shining down on the shore — enhancing the brilliance! In addition, we like how the natural hues at this South Maui spot are vibrant.

We love having weddings at the Four Seasons in Wailea because our delightful duos get to choose from three different locations. For Nicole and Shawn’s ceremony, they decided on Plumeria Point! Framing this rooftop spot are two fairytale-like plumeria trees enhancing the enchanting ambiance. Not to mention, the weather effortlessly created an intimate and dreamy setting for this event! The heavy cloud coverage and soft glow in the sky make this occasion feel magical.

Once Reverend Kuya pronounces Nicole and Shawn as husband and wife, it was time to take their portraits! Since Four Seasons is an oceanfront property, our captivating couple traveled down to the seaside for their session. Once they were ready, it was time for Marianne and Tate to have their first looks! We adore it when couples have a second together before heading to their ceremony. Not only can you see their blissful expressions — but you can also see the sheer love they have for one another. As soon as Tate and Marianne met eyes, there was nothing but a radiant smile on their faces! It was such a sweet event to witness. After this, we traveled to Ironwoods Beach for the ceremony! Tate took his spot at the top of the shore by Rev. Kimo Kirkman. Then once all the guests got comfortable, Marianne made her grand entrance! Our bride was escorted down the aisle by her parents!

For Lizzie and Reggie, the thought of planning a large wedding for both of their families was overwhelming. Once they learned about us, they knew they’d found the perfect option! Our Couple’s Story

Our passionate duo’s story began while they were in college. Lizzie and Reggie first met while pursuing Mechanical Engineering at their university. They became friends during their freshman year. Then they started dating during the final year of their undergraduate program!

Two and a half years later, Reggie proposed to Lizzie! He popped the question after returning home from work with a bouquet. Reggie even put the ring in a breathtaking wooden box he made himself; engraved in it were their initials!

Our Couple’s Story

Our charming couple’s story began when they met five years ago on Bumble. Hayley and Andrew found the perfect match in one another! Then when the time was right, Andrew planned an exciting proposal. He took Hayley on a scavenger hunt through Denver; she ended up in Boulder on the Colorado University Campus. Then, Andrew popped the question in front of a beautiful stone bridge! The scene was gorgeous; snow covered the trees as everything reflected into the pond.

Why We Love Their Maui Destination Wedding

The color scheme for this event paired beautifully with Gannon’s and the island’s natural beauty! You can see how exquisitely the soft pinks in the arch flowers pair with the fairytale-like greenery of the venue. Then Kahu Ricardo Hanako’o delivered a meaningful sermon! Lastly, enhancing the dreamy ambiance were soothing melodies played by Shem from Manutea Nui E. Andrew and Hayley chose a list of songs they loved and knew their guests would enjoy!

Currently, Hayley works at Eventbrite as a Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations. Then Andrew is an Accountant at a local airport in Denver, Colorado. You can find them road-tripping and hiking the National Parks in their spare time! Since our radiant newlyweds are adventurous, we knew a Maui destination wedding would be perfect for them.

Juliet and Trevor’s story began when they met in high school. Our delightful duo started dating in junior year, and they’ve been together ever since! One day while Trevor and Juliet were hiking at Yosemite National Park, Trevor popped the question. Currently, Juliet is a senior in college with plans to attend medical school in the future. Then Trevor graduated in the Spring and now works for an Agricultural Company as a Field Tech. Our adventurous duo is very active — they love being outdoors and exercising!

Emily was the coordinator, and she had a great time during this Maui venue wedding! Juliet and Trevor brought their own officiant, Jeremy Thiessen, and he delivered a beautiful sermon. Why They Had a Beach Wedding in Maui

Two years ago, Adam and Edith scheduled a family trip to Maui. Unfortunately, COVID hit, so they had to cancel. After waiting for life to return to some normalcy, they had the opportunity to reschedule! Our gorgeous pair has been dating for two and a half years. Nonetheless, they’ve always known they wanted to get married! 

However, the decision to have a beach wedding in Maui was spontaneous! Since Adam and Edith were previously married, they wanted this ceremony to be different. Their sunset event was simple and intimate. Above all, it was most important they tie the knot in a breathtaking destination with their loved ones! In every possible way, Adam and Edith’s romantic occasion was ideal for them!

Adam and Edith only had seven guests at their Maui beach wedding. However, four out of seven guests are their children! It made this ceremony meaningful knowing our charming couple’s kids joined in on this celebration.

Why They Had a Maui Wedding

Connie and Sonny became enamored with Maui when they first visited in 2018. Although they weren’t engaged then, they already envisioned a future together! One of their goals was to return to the island and bring their families.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, Connie and Sonny opted to get married via Zoom in 2020. However, our charming pair was excited to finally have their intimate ceremony and tropical celebration with their family. Not to mention, Connie and Sonny would also get to vacation with their loved ones!

Our Couple’s Story

Connie and Sonny first met in 2010 while attending college. At the time, they were externs at the same hospital. They remained good friends for a few years and then began dating in 2015! Then, when the time was right, Sonny popped the question at their favorite Italian restaurant in front of their families. Connie said it was a sweet and simple proposal!

Our beautiful couple celebrated their tenth anniversary in February of this year! However, Rosanna and Timothy wanted to commemorate this occasion with an exciting new experience. Since they’ve always wanted to visit Hawaii, they knew it’d be a lovely place to renew their vows. After doing research, they said Maui sounded like the perfect fit! Rosanna and Timothy wanted to enjoy this destination with their two kids and savor the island’s natural beauty.

The Romantic Vow Renewal in Maui

Rosanna and Timothy’s story began when they met at a Church Bible study youth group. Timothy made the first move by asking for Rosanna’s phone number. After this, their connection bloomed into a beautiful relationship!

When Rosanna and Timothy’s anniversary began approaching, they decided to do something special. They didn’t have a big ceremony ten years ago; instead, they got married at the courthouse after college. Even though Rosanna and Timothy didn’t have a traditional wedding, they say they’ve still experienced a strong joy-filled marriage. Our passionate pair shares the same goals, dreams, and faith — they were excited to celebrate this in Maui!

Currently, Timothy is a Cyber Security Engineer, while Rosanna is a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine. Our delightful duo have two precious children; a ten and one-year-old. In their spare time, you can find them being active in nature! They love swimming, biking, and going to the park. No wonder they decided to have their Maui vow renewal on the beach — it couldn’t have been more fitting for them!
