Although Sarah has been to Maui before, this trip was Matt’s first time on the island. Not to mention, our adventurous duo made their visit to this tropical destination unforgettable by having a Hawaii venue wedding! Our charming couple exchanged vows with their loved ones and the Aloha State’s breathtaking scenery surrounding them. Most importantly, this sunset affair was intimate and elegant! Before Matt and Sarah went down to the ceremony lawn, they had their first looks. This moment was magical because it was private. As soon as our lovely bride and groom saw one another, you could see nothing but adoration in their eyes. We could tell there’s no one else they’d want to marry!
Why We Adore Their Hawaii Venue Wedding
This ceremony was the perfect balance between classic and relaxed. During the entrances and exits, CJ from Manutea Nui E played soothing tunes on his ukulele — enriching the peaceful mood. Then, Kahu Euta performed a simply heartwarming sermon! As the officiant addressed Matt and Sarah, Karma Hill Photography captured every special moment of this occasion.
Lastly, Gannon’s created the perfect scene for this sunset occasion. The sweeping ocean views, lush lawn, and enchanting greenery made this ceremony feel like a tropical fairytale! However, we adore how the sun’s golden glow enhances the brilliance in every shot. This effortless radiance makes every picture look more dreamy!
Our Couple’s Story
Matt and Sarah first met one another while working at Walgreens in 2013. At the time, he was sent to Chicago on a specific assignment by Boots, a drugstore in the United Kingdom. First, our delightful duo became friends and occasionally met up.
Then in 2018, Matt and Sarah grew closer! Once our passionate pair realized there was something more, so they started a long-distance relationship. After spending 2019 traveling the world together, they had no doubts they wanted to spend their lives together! Finally, in December 2020, Matt popped the magic question. While Sarah was visiting Matt at his home in the United Kingdom — he proposed!
Our radiant newlyweds had a Hawaii venue wedding because they wanted a small celebration! Maui was the perfect location because it’s beautiful, and our adventurous duo could also spend their honeymoon on the island.
