Anesthesia training side by side. A family of four stitched together with love, patience, and grit. They did things a little backwards: had a child together, then got married at a Miami courthouse during their very first week of anesthesia school, and hearts already fully committed.

Ten years later, Edwin surprised Rosie with a ring upgrade and the engagement moment she never had. A ceremony, though, stayed on the someday list.
