Then, when it was time to start the ceremony, Reverend Kimo Kirkman began with a harmonious conch blow! After this, he delivered a heartwarming sermon. We love how you can see the joyful smiles on Katelyn and Bradley’s faces during the lei and vow exchange. You can tell there’s nowhere else they’d rather be at the moment!

However, one of our favorite moments from this ceremony was when our lovely couple exchanged their vows. Lorinda and Shane decided to make this tradition more heartfelt by writing their own. Lorinda and Shane got married under the soft sunset on the shores of DT Fleming Beach. Since there was heavy cloud coverage, there sun’s rays created a radiant glow in the sky. As the sun continued to lower, a spectrum of pastel hues painted the sky. Most importantly, our stunning couple wanted us to set up at the rocky end of the shore. We chose a private corner of the beach, so dramatic lava rocks and vivid greenery surrounded the ceremony!

When Jimmy proposed to Angie, they knew they wanted to tie the knot at a scenic destination. After four years past, our gorgeous couple realized life wasn’t stopping for anything. At last, they decided to get married in Hawaii! We wouldn’t change anything about their Maui beach wedding, so keep scrolling to experience it yourself!

This wedding is stunning! Jimmy and the twenty-three guests were the first to arrive at the shoreline. Standing at the front of the ceremony was our handsome groom, the maid of honor, and the best man. Our groom looked sophisticated but stylish in his white shirt, khaki pants, and matching suspenders. Then, when it was time for entrances, the three flowers girls and one-year-old ring bearer were first. Finally, Angie gracefully walked down the beach with her father by her side. Our bride looked breathtaking: her hairstyle was chic, makeup was classic, and gown was ethereal and airy!

The Location For Their Maui Beach Wedding

Our charming couple exchanged leis under the soft sunset at DT Fleming Beach. Although the sun doesn’t set over the water at this location — there were still exquisite colors painting the sky. Since there was little cloud coverage, the sun’s golden hour left a warm hue on the shore creating a dreamy scene. Then surrounding this ceremony are dramatic lava rocks, vivid greenery, and foamy azure waves. Above all, everything about this Northwest Maui spot set a captivating backdrop!

Our delightful duo wanted their Maui beach wedding to be relaxed, simple, and fun. Most importantly, they wanted to be surrounded by the people who love and support them!

Our Couple’s Story

Jimmy and Angie’s story started sixteen years ago when they met online. Ever since they first met, they’ve been inseparable! Three and a half years ago, Jimmy proposed to Angie. He popped the question in uptown Minneapolis under beautiful string lights. Truthfully, Angie wasn’t expecting it at all and tried to run. Luckily, Jimmy didn’t let her go!

This trip was our radiant newlywed’s first time in Hawaii. Based on their smiles in the pictures captured by Karma Hill Photography, you can tell they’re enjoying paradise!

Robert and Beth’s story began when they met at an airport bar. As fate would have it, they ended up on the same flight! Why We Adore Their Maui Wedding

Our charming couple wanted a simply relaxing ceremony on the beach, and they couldn’t have chosen a better location! Our Couple’s Story

Brooke and Matt’s story began when they met at a hospital they worked together at in Austin, Texas. Then two years later, they moved to Portland, Oregon, to be closer to family. Matt popped the question to Brooke in October 2020 in front of her sister’s family and their dogs! It was a special moment for our lovely couple because their four-legged friends were part of it!

Currently, Brooke is a Registered Nurse, and Matt is an Emergency Room Doctor. They have three dogs but plan to have more someday! Recently, they bought 8.5 acres of land and are planning to build their dream house there. We hope your home is full of sweet animals and portraits from your wedding in Maui!

The first person to arrive on the shore was Christopher and the ten wedding guests. Our groom looked very sharp in his ivory suit! When the time was right, Jasmyn walked down the sandy aisle. Reverend Kimo Kirkman was the minister for the ceremony and delivered a heartfelt sermon. He honored both our charming bride and groom’s fathers who passed away and couldn’t be there. Then Jasmyn and Christopher had time to exchange their own vows. We adored hearing our wonderful couple express their love for one another. It made the wedding more personal than it already was!

When planning out their special day, Emily and Oliver decided they wanted something sweet and simple. Most importantly, we love the sheer simplicity of Emily and Oliver’s wedding! A breathtaking Maui beach set the stage. Their closest loved ones in attendance created the aisle for our bride and groom to walk down. Then Rev. Kimo Kirkman officiated a heartwarming ceremony under the sunset. It was all effortlessly elegant!

Our Couple’s Story

Our gorgeous couple met on a popular dating app when it told them they were each other’s most compatible match. To this day, they still joke about it! The way our newlyweds got engaged was much like their Maui beach wedding: simple and delightful. Oliver popped the magic question while they were at home during the pandemic. Emily says it was a very sweet and intimate proposal!

Currently, Emily and Oliver have been together for two and a half years and live in Boston. They don’t have any kids but have an adorable dog named Max! Oliver is an E.R. Nurse while Emily is a lawyer. You can find them cooking and drinking wine in their spare time. They even have a fun tradition where they make homemade pizza every week!

Held on the vibrant shores of D.T. Fleming Beach, this morning ceremony is enchanting! Although there were clouds in the sky, the sun was still bright. You can see in the portraits caught by Karma Hill Photography there was a slight breeze. We love how this light wind makes every photo feel more airy!

Our beautiful couple arrived at their ceremony together, but this didn’t make their wedding any less romantic! As Rev. Kimo Kirkman officiated, we couldn’t help but notice the happiness on their faces. Anne and Frank were tying the knot in a tropical paradise with their closest loved ones around them.

Have you ever seen a more gorgeous bride? Anne’s gown is elegant, her hair is classic with the flower crown, and makeup is soft but glamorous. We love how her white flower lei pairs beautifully with her ivory dress. Above all, our favorite thing is how delicate her Rustic Hawaiian Bouquet is. This arrangement goes perfectly with her wedding look!

Reverend Kimo began the ceremony with the traditional blowing of the Hawaiian conch shell. With blue skies and a turquoise ocean, Tracy and Gary were surrounded by tropical beauty. And speaking of beauty, these two had the most beautiful connection! We could tell right from the start that they were meant to be. From their sweet glances to their loving lean-ins, Tracy and Gary were over the moon to say “I do” with a beach wedding in Maui. 

Our Couple’s Story

Tracy and Gary are both 58 and each have two amazing adult children. They met on Bumble almost two years ago. It was an instant match! Their engagement was easy and simple, they both decided they wanted to be married! Caitlin and Alex wanted a no-frills ceremony that was relaxing and take-your-breath-away beautiful, and their Maui Vow Renewal was that and then some! With loved ones in attendance and a couple deeply in love, the shore of DT Fleming beach has never been so warm and cozy! This is truly a marriage between best friends and soulmates.

The Maui Vow Renewal 

As Caitlin approached her husband, the air on the shore was alive with energy. Wearing a gown with a lace-back and playful updo, Caitlin looked simply beautiful. Her smile was contagious throughout the ceremony. But who wouldn’t be smiling when you’re re-marrying the love of your life? It’s little wonder why Alex was wearing that same smile! 

DT Fleming Beach decorated for the occasion with golden lighting and the rustic beauty of Maui’s west shore. The breeze blew gently as Reverend Kimo began the ceremony, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our couple and their guests. After a first dance and a celebratory toast (of apple cider), our couple spent their first moments after their Maui vow renewal walking down the tropical shore. 

Our Couple’s Story

Caitlin and Alex met in Kansas City during a mutual friend’s housewarming party in 2014. When Caitlin arrived, she noticed none of her friends were there but decided to stay anyway and meet new people. Little did she realize one of those new people would be the love of her life! Fast forward a few years later and they bought a house together and adopted their sweet furbaby, Biscuit. 

After a long day of removing the outdated wallpaper in their house and tinkering with renovations, Caitlin sat down for some much-needed relaxation. Cue Alex, crawling over to her to propose right there, in the middle of the living room. It was the perfect proposal, just the two of them, their dog, and the house they’ve planned their future in. Niether remember much of what was said, but we imagine Caitlin’s expression looked a lot like the photo below!

The late afternoon sunlight played off the west coast waters as Reverend Peter began the ceremony with the traditional conch shell. It was clear that Judy and Leonel have built a relationship based on support and tenderness. There were so many sweet moments, from forehead touches to tears and deep stares, these two have already won the marriage lottery. And now it’s their turn to celebrate their union with a gorgeous Hawaii vow renewal. 

Our Couple’s Story

Judy and Leonel met in college and married right after. Together they have two brilliant daughters. When they’re not busy at school working as an elementary principal and high school assistant principal, you can find them walking their dogs, dining out, and traveling. 

When Judy and Leonel visited Maui for their twenty-year anniversary, they turned to each other and made a promise to return for their thirtieth. And now that promise is a reality! Surrounded by a handful of loved ones and the soft ocean sprays, our couple was blanketed in the golden light of the late afternoon sun. From adorable getting-ready moments to plum-colored sunsets, this lovely wedding is one you don’t want to miss. 

The Maui Beach Wedding

We met up with Elizabeth and Jose at the Sands of Kahana. Our Maui Wedding Photographer clicked away to capture the sentimental and sweet moments as our couple readied themselves for the big moment. Wearing a classic off-the-shoulder gown with a pooling train and Hollywood curls, Elizabeth was simply gorgeous. 

In a classic style to match his beautiful bride, Jose wore a cream tie and navy suit with accents of brown leather. We loved the sweet moments shared in the comfort of the hotel room. But soon it was time to make their grand entrance on the shore! 

Our Couple’s Story

Elizabeth is a teacher and loves to hike and enjoy a bit of Netflix. Jose works as an electrician and loves to travel and hike trails with Elizabeth. They’ve been dating ten years and have grown into wonderful people together! They look forward to the joy and new growth marriage will bring. 

Our bride tells their story: “We met in 2011 at a friend’s birthday party. It was supposed to be a mascarade party but the only masked guy was Jose, lol. We instantly connected with each other. I couldn’t stop laughing at his jokes. He asked for my phone number that night and from there it just grew into this love story.”

“Jose and I got engaged one year ago today (3/15/20). We were going for a hike in the mountain range near our hometown. We decided to change our route and go explore a new area we have never been to. We reached our destination, and there was still snow to play around in. I was doing a snow angel and he got on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was soooo perfect. It was just us amongst nature and a beautiful view from our location. I couldn’t have dreamt of a more perfect proposal :)”
