Maui Holds A Special Place In Our Hearts

After getting engaged on a breathtaking grassy cliffside surrounded by palm trees in Kapalua, they knew Maui would be the perfect location for their dream wedding. Leona had always dreamed of having an oceanside wedding with her feet in the sand… Their Maui elopement was stress-free, meaningful, and beautiful. The ceremony took place at Lahaina Shores, where Leona walked into a stunning fresh flower circle awaiting them on the beach. It was full of tender and loving moments as they officially became husband and wife!

After the ceremony, our happy newlyweds Leona and Artin couldn’t help but jump into the ocean, dress and all, to celebrate their love and excitement! It was their day, and their love story had come full circle since they got engaged on the island.

The bright sun shone, casting a warm glow over the happy pair. As the Maui elopement came to a wonderful end, the sky began to turn a beautiful shade of pink and orange. They drove off into the sunset, top down too! The sky was breathtaking, making the day feel even more special!

Our newlyweds can’t wait to see what the future holds for them, and they know that whatever comes their way, they’ll face it together! We love how sleek and elegant they look in their understated elegant wedding attire. The saltwater and sand only added to the romantic beachy look!

We could feel their love radiating as they exchanged their heartfelt words with their three kiddos in attendance…

Ring Security

One of the most special moments of Jessica and Adam’s Maui vow renewal was the involvement of their kids. Those signs! The “Ring Security” signs added a playful and lighthearted element to the ceremony!

We couldn’t help but notice this was a special family moment as they stood together in the sunshine on the beach, surrounded by family. The love between Jessica and Adam was palpable, and it was evident that their kids were overjoyed to be a part of this special moment in their parents’ lives. We were really looking forward to Candice & Jordan’s Maui Beach Wedding — and it did not disappoint! Lahaina Shores served as the spectacular setting, with calm blue waters and a pastel sunset sky. And Reverend Kuya’s heartfelt ceremony warmed us like the tropical sun.

But the best part of this Hawaii Destination Wedding? The Couple! Candice and Jordan are absolute sweethearts, and we couldn’t get enough of their romantic and joyful spirit.

A Grand Arrival for a Memorable Ceremony

Candice and Jordan arrived separately to Lahaina Shores Beach. Though their wedding had a relaxed vibe, they still wanted to include some traditional elements. So they didn’t see each other until the ceremony began — until Candice made a glistening entrance onto the beach.

As Maui Beach Wedding Coordinators, we get asked about this a lot. Couples want to know if they can include some of these traditions, like special entrances or custom vows. And we say, absolutely!

With the thoughtful guidance of their onsite coordinator Rebecca and Reverend Kuya, this darling couple enjoyed that show-stopping arrival that will endure as a core memory throughout their lives.

And their Karma Hill photographer was there to capture it all — the adoring smile on Jordan’s face, the sweet moments of the ceremony, and the much-awaited moment when they’re finally pronounced husband and wife. Incredible memories from a simple yet elegant Maui beach wedding!

The Portraits & The Details

Once Candice & Jordan were officially a married couple, it was time for them to soak it all in. This meant getting some incredible portraits around Lahaina Shores Beach. We adore this time during Maui Beach Weddings. It’s a chance for the couple to get some alone time while taking in their stunning surroundings. Plus, they’re able to get a gallery of portraits that will forever serve as a time capsule to this day.

So we took this perfect pair all around the beach. Into the surf-town-style shopping plaza by the shoreline, under the swaying palm trees, and into the grassy park that lines the sand. We got detailed shots of Candice’s gown and her tropical bouquet, and little candid moments that define the couple’s romance.

And it all led up to a spectacular sunset! The Maui sky took on a pastel golden hue as the sun dipped into the water, marking the end of their wedding day but the start of their forever.

Stephanie was breathtaking with a haku pastel-colored flower crown that complemented her breezy bohemian beachy gown! We love the sheer details…the total look had us in awe! Henry looks effortlessly cool and relaxed in a crisp white button up…

I’ll Walk With You Forever

The first thing (and the only thing to do in our minds!) as “Just Maui’d”newlyweds is to take a stroll on the beach! Our happy newlyweds walked hand in hand, savoring the beauty and joy of the moment. Their Maui elopement newlywed portraits are full of light and airiness thanks to the bright morning sun. We love how incredibly happy and in love they look in these photographs! Even though it was just the two of them, it was still very romantic….even more so with the beauty of paradise surrounding them! Pure bliss…

It turns out that Greg’s good friend, who he met during dental school, invited them to stay with him while they were in Maui. That’s when Greg got the idea to ask Laurie if she wanted to get married while they were there! They stumbled across our company, Simple Maui Wedding, and were sold on the idea!

The beauty of Maui provided the perfect backdrop for this couple’s special day as they exchanged their vows on Lahaina Shores Beach. And Laurie’s dress stopped us in our tracks! (And Greg!) Her embroidered gown was breathtaking, perfectly complementing the stunning surroundings.
