Scott and Renae’s beautiful Maui elopement at Po‘olenalena Beach unfolded under the golden light of sunset. The air was warm, the tide calm, and everything about the evening felt unhurried, like the island had paused to make room for something special.

As the sun began to dip toward the horizon, Renae walked across the sand in a fitted white gown that moved like water. Her hair was gathered softly, a single orchid tucked behind her ear, catching the glow of the light. Scott waited barefoot by the shore, dressed in light linen, looking as if he had struck gold. Their ceremony was quiet and intimate, just what they envisioned…

Tropically Elegant

Their ceremony was peaceful, quiet enough to hear the rhythm of the waves between vows. Ready for a heartwarming Maui venue wedding? Some love stories begin quietly; others begin with a playful warning, like your uncle telling you not to date one of his soccer players. Christina didn’t exactly follow that advice… and thank goodness she didn’t! Because that player was Giovanny, the man who would become her partner, her best friend, and eventually, her husband.

Their story began in Orange County, where Christina first spotted Giovanny at her cousin’s soccer game. She thought he was cute (because, of course), reached out, and asked him out. Eleven years later, after a haunted ship date on the Queen Mary, endless laughter, a pandemic, and raising their beautiful daughter Rosaly, they said “I do” in paradise!

What We Dreamed Of
