We love a little glamour and playfulness with a love story, and our newlyweds brought both! Diana and Gustavo’s Maui elopement was an absolute dream come true. The couple was beaming with excitement as they exchanged sweet and thoughtful vows on the stunning Ironwoods Beach. The setting couldn’t have been more perfect for their special day! It was full of love, laughter, and smiles, as seen in their beautiful photos below…

With salty waves and a warm tropical breeze, their Maui elopement ceremony felt like something out of a fairytale. Diana looked radiant in her elegant gown, while Gustavo looked dapper as ever in his sharp suit. They were truly a match made in heaven!
The love between these two was palpable and infectious—everyone could feel it! It was such a joy to witness them tie the knot surrounded by their closest friends and family members. You could just see how significant this moment was for each other…

Their love for each other shone through every moment of their Maui elopement. From their picture-perfect ceremony to their dramatic portraits on Ironwoods Cliffs, it’s clear that they are head over heels for one another! These will be memories that they’ll cherish for the rest of their lives…

But the fun didn’t stop there! The next day we met our newlyweds for a morning-after celebration and trash-the-dress photo session! Diana and Gustavo were so playful as they frolicked in the ocean waves – it was like watching two kids at play… This is a fun option for newlyweds the morning after, as seen in these sweet photos below! They couldn’t resist jumping into the ocean and relishing their first morning as husband and wife!

We wish Diana and Gustavo all the happiness in the world as they embark on this new chapter of their lives together – may their love continue to flourish like the ocean waves surrounding them on their special day!

When Sydney casually tossed out the idea of a Hawaii wedding one night, she never expected it to become a reality! But after some thought, Garrhett thought a Maui beach wedding was a great idea! So once they settled on that idea, things started to fall into place. They chose Maui as their destination, and that was it – they were getting married in paradise!
Once they discovered Simple Maui Wedding, they completely fell in love with the idea of having an intimate beach wedding surrounded by their closest friends and family. The weather cooperated for their big day, with rain showers holding off for the most part. But even if it down poured, nothing could dampen the spirits of our happy couple! Keep reading to see beautiful moments from their big day!

The couple chose Lahaina Shores, a stunning beachfront location with a quiet strip of sand and calm waters. The natural beauty of the ocean and sky provided an incredible backdrop for their intimate ceremony. Thankfully, the rain held off for most of the day! Everyone in attendance was so touched by their ceremony and celebrated the wonderful union of our beautiful pair…

After their romantic kiss, they were ready to celebrate with a slice of cake right on the beach! Sydney looked absolutely gorgeous in her long-sleeved gown – elegant, simple, yet perfect for a beach wedding.
Their close friends and family were overjoyed to be there by their side, whether or not the sunshine made an appearance. Our newlyweds day was full of love and happiness; nothing could take away from that!

Our happy couple will forever cherish these beautiful portraits. It thrills us that we were able to make their dream come true! We can’t help but smile at how this beautiful love story unfolded on a whim! It reminds us that sometimes the best things in life happen when we least expect them – like our beautiful couple’s Maui beach wedding!

Congratulations to our happy newlyweds, Sydney and Garrhett! May your love continue to grow and flourish with each passing day. Wishing you all the happiness in the world as you embark on this new journey together as husband and wife. Cheers to a lifetime of love, laughter, and adventure!

Surrounded by their adorable children, Veronica and Chris’ Maui elopement reminded us that family is everything! Our beautiful couple was so happy for this day to arrive finally! They have been anxiously awaiting to tie the knot, so it was our pleasure to coordinate and capture their beautiful beach wedding…Please keep reading to see our favorite highlights from their day!

With their little ones in tow, our charming couple exchanged their personal vows to the sound of the ocean waves in the distance…their arms were just as full as their hearts!

Our happy newlyweds were excited to celebrate with their friends and family in paradise! But, first, they wanted to cherish these precious moments as husband and wife – a rare occasion indeed for parents of four, as you can imagine! So we wanted to ensure that every minute of their Maui elopement would be remembered!

We love these portraits with the dramatic scenery of Ironwoods Beach! The soft colors are so dreamy…Who needs all the bells and whistles of a wedding extravaganza when you have such natural beauty surrounding you? Mother nature provides the best decor you could ever desire!
Veronica looks like an ethereal goddess in her strapless lace gown with a tropical haku crown…perfection! And we love Chris’ suspenders and bow tie that matched the boys – a refreshing and dapper look for a beach wedding!

Congratulations, Veronica and Chris! It was a joy to capture your beach wedding with your sweet family! We hope you see you all again in Maui one day!

Where do we start with our charming couple? Ellie and Doug have worked together for nearly 17 years, but they are not just co-workers, as you might guess! Their Maui elopement marked the pinnacle of their relationship, and we were so pleased to capture every intimate moment! Keep reading to see more highlights from their special day…

Our beautiful couple’s story began years ago…Doug and Ellie met when they worked together on a labor/delivery unit in their local hospital. And to our surprise, they worked many years together before falling in love! Ellie has two daughters of her own, and Doug has two boys, which makes a full and rich life together, as you can imagine! He proposed in June of 2019, in a beautiful private moment at home…and they both wanted something similar for their Maui elopement!

Maui is one of their favorite places, and they have been many times before! They love the privacy and scenery of the island, especially the dramatic cliffs of Ironwoods…and with passing showers out in the ocean, a rainbow appeared to bless them in their next chapter, as you’ll see!

After so many years of being co-workers and friends, we are so happy for these two! They are officially newlyweds! Their Maui elopement was simple, elegant, and intimate – just what they envisioned! A “no fuss, no frills” elopement often can be just as moving and grand as a larger wedding, but more in a more thoughtful and subtle way…just like Ellie and Doug!

Thankfully, the showers over the ocean stayed abrest and didn’t rain on our beautiful newlyweds! It was a little breezy, but that made for gorgeous, beachy photos…

Congratulations, Ellie and Doug! May you have many more years of bliss together with your family!

We’ve been so excited to share Nami & Gustavo’s Four Seasons Maui Wedding since the moment it started! This stylish couple traveled from Japan to marry at this luxe Wailea property, and it was a wow-worthy event.
In fact, when Nami arrived at the chic lobby of the hotel, our photographer and onsite coordinator both said wow in perfect unison. Her bridal style was show-stopping — you can tell Nami is a trendsetter with an eye for romance. But she was totally down-to-earth as well, the kind of bride we love working with.
And Gus looked quite suave himself. He was in great spirits as he nervously awaited for Nami’s arrival, and when he first laid eyes on her, one of his many excited thoughts was wow.
There is so much to love about this Four Seasons Maui Wedding, and we’re going to share a lot about it below. So settle in for an evening of romance and beauty, and check out this sneak peak of Nami & Gus’s Hawaii wedding!

Reverend Joe officiated Nami & Gus’s Maui Four Seasons wedding. He brought humor and heart, along with a few Hawaiian traditions. Nami and Gus presented lei to each other and to all their guests, inviting their small group to become one with the ceremony and their surroundings.
Plumeria Point at the Four Seasons Resort is one of the prettiest wedding venues on the entire island. Two Plumeria Trees frame the altar while palms sway in the distance. It’s a small space, perfect for elopements or micro weddings.
Nami & Gus had a perfect balance of elegance and fun. They included chic styling along with kawaii (cute) details. They’re a cute couple, so it came easy to them — they were full of laughter and passion as they became husband & wife in this beautiful setting.
We are so happy we got to be a part of this memory, and we’re also glad that Karma Hill Photography captured some IG-ready images for the photogenic pair!

Nami & Gustavo had the greatest guests. The warm, jovial group came from all across the globe, meeting here in Maui to celebrate a love story that seems better than a dream.
Gus had recently moved from the US to Japan when he met Nami. He was a photographer with a techy side and a love of travel. She was an adventurous spirit who loved anything cute, fashionable, and/or fun, especially dogs!
They hit it off right away. Months turned to years, and they knew they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.
And that’s how they ended up in Wailea, Maui. With travel so complicated and each with family far & wide, it made sense to meet up in a place where they could all gather. And what better place to gather than Maui?
We of course got all kinds of group photos with their supportive guests, and then it was time to capture some newlywed portraits. We headed over to Wailea Beach with Nami & Gus while the guests started cocktails and appetizers at the Four Seasons.
Going to the beach gave us a front-row seat to a stunning sunset. And it gave Nami & Gus a chance to unwind and show off their fun, lively personalities.
We absolutely adored working with these two and being a part of their Four Seasons Maui Wedding! Keep scrolling to see how the sunset added extra style and color to their already gorgeous personalities.

A dream wedding with a beautiful couple! We loved being a part of their big day.

Congratulations, Nami & Gus! Mahalo for choosing us as your Maui Wedding planner — we wish you all the best!!

Stephanie & Michael had a beautiful Maluaka Beach wedding last week! This swoon-worthy couple traveled from Utah to elope on this scenic shoreline, and we’re so glad they did.
Stephanie donned a show-stopping gown, and you have got to see Michael’s reaction when he first sees her in it! Thankfully, Karma Hill Photography was there to capture each priceless moment, and today we’re sharing some of our favorite images.
Check out Stephanie & Michael’s wedding photo sneak peek below!

Reverend Richardo officiated Stephanie & Michael’s Hawaiian-style ceremony. He brought humor and emotion to the service, which was a perfect fit for them. They’re a lively and passionate couple, drawn to each other more and more as the years go by.
They met through work. It wasn’t a joyful or romantic place, but their relationship is. So good things can come from drab places.
Their Maluaka Beach Wedding was anything but drab. They brought so much personality and style and were all smiles as they became husband and wife.
Their personal vows had us all laughing and crying, and their wave of excitement washed over all of us when Richardo finally pronounced them married!

They included traditions from the Hawaiian Islands, like a lei exchange and oli aloha.

Maui is a special place for Stephanie & Michael. Their wedding trip was their seventh Maui vacation, so it really is a second home for them.
They got engaged nearby at Makena State park and knew they wanted an elopement that was true to them and their adventurous spirits. So they returned to our island for a beautiful, unique, and carefree Hawaii wedding at South Maluaka Beach.
We loved spending this dreamy evening with Stephanie & Michael. And now that they’ve returned home to their fur babies Buddha & Piper, they still have lots to look forward to: settling into their married life, reliving their wedding through their photos, and sharing their exciting elopement story with all their friends and family.
Keep scrolling to see how beautiful their Maluaka Beach Wedding sunset was, and join us in congratulating this stunning couple!

Maui is home to many beautiful wedding venues for a Destination Wedding, and a simple Maluaka Beach Wedding was a stunning choice for Stephanie & Michael. This Wailea beach park has golden white sand and great sunset views!

Maluaka Beach has a grassy area with picnic tables, lava rock and dramatic trees. We love getting portraits in this spot in addition to the ones we get on the sandy beach.

Mahalo, Stephanie & Michael, for choosing us as your elopement coordinator! We loved being a part of your wedding in Maui and can’t wait to see you on the island again!

Relaxed, simple, and fun are a few words that describe Wenting and Jacob’s venue wedding in Hawaii! Gannon’s lush lawn was the location for this event. Then, the soft sunset decorated the sky and created the perfect ambiance. Most importantly, our gorgeous couple had a radiant glow in every portrait captured by Karma Hill Photography. Continue scrolling to experience this event for yourself.

Wenting and Jacob decided to have a wedding in Hawaii because it’s the perfect location! Their ultimate goal was to have an intimate ceremony at a destination they could also spend their honeymoon. However, Maui’s tranquil environment and adventurous activities drew them in! This tropical getaway was their first time on the island — they couldn’t wait to experience this spot for themselves! Based on their smiles in these photos, you can tell they fell in love with this place.

Our delightful duo met during their time at the University of Connecticut! They were both Accounting Majors and happened to enroll in the same Federal Income Taxes class for the Fall of 2017. The universe works in magical ways because our passionate pair was in the same group for a semester-long project! Finally, on January 2, 2018, Wenting and Jacob began dating.
Then on August 21, 2021, Jacob popped the question. Our handsome groom thought the best place to propose would be the same spot they met! After a calming summer-night walk around campus, Jacob asked Wenting for her hand in marriage. From there, the rest is history!

Currently, Jacob is a Senior Tax Associate at ASSA ABLOY, Inc. He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and attending concerts in his free them. Wenting is a Tax Associate with KPMG and loves to paint! Our radiant newlyweds like going on adventures and trying new cuisine. Having a venue wedding in Hawaii was perfect because they got to explore the island and taste Maui’s delicious food!

Congratulations, Wenting and Jacob! Thank you for sharing your special day with us. We wish you an adventure-filled future full of love and happiness!

Christine and Hunter’s Maui beach wedding was a tranquil, elegant, and fun event! Our passionate pair decided to have their ceremony on the pearl shores of Ironwoods Beach. Attending this sunset affair was four of their favorite people! Then after Rev. Kimo Kirkman pronounces our charming couple as husband and wife — they continued celebrating! They ended the night with a lovely dinner at Merriman’s. Continue scrolling to learn more about our radiant newlyweds.

Christine and Hunter’s story began when they met on Tinder in 2016. At the time, Christine was in college in Nebraska while Hunter attended the University of Arizona. Once the semester ended, Christine moved back home to Phoenix. However, Hunter spent the summer with his dad in Texas. Throughout this time, our delightful duo texted and FaceTimed every day. They even planned to meet in person for the first time. As soon as they saw one another, it was love at sight!

Christine has always been a beach baby! Growing up, her family took her to San Diego every summer — she always loved the seaside. When Christine was six years old, her parents took her to Hawaii. She instantly became obsessed with the island. One day, she ran away from the resort and said she wasn’t returning to Arizona!
During her first summer here, they stayed at the Royal Lahaina. Christine saw a wedding taking place there; it was one of the most magical things she’d ever seen. Ever since she knew she wanted to get married in Maui! Christine and Hunter’s Maui beach wedding was a dream come true — and it was absolutely flawless!

Currently, Christine and Hunter live in Indiana. Our handsome groom is a Medical Information Specialist at Eli Lilly. Then our breathtaking bride is a behavior coach for kiddos! Our passionate pair enjoys spending time with their two dogs and doing fun activities around town.

Congratulations, Christine and Hunter! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous day with us. We wish you a future full of great movies, adventurous trips, and Disneyland getaways!

The weather may not have been clear enough for Mark and Brittany to tie the knot outdoors. However, this didn’t change how perfect their destination wedding in Maui was! Our charming couple got married with their loved ones surrounding them in an enchanting indoor location. After the ceremony, Karma Hill Photography captured romantic and dreamy portraits of our radiant newlyweds. Above all, we wouldn’t have changed a thing about this sunset occasion! Continue scrolling to experience Mark and Brittany’s day for yourself.

Rain or shine; Gannon’s never fails to create a fairytale scene for weddings! On the day of Mark and Brittany’s sunset occasion, it was showering. Thankfully, Gannon’s has an equally beautiful indoor venue for ceremonies! We adore this backup location because you get the benefits of being outdoors without sacrificing the stunning landscapes. The tall glass panel doors had a flawless view of the lush greenery, and the fresh Maui air flowed into the room! In addition, this spot had plenty of space for Mark and Brittany’s guests. Everyone sat comfortably and enjoyed the celebration!

After Kahu Ricardo Hanako’o pronounces Mark and Brittany as husband and wife, it was time for their photo session. Whenever it rains, the sky always looks breathtaking! You can see how the break in the clouds and delicate sunset enhanced the romantic ambiance. Then their photographer, Samantha, effortlessly captured Mark and Brittany’s newlywed bliss and joyful glow in every shot! Most importantly, our favorite thing about these photos is how they’re intimate and passionate.

Brittany is a gorgeous bride! Her gown from Mon Amie Bridal Salon is sleek and elegant. Then it pairs flawlessly with her White Sands Bouquet and matching flower crown from Dellables! Next, Mark looks handsome in his blue suit. This deep hue complements the ivory tones in Brittany’s attire perfectly!

Megan and Christopher’s Maui venue wedding was an elegant and beautiful affair! Gannon’s Lower Lawn set the scene as the dreamy sunset painted the sky. Surrounding our gorgeous couple was their bridal party and loved ones! Then Brado from Manutea Nui E enhanced the ceremony with his melodic tunes. Most of all, Megan and Christopher looked stunning! Keep scrolling to experience this event for yourself.

One of Megan and Christopher’s friends was the minister for this event! We adore it when a couple has someone close to them perform their ceremony. It makes every exchange and the sermon more meaningful since it’s from someone the delightful pair trusted to officiate their special day!

Megan is a breathtaking bride! Her gown is elegant, airy, and chic. In addition, we adore how exquisite Simply Beauty Maui styled her hair and makeup. Above all, her look pairs perfectly with Christopher’s sharp attire! Our groom looks handsome in his sleek dark blue suit and formal bowtie.

Gannon’s Lower Knoll was the perfect scene for this sunset affair! The lush greenery and sweeping ocean views created a fairytale-like ambiance. However, we adore how the sunset enhanced the dreamy feel. In the portraits captured by Karma Hill Photography, you can see how the brilliance made every natural hue delicate.

Standing on this knoll was a bamboo arch decorated with two floral arrangements from Dellables and white fabric! Although it’s a simple embellishment — it’s added an exquisite touch to this ceremony!

Megan and Christopher are such passionate pair! During their photo session, we could tell they were savoring their first minutes as newlyweds. You can see how blissfully they were smiling in every shot. Above all, we can’t wait to see which of these Maui venue wedding portraits are their favorite!

All it took was one trip to Hawaii for Connie and Sonny to fall in love with this destination! When our delightful couple got engaged, they couldn’t imagine celebrating their connection anywhere else. Gannon’s lush lawn set the scene, while forty-two of their closest friends and family attended. Above all, this Maui wedding was intimate and romantic! Continue scrolling to see these moments for yourself.

This ceremony was simple and relaxed! Sonny was the first person to arrive; he took his spot by the bamboo arch. Next, it was time for the groomsmen and bridesmaids to walk down the aisle. After them, it was the two ring bearers’ turn. Finally, Connie made her grand entrance! Our bride gracefully made her way down the lawn as her parents escorted her.

Connie and Sonny became enamored with Maui when they first visited in 2018. Although they weren’t engaged then, they already envisioned a future together! One of their goals was to return to the island and bring their families.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, Connie and Sonny opted to get married via Zoom in 2020. However, our charming pair was excited to finally have their intimate ceremony and tropical celebration with their family. Not to mention, Connie and Sonny would also get to vacation with their loved ones!

Connie and Sonny first met in 2010 while attending college. At the time, they were externs at the same hospital. They remained good friends for a few years and then began dating in 2015! Then, when the time was right, Sonny popped the question at their favorite Italian restaurant in front of their families. Connie said it was a sweet and simple proposal!

Congratulations, Connie and Sonny! Thank you for sharing this intimate celebration with us. We wish you a future full of love, happiness, and success!
