Do you believe in fate? Well, in our line of work of coordinating Maui venue weddings, we do! Because fate intervened in Sara and Ben’s meeting as you’ll see! Meeting at church in middle school, they dated briefly in high school before life took them in different directions. Ben joined the military, while Sara pursued a nursing career. About ten years ago, they reconnected and have been inseparable ever since, dating for the past six years!

Sara, a neonatal nurse practitioner in San Antonio, had been to Oahu before, but this was the first trip to Maui for both her and Ben, who works in the insurance field. Sara’s aunt and uncle, long-time Maui visitors, sold them on the island’s beauty and magic, and it became the perfect setting for their Maui venue wedding! It was an aloha-filled day with color and love as you’ll see below!

Their wedding ceremony was held at a stunning tropical gem, the Rustic Hawaiian Ruins, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant blooms. The atmosphere was filled with tropical abundance and color, creating a beautiful and joyous setting. The vibrant colors and fruit elevated their tropical ceremony don’t you think?! Friends and family were overjoyed to be there, sharing in the love and light that radiated throughout the day.

Tracie and Eric’s sunset Maui wedding ceremony at Polo Beach was a breathtaking celebration of their love and the natural splendor of Maui. As the golden hour bathed the beach in a warm glow, Tracie looked absolutely radiant in her white gown, her smile as vibrant as the colorful Wailea sunset bouquet she held. Eric, equally dashing, couldn’t take his eyes off his beautiful wife to be. The bridesmaids, dressed in coral, and the groomsman, complementing them in pink, added a touch of elegance and joy to the scene.

The Couple

When Eric first saw Tracie you could tell he was stunned by how incredibly beautiful his bride was. His smile was filled with so much emotion it was truely infectious. Tracie and Eric’s love for eachother was unmistakable on their special day. Their happines was contagious, creating an atmosphere of love that touched everyone present. Their choice of Maui reflected their love for serene beauty and the happiness it brings.

Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony was held on the sandy beach with gentle waves in the background. Reverend Kuya officiated, adding a touch of Hawaiian tradition. The bridal party looked radiant, with bridesmaids in coral dresses holding matching bouquets and the groomsman in a pink long sleeve button down. Tracie looked stunning in her white gown, her joy evident as she walked down the aisle to meet Eric, who looked equally handsome in his classic white dress shirt and beige pants.

After vows were exchanged Reverend Kuya blew the conch shell and they were pronounced husband and wife, and the bride and groom had their first kiss as newlyweds.

The Location

Polo Beach in Maui is a gem, especially at sunset. As the sun dipped below the horizon, it cast a stunning beam of light on the couple, creating a magical moment captured beautifully by our Maui wedding photographer. The ocean, lava rocks, and lush naupaka provided a breathtaking backdrop for their wedding photos.

And what an incredible day it was! With the crystal-clear waters of the Pacific Ocean stretching out before them at Kahana Beach, Justine and Dillon exchanged heartfelt vows surrounded by their closest friends and family.

Justine looked absolutely radiant in her gown, adorned with vibrant florals that perfectly complemented the stunning ocean backdrop. As Dillon caught sight of his bride walking towards him, his jaw dropped in awe—a truly priceless moment!

Are you just as curious about amazing love stories? Well, let us tell you the heartwarming tale of Phuong and Brandon’s Maui beach wedding. It all started in September 2018 at a children’s science center in Orange County, CA. Phuong was busy working the annual Gala, where Big Bad Voodoo Daddy was set to perform. Little did she know, her life was about to take an unexpected turn.

As fate would have it, Brandon was part of the band crew and had to arrive early to set up for the show. Phuong was assigned to assist them, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Both were hustling and bustling throughout the day, with minimal interaction between them. Exhausted after a 16-hour workday, Phuong left without saying goodbye.

The following day, Phuong decided to keep things professional and texted Brandon to inquire about the loadout. Little did she know that one text would lead to a conversation, which led to their first date and many more after that. Their connection grew stronger, and in May 2022, they found themselves on a romantic vacation in Maui…and you can imagine it led to something truly special!

Where It All Began

Surrounded by the beauty of Maui, Brandon surprised Phuong with a proposal. Overwhelmed with joy, she said, “Yes!” before he could even finish asking. But there was a funny twist – the ring he presented was a silly plastic smiley face ring, causing Phuong to think it was a joke momentarily. However, Brandon quickly reassured her that it was just a placeholder, as he had a real ring on hold pending her ring size confirmation. “Peace was restored in the world,” Phuong jokingly said, and their love story continued to unfold!

So fast forward to their Maui beach wedding, which was a beautiful and intimate event, reflecting their deep love and commitment. They couldn’t think of a better place for their vows than Maui. Maluaka Beach provided the perfect backdrop – elegant yet beachy, just like their love. With only the two of them and the breathtaking Maui sunset, they celebrated the beginning of their next chapter.

After their lovely ceremony, our happy newlyweds took full advantage of the gorgeous setting to bask in their joy! The sunset photos captured during their wedding are nothing short of breathtaking. The golden hues of the sky seemed to signify the start of their new romance. It was a moment filled with beauty, love, and pure magic! How happy do they look in these photos? Carefree and so in love…never minding their wet feet! Their big smiles say it all…
