On another beautiful day in Hawaii, Stephanie and Jeff said “I do” at their wonderful Maui venue wedding! It was hard to believe that this special couple had actually met on a blind date set up by a mutual friend! After their first date, the rest was history…they are truly meant to be together! Oceanfront Celebration

Their intimate ceremony took place at the incredible venue, Merriman’s, in Kapalua, which is located right on the water’s edge. Our charming couple, who absolutely adore the surrounding area, couldn’t have chosen a better spot for their Maui venue wedding! The ocean views, blue skies, the salty breeze, and the stunning floral arch only added to the romantic charm of their special day….

Their beautiful photos came out so bright and vibrant since the ceremony was in the late morning when the lighting is a little harsher, but our sweet pair loved the bright sunshine and blue sky that is so characteristic of Hawaii!

After many hugs, kisses, and well wishes from their fun-loving families, our newlyweds walked onto the beach to take a few more intimate portraits with us. As they strolled hand-in-hand, it felt surreal to them to be celebrating their love in Maui! It was time to take their shoes off and let newlywed bliss begin!

Stephanie looks like a beach goddess with her long blonde tresses and flowing gown – simply stunning! Her handsome new husband Jeff’s blue suit picked up the gorgeous ocean blues of the tropical setting that hit every right style note in our book!

Emily and Ross’ Maui beach wedding was nothing short of magical! It was an intimate and sacred day that felt so special, especially at such a gorgeous location, as you’ll see! It was an honor to coordinate their big day…keep reading to see more beautiful moments of their beach wedding in paradise!

The couple was overjoyed to be joined by their adult children, Sam, Matson, Madison, and Brooks, who all played a special role in their parents’ big day! The family tries to come to Maui every year, so it felt like the perfect place for Emily and Ross to tie the knot. A memorable family moment indeed!

A Family Moment

As Emily and Ross exchanged their vows, the waves crashed in the background and provided a soothing and peaceful soundtrack, and the gentle breeze added to the moment’s serenity. This day will be remembered for a lifetime!

Their beach wedding ceremony was made even more special by adding a traditional hula dancer and a ukulele player! The hula dancer added a touch of authenticity to the ceremony, and the ukulele player’s soothing melodies with the waves set the perfect tone for the romantic occasion…

Emily looked absolutely stunning on her wedding day! Her relaxed beachy gown was the perfect choice for the occasion. The flowy fabric of her dress caught in the breeze, which added to the romance of the day…and the bright pop of color of her Wailea Sunset Bouquet was so eye-catching!

Ross looked incredibly handsome in his blue suit jacket! The color was the perfect choice for a Maui beach wedding, it matched the water and sky perfectly, and it was a refreshing change from the traditional black or gray suit!

Amanda and Matt are two of a kind…they love spending quality time together and raising their 18-month-old son! They both are from a small town in Texas but never knew each other until they met on a dating app. While both were living in Texas, Amanda was blown away that she met a guy from her hometown, where everyone knows everyone! Little did they know what love had in store for them! The rest is history…

Their thoughtful vows deeply touched us; since it was just the two of them, it made it even more moving! It was as if the whole world melted away around them, and they were the only two people in the entire world…so romantic!

Love + Aloha – Maui Elopement

It’s not every day we get a beautiful bride in a short flirty dress! But we love how Maelynn veered away from tradition and opted for a flowy beach dress! It was playful and fun! Her haku flower crown was magnificent and complemented Thomas’ maile lei beautifully!

After their sweet ceremony, they wanted to take a few portraits with the dramatic scenery in the background. These photos of their Maui elopement mark the next phase of their life together!

It was a little slippery, but these two didn’t mind one bit! And thankfully, it wasn’t too windy either for Maelynn! They were savoring these intimate moments together, as you can see…

Being a Maui elopement coordinator means we get to meet wonderful couples from all around the world. Last weekend we were lucky enough to meet Isela & John and be a part of their gorgeous beach wedding!

It was a remarkable day at Southside Beach, but first we met the lovely couple at their hotel. They were putting the final touches on their attire and getting ready for one of the biggest moments of their lives. Yet they were so relaxed!

Isela & John chose to elope to Maui so that they could focus on the joy of their day without any stress or worry. It was totally working for them! We loved every minute of this sweet wedding — check out some of the photos below.

Mother Nature, Destiny, and a Maui Elopement Coordinator

We work hard to provide all our couples with the best wedding ever. Isela & John really deserved to have a great day. They’re a sweet couple who were so fun to work with. They brought warmth and kindness to every interaction.

We recommended Southside Beach for their Hawaii elopement. This Wailea beach tends to have fewer crowds, great conditions, and fantastic sunset views. We like to provide the best recommendations to each couple, and then we hope Mother Nature delivers the kind of amazing splendor we saw on Isela & John’s wedding day.

Making Each Moment Special

Rev. Kimo guided Isela & John through a Hawaiian-inspired ceremony. He added a great presence to their wedding day, offering both humor and earnestness to their vows.

After months of planning and a full day getting ready, the time finally arrived: Isela & John became husband & wife!

After their pronouncement, they walked along the beautiful beach, took portraits with the setting sun, and had an old-fashioned cake cutting. This is a great option we offer as a Maui elopement coordinator. Just because you aren’t having a big, traditional reception doesn’t mean you have to skip the sweet parts.

Not only did the cake cutting add a touch of tradition to their beach elopement, but it also made for amazing photos.

This photogenic duo was so easy to photograph, and we loved spending the evening with them.

As the sun set on their wedding day, our time as Isela & John’s Maui elopement coordinator was coming to a close. But we know these two can’t stay away from Hawaii for long. Now that they have such an important memory here, they’ll be returning to see us again and again!

It was an absolute honor to be Emily & Colin’s Maui Wedding Coordinator! This Texas pair traveled to Hawaii to exchange vows and celebrate with their nearest and dearest. You’ve got to see the sunset these two were blessed with!

The Steeple House Maui served as the stunning setting for their ceremony, and Ironwoods Beach brought it home with vibrant evening colors.

Setting Up for Success

Dellables helped us create a beautiful ceremony setup for Emily & Colin. Emily chose the Wailea Sunset bouquet, and her arch flowers matched the vibrant, tropical color pallet. The green lawn and canopy tree at the Steeple House are a blank slate for any wedding style.

Emily & Colin’s decor selections honored the natural scenery surrounding them while adding a little extra flair to personalize the space.

Then we headed inside, where Emily was patiently awaiting the start of the ceremony. It’s what every Maui Wedding Coordinator loves to see when they arrive at a venue: a gorgeous, relaxed couple, counting down the moments until they say “I Do.”

We were excited to begin the ceremony, which Rev. Joe Miles warmly officiated. He brought all the guests to tears as he led Emily & Colin through their heartfelt vows.

Toward the Sea – Planning Portraits with their Maui Wedding Coordinator

Marrying at a Maui wedding venue allowed Emily & Colin (and their guests) to have a comfortable ceremony. The Steeple House includes an air-conditioned staging area, full seating, and an indoor chapel we can use if the weather turns bad.

As perfect as the venue is, these two lovebirds still dreamed of beachside bliss. So we included beach portraits in their Maui Wedding Coordinator plans.

Karma Hill Photography captured some breathtaking images of Emily & Colin at sunset. Ironwoods Beach is just a couple minutes away from the Steeple House, and the sunset this evening was exceptionally beautiful.

We’re so glad Emily & Colin could have a chic Maui venue wedding and still get stunning beach sunset photos!

Jamie and Danielle met one other because they both have a passion for fitness and healthy living. They connected and got to know one another as friends, even though they lived in different states. Eventually, they got to a place where they could invest time and build a strong friendship. Our passionate pair felt comfortable confiding in each other and being openly honest. After five years, our charming couple took a leap of faith and went on a date. Jamie and Danielle say it’s the best decision they’ve ever made!

Why They Had A Destination Wedding in Maui

In the summer of 2019, Jamie and Danielle visited Maui — they instantly fell in love with the island and everything they’d experienced! Once they left, they felt this spot would be their special place. When Jamie and Danielle imagined their wedding, they knew they wanted it to be a celebration focused on the love and support they get. They knew an intimate ceremony in a destination they adore would be a magical way to tie the knot!

Danielle says the moment she got engaged was kind of a surprise, but not really. Our beautiful bride picked out her ring. However, Jamie got to propose during fall — his favorite time of the year! Our handsome groom popped the question on a historic, scenic high bridge in their hometown. Since Danielle is so cerebral, Jamie created multiple plans and layers to set up so she wouldn’t know it was coming!
