Juliet and Trevor’s story began when they met in high school. Our delightful duo started dating in junior year, and they’ve been together ever since! One day while Trevor and Juliet were hiking at Yosemite National Park, Trevor popped the question. Currently, Juliet is a senior in college with plans to attend medical school in the future. Then Trevor graduated in the Spring and now works for an Agricultural Company as a Field Tech. Our adventurous duo is very active — they love being outdoors and exercising!

Emily was the coordinator, and she had a great time during this Maui venue wedding! Juliet and Trevor brought their own officiant, Jeremy Thiessen, and he delivered a beautiful sermon. Our beautiful couple celebrated their tenth anniversary in February of this year! However, Rosanna and Timothy wanted to commemorate this occasion with an exciting new experience. Since they’ve always wanted to visit Hawaii, they knew it’d be a lovely place to renew their vows. After doing research, they said Maui sounded like the perfect fit! Rosanna and Timothy wanted to enjoy this destination with their two kids and savor the island’s natural beauty.

The Romantic Vow Renewal in Maui

Rosanna and Timothy’s story began when they met at a Church Bible study youth group. Timothy made the first move by asking for Rosanna’s phone number. After this, their connection bloomed into a beautiful relationship!

When Rosanna and Timothy’s anniversary began approaching, they decided to do something special. They didn’t have a big ceremony ten years ago; instead, they got married at the courthouse after college. Even though Rosanna and Timothy didn’t have a traditional wedding, they say they’ve still experienced a strong joy-filled marriage. Our passionate pair shares the same goals, dreams, and faith — they were excited to celebrate this in Maui!

Currently, Timothy is a Cyber Security Engineer, while Rosanna is a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine. Our delightful duo have two precious children; a ten and one-year-old. In their spare time, you can find them being active in nature! They love swimming, biking, and going to the park. No wonder they decided to have their Maui vow renewal on the beach — it couldn’t have been more fitting for them!

The sweeping ocean views, dramatic mountains, and lush greenery are lovely tropical landscapes. Yet, the clear sky and morning sun enhanced the brilliant ambiance! Since a few clouds were present, the sun’s rays shined down on this lush lawn. In every portrait, you can see this radiant glimmer as it creates a luminous but dreamy scene!

Our Couple’s Story

Sarah and Josh met one another in high school. However, they were only acquaintances since Josh was one year ahead of Sarah. Three years after Sarah graduated, Josh private messaged her on Facebook and asked her on a date. In September 2013, they had their first date at Starbucks! Our charming duo instantly clicked — they said it felt like they’ve been lifelong friends! 

Like all couples, Sarah and Josh have had their fair share of ups and downs. However, their luck, love, and dedication are why they’re able to celebrate eight years of being together!

Why They Had a Maui Beach Wedding

Our adventurous duo decided to have a destination wedding because they were eager to travel again! Not to mention, their loved ones needed something exciting to look forward to. Sarah and Josh wanted their special day to be an intimate celebration with their closest family and friends!

Our Couple’s Story

Ashley is in her second year as a medical student at the Military Medical School in Washington DC. Before continuing her education, she worked as a medic in the Air Force! She met Alejandro when they first started the prep program for medical school. Currently, Alex has an administrative position in the Navy but will be starting medical school next year at Washington State!

Alejandro popped the question to Ashley at Theodore Roosevelt Island in Washington DC. This location is one of their favorite places! When our adventurous pair first began dating, they would go there for evening hikes and explore the area. To make this moment more remarkable, Alejandro’s son was with them! Above all, we’re glad they made Hawaii another special spot by having their Maui beach wedding here!

Why We Love Their Maui Venue Wedding

Merriman’s Kapalua was the location for this event, and this spot provided us with breathtaking scenes! Silky clouds and the setting sun’s luminous glow were decorating the sky. Then the lush lawn and lofty palm trees created a magical landscape. However, we adore how exquisite the circle arch is with the vivid greenery. It enhances the dreamy ambiance and makes this ceremony look like a tropical fairytale!

Our Couple’s Story

Fate was working overtime when Haily and Hugo met! In November 2016, Haily moved to Maui because she got a new job. Then in February 2017, Hugo visited the island with his mother, brother, and brother’s girlfriend to celebrate his mom’s birthday! After his brother mentioned a dating app, Hugo decided to try it during his vacation.

Once Haily and Hugo both swiped right on each other, Hugo messaged her to make a connection. Then, one day later, they met up at Canoe Beach! From there, they never stopped talking. Then in 2018, Haily moved back to California to be closer to Hugo and her family.

The weather forecast said it was supposed to rain all day, but lucky for us, it didn’t. It’s almost as if this Maui venue wedding was meant to be!

Their one-year-old daughter was the flower girl! Although she got a little fussy during the ceremony, she was nothing but smiles when she was in her parents’ arms. You can tell Haily and Hugo are great parents to their little one!

Rachel and Joe’s Hawaii beach wedding was a simple and intimate affair. Ironwoods Beach set the scene, Reverend Kimo Kirkman was the officiant, and CJ from Manutea Nui E played his tranquil tunes! Rachel and Joe exchanged leis on the ivory shores of Ironwoods Beach! As the bright sun lowered in the sky, it left a soft glow on the seaside. This brilliance created a dreamy ambiance! Then the foamy sapphire waves, striking rock formations, and picturesque cliffs enhanced the enchanting scene.

The Tropical Hawaii Beach Wedding

After Reverend Kimo Kirkman pronounced our delightful duo husband and wife, they had their first dance! CJ from Manutea Nui E played his ukulele and made this moment feel more romantic and peaceful. However, you can see their blissful glow in every picture captured by Karma Hill Photography! We have no doubts these radiant newlyweds are enjoying their time in paradise.

Rachel’s hair and makeup by MeiLi Autumn Beauty are classic and glamorous, while her gown is traditional and chic! Then Joe’s blue suit is sharp and sleek. Lastly, you can see how exquisitely their outfits complement their leis!

Rachel’s custom bouquet by Dellables is gorgeous! We love all the different shades of red and how they contrast with the light green tones.

Right as the sun was setting, Karma Hill Photography captured breathtaking shots! The luminous glow in the background makes every portrait look ethereal. Then the epic cliffs add a dramatic touch to every photo. Not to mention, Rachel and Joe are looking at one another as if they’re the only two on the beach.
