When Ky & Malanee decided to Elope in Maui, they felt relief and excitement wash over them. This sweet couple works long hours, so they had little time and energy to plan an elaborate wedding. So instead, they packed their bags, flew to Hawaii, and married with their toes in the sand.

About This Couple

Malanee works at a cardio cath lab, and Ky is an equine dentist. They work hard but also know how to have a great time. It’s no wonder they met at a Music Festival. After all, they are two soulful and spirits up for any adventure.

Ky proposed to Malanee the night she graduated college. After that, they had even more adventure in store. Even though they’ve never been to Hawaii before, they chose to Elope in Maui!

They were having a great time on their vacation. We love how they brought great vibes and romantic energy to their ceremony!

The Peaceful Hawaii Beach Elopement

This delightful duo came to the sandy shores separately. First to arrive was Philip! Our groom looked sharp in his navy suit — his attire will pair perfectly with his deep green maile lei. Next was Rachael, and she made a graceful entrance onto the beach. Rachael makes an exquisite bride; her gown is elegant, and styling by Simply Beauty Maui is chic! Our Couple’s Story

Rachael and Philip’s story began when they met at the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2007. Then in 2016, they got engaged in the Gardens of Eze in Southern France! Currently, our charming couple lives in Salt Lake City, Utah. You can find them enjoying the outdoors or exploring the world together in their free time! Lastly, our lovely couple decided to elope in Maui because they wanted this event to reflect their adventurous spirit! She looks breathtaking in her ethereal and airy gown, then her regal hair and makeup pair with the dress flawlessly!

Natana is a vision of beauty as she walks down the aisle towards Marshall, who is patiently waiting for her. The ocean breeze gently rustles their hair and adds a touch of romance to the moment.They chose to have an intimate ceremony with just the two of them, surrounded by the natural beauty of Maui. As they make their commitment to each other, it’s clear that nothing else matters but the love they share.

Our Couple’s Story

Originally from Brazil, Natana came to California to improve her English. While she was here, she met Marshall, a native Californian, through Instagram. On December 8, 2018, our charming couple went on their first date. From there, they’ve been inseparable! Then their connection continued to grow because Natana began to adopt Marshall’s five-year-old boxer, Odin, as her son. Finally, on December 24, 2021, Marshall asked Natana to marry him with Odin’s help!

This adventurous duo loves the sun and heat — it was no surprise they decided to have a Hawaii beach elopement! During summer, you can find them walking with Odin or relaxing by the seaside.

Enhancing the fairytale ambiance is a winding tree hanging above the arch. Although there was heavy cloud coverage, it made the sky look dreamy during dusk.

Our Couple’s Story

This passionate couple’s story began when Josie’s best friend, who was also David’s co-worker, introduced them. When the time was right, David popped the question to Josie on Cannon Beach. Currently, they have five charming kids and two delightful dogs! In their spare time, you can find them spending time with friends and family, cooking, or appreciating the outdoors!

Our radiant newlyweds decided to have a destination wedding in Maui because of David’s strong connection with the islands. Since our handsome groom lived in Oahu as a kid, Hawaii is his happy place! Not to mention, our breathtaking bride loves everything about Maui! In 2019, Randall and Jack visited Hawaii and fell in love with the aloha spirit! During this trip, our beautiful couple joked about getting married on the island! It was almost as if they planted the seed because they got to elope in Maui last week! Now, this destination will always have a special place in their hearts! Our stunning couple exchanged vows on Southside Beach. Velvety clouds were covering the sky as the cerulean waves flowed onto the sandy shore. In every picture captured by Karma Hill Photography, you can see the many landscapes found at this South Maui spot. The soaring palm trees, epic lava rock formations, and rich greenery are a few of our favorites decorating the background!

Why They Decided To Elope In Maui

Several years ago, Randall and Jack visited the island and were close to spontaneously getting married on Southside Beach. When it was time to plan their day, they knew they would tie the knot in Hawaii. Our lovely couple got legally married in their hometown before their getaway and wanted to do something exciting in Maui! Since they’re both laid-back people, an intimate ceremony on a scenic beach was perfect for them! 

Randall is such a breathtaking bride! Her Maggie Soterro wedding gown is elegant, her hair is classic, and her makeup is chic. We adore how she chose the White Sands bouquet by Dellables — it’s delicate and simple. Most importantly, it goes gorgeously with her regal attire! And Jack makes a handsome groom! His suit from Banana Republic is sharp and bold. Overall, his monochromatic outfit is ideal for a peaceful Maui elopement.

What a magical picture! The soft shades painting the sky give this shot a dreamy feel. You can see how the light hues contrast with the deep tones of the lava rocks. Above all, we like how romantic this photograph is. Jack and Randall look so passionate. You can tell they’re enjoying this moment as husband and wife on the beach!
