A vibrant tropical flower circle nestled in the sand, bursting with color, coral, tangerine, magenta, blush, like Maui herself had arranged it just for them. And in the center? Douglas dropped to one knee and asked Lourdes to spend forever with him.

There are surprise proposals… and then there are Maui surprise proposals that feel like they were plucked straight from a movie script. Dany and Marissa’s big moment at the Naupaka Lawn at the Ka’anapali Outrigger Beach Resort was absolutely one of those.

Let’s start with this: Dany went all out. We’re talking full-on Marry Me sign, a silk flower circle, picture-perfect setup, and the most stunning Maui backdrop you could possibly imagine. These two met just before the pandemic, and after several years of being together, Jonathan had something truly extraordinary planned for his beloved Sonia with help from our wedding coordinators! As they strolled hand in hand, the air filled with palpable anticipation. Sonia couldn’t help but sense that something extraordinary was about to unfold. With bated breath, Jonathan knelt down on one knee, his emotions soaring as he presented Sonia with a heartfelt box symbolizing their shared journey.
