Ileah and Bradley’s Hawaii Destination Wedding took place on the lush lawn of the 5 Palms in Wailea. Overlooking the spectacular view of the seascape and blue Maui skies, this ceremony is what island dreams are made of! With love all around and the sweet smell of the salty ocean, this wedding day had everything a couple could hope for.

The ceremony opened with the soul-stirring sound of the conch shell and the luminous site of the bride. Ileah wore a simple yet elegant satin gown with a bejeweled back embellishment and a petite flair train. Carrying a custom bouquet of orchids and tropical greenery, Ileah is nothing short of stunning.

After the touching vows and sweet first kiss, we took our couple down to the shore to celebrate their union in the warm light of sunset. Ileah’s mother suggested a Hawaii destination wedding. As they say, mother knows best! Following the wedding day, Ileah and Bradley planned to take all their guests on a snorkel cruise to make the most of their family and loved ones’ vacation! Unfortunately, we didn’t get pics of that fun day because we didn’t coordinate that adventure. But keep scrolling for all the gorgeous sunset shots of the beautiful wedding we did!

Once the sun went down, it was time to party! Ileah and Bradley’s wedding reception took place right at the 5 Palms and featured some of the cutest dances we’ve seen! The newly married couple held each other tight and danced to the song that played when they got engaged. Then it was time for Ileah and her grandmother to have their special dance to “Crazy” by Patsy Cline. The smiles and cheers were everywhere that night!

Congratulations, Ileah and Bradley! We hope you had a wonderful remainder of your stay and wish you only the best in the years ahead.

Nestled in the heart of Kapalua, Katee and Ryan’s Venue Wedding in Maui took place in the scenic yard of the historic Steeple House. The island brought her best weather, with streamers of golden sunlight and plenty of tropical florals. This ceremony was one to remember.

The Steeple House features its original 1950 architecture with chapel ceilings and plantation elements. We love this location because it offers a spectacular view and has an onsite area for final touches. As Katee and her girls finished the details, we stood by as she took in those magical moments before stepping out onto the aisle.
Draped in a lace gown with a button-down back and lush, wavy locks that would make the ladies of Hollywood green with envy, Katee was simply stunning. We could not look away, especially when she smiled! Keep scrolling for the magic moment when Ryan first lays eyes on her!

Katee works in Human Resources, and Ryan is pursuing his MBA. Both recently moved to Oahu for a change of pace and to embark on their new career paths. Because they were new to the island, they joined Meetup.com to meet other 20-somethings and build connections. Little did they know one of those connections would result in the love of a lifetime! The connection was instant!
During a trip to the north shore with friends, Katee and Ryan shared their first kiss on the sand beneath the moonlight, with the sound of the crashing waves in the background. Within months it was official! Together they own a condo and two adorable cats. Although we have to say, these two take the cake when it comes to cuteness!

Mahalo nui loa, Katee and Ryan, for trusting us with your venue wedding in Maui! We wish you all the very best in the years ahead and hope to see you again on the island. Until then, we send our fondest Aloha.

Andrea and Brian’s Destination Wedding in Hawaii took place on the lush lawn of the 5 Palms in Wailea. Guests were treated to sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and some of the sweetest ceremony moments we’ve seen. From a trio of adorable flower girls to the soft and genuine glances of love between our bride and groom, this was a wedding day flooded with affection!

The ceremony began with the traditional blowing of the conch shell, which cued three of the cutest flower girls we’ve seen! Following the sweet petal tosses, Andrea made her debut on the arm of her handsome son. Wearing a mermaid-flair gown with a lace bodice and a cathedral-length train, Andrea out splashed the ocean! Our hearts were glowing as we watched the loving expression on Brian’s face as he finally got up close with his bride. Sweet moments like these are priceless!

Andrea is a therapist, and Brian works as a plumber. They both grew up in Fremont, California and each has a wonderful son from previous marriages. Andrea and Brian were part of each other’s social circle growing up, but they ended up going their separate ways. Until one fateful day when they reconnected at a party of a mutual friend. From then on, it was nothing but love.

Our bride tells their story: “We got engaged on New Year’s Eve of 2020. Brian proposed at a party at our friend’s house. I had no idea that he was going to propose, or even that he was thinking of proposing, so I was very surprised. It was getting close to midnight and Brian had help from a couple of our friends who knew about the proposal.”
“They gathered everyone into the living room and turned the lights up and the music down. Our friend Joey said, “Brian wants to make a toast”, and he got down on his knee and asked me to marry him. As I said, I was totally caught off guard but I was so happy and of course said yes. All of our friends were there, which made the proposal extra special. I couldn’t have wanted anything more. I loved that he proposed in front of our people. It was such a great night and I will never forget it.”

Congratulation, Andrea and Bryan! Thank you for choosing us to coordinate your Destination Wedding in Hawaii. We wish you all the happiness and love in the decades ahead!

Lindsay and Ryan were married on Gannon’s Ceremony Knoll, overlooking the panoramic view of Maui’s south shore. The day was vibrant and the air was filled with the faint scent of roses and the salty breeze from the ocean. This Maui Venue Wedding perfectly blended classic contemporary with warm tropical touches.

The moment Ryan turned and saw his beautiful bride was pure magic. Wearing a strapless button-down gown with a floral overlay and Hollywood-worthy waves, Lindsay is absolutely stunning. Ryan’s smile says it all: not only is she radiant, but she’s also the love of his life.

Following their touching vows in front of the rustic driftwood arch, Lindsay and Ryan cemented their union with a kiss worth celebrating! Then it was time for group shots and a quick drive to the shore for beach portraits against the sunset!

Lindsay works at a high school district doing accounting, and Ryan is a foreman for a glazing glass company. Their love story began on Bumble. When they met up face-to-face, there was an instant deep connection and Lindsay knew he was the one. During their first date in Claremont, Lindsay says their eyes met and they were like “wow”! When you know, you know!

They spent nearly every day together since that wow moment. Ryan proposed in Redlands under Umbrella Street and they celebrated with oysters and drinks. It was a simple day, the best kind of engagement. Together they have one furbaby, although she’s not so much of a baby anymore! Bella is thirteen and Lindsay has had her since she was a puppy.
While Bella wasn’t able to join, we have a feeling she was putting on the cutest doggy-grin for her mom and dad’s Maui Venue Wedding! Keep scrolling for more of our beautiful couple!

Miriam and Joshua’s Maui Beach Elopement was flooded with sunshine with love everywhere you looked. From the beautiful bride and groom to the beachgoers cheering them on, from the piercing ocean to the golden Maui sun, Miriam and Joshua’s big day brought the saying “love is all around” to life!

The moment Miriam made her entrance on the sands of Polo Beach, we could tell this was going to be a special Maui Beach Elopement. Watching the love of his life make her way towards him, Joshua could not hold back his excitement. Those eyes, that smile, he was so clearly over the moon to marry Miriam.

Wearing an open-backed gown in ivory with a jeweled bodice and a sweeping train fit for a cathedral, Miriam is simply gorgeous. We love how her stylish loose waves and custom bouquet of white anthurium and monstera leaf add the perfect touch of tropical goodness to her elegant look.
Wearing a tailored suit in midnight blue with a floral printed tie to bring out the colors of the sunset, Joshua is looking pretty sleek himself! The best part? The sweet demeanor shared between these two! Keep scrolling for more of their day of love!

We were thrilled to coordinate Kayla and Randy’s Maui Beach Elopement on the rustic shore of Baldwin. Together with Kayla’s parents and son, our couple celebrated six years of love with a ceremony that was nothing short of beautiful. With every moment worth highlighting, this was a day plucked from the stars.

Wearing a strapless gown with a show-stopping train, Kayla was simply gorgeous. We loved how the subtle pearl accents called attention to her glowing features and beachy waves. Doing his part in bringing style to the shore, Randy looks modern and sophisticated in a tailored navy vest and coal gray slacks, all tied together with accents of leather. Is this a pin-worthy couple, or what?!

But by far the most beautiful thing on the beach that day was the love shared between Kayla and Randy. And no matter how many times they wear those smiles or exchange those glances, a love like this will never go out of style.

Kayla and Randy live together in Lake Stevens, Washington with Kayla’s 8-year-old son Brayden (AKA super cutie!!–keep scrolling!), their two cats Luna & Leo, and their French bulldog puppy Kirby. Kayla works in medical billing and Randy works at Boeing.
A couple of years ago, our sister company, Karma Hill Photography, had the pleasure of capturing Kayla and Randy’s save-the-date photos for their wedding. Together for six years, Kayla and Randy met on Tinder and hit it off immediately. One special day, they embarked on a hiking exposition, but they ended up getting so lost that they had to climb on boulders to get to the top! At the bottom of the mountain, Randy proposed, and the rest of the story is right here on this blog!

Congratulations, Kayla and Randy! It was a joy working with you to help bring your wedding into reality. You are an amazing and strong couple, and we wish you and your family all the happiness in the years to come. We send our fondest Aloha.

Delicate clouds speckled the expansive sky for Adriana and Chris’s Maui Micro Wedding. Set in front of a backdrop of ocean blue, our couple finalized an engagement of five years and blended their beautiful family of six. With loved ones watching on, this ceremony perfectly encapsulated the breezy beauty of a Hawaii beach wedding.

Ironwoods beach served as the sandy venue, decorated in golden sands and a sapphire blue sea with towering rock formations in the distance. Adriana made her entrance, looking stunning in a gown with drapery accents and a full button-down back. Sporting a tan linen suit and a megawatt smile, Chris was the walking embodiment of a happy groom! What could be better than celebrating the love of your life in pure paradise?!

Reverend Kuya opened the ceremony, and our couple exchanged traditional leis and vows before the big “I do.” After a sweet bite of wedding cake, we took advantage of the gorgeous sunset and explored the striking backdrops of Ironwoods. Keep scrolling for more of this beautiful Maui Micro Wedding!

Chris owns a landscaping company, and Adriana works for a general contractor company in the risk department. Together they have four children, a son and daughter from Chris and two daughters from Adriana. They met at work and have been together for roughly seven years. When Chris felt the moment was right, he proposed to Adriana on a casual Sunday with all her family there to celebrate!
And here they are, five years later and living the dream, getting married on an island where Adriana describes as a place “You can breathe peace and come back to the real world full of positive energy!!” We think that perfectly encapsulates this beautiful Micro Wedding in Maui!

Congratulations, Adriana and Chris! Your Maui Micro Wedding was simply stunning, and we had a joy working with you. We wish you all the very best in the years ahead!

Simply lovely is the perfect way to describe Kristen and Adam’s beach wedding in Maui. With their two sweet children at their side, our couple said “I do” in front of the sweeping views of Ironwoods Beach. Having to postpone their wedding plans for almost a year, this Big Day was highly anticipated and filled to the brim with excitement.

Ironwoods Beach perfectly encapsulates the wild beauty of the island. A Beach Wedding in Maui along this shoreline is bound to feature dramatic ocean scapes and striking rocky cliffs. Kristen always knew this was the beach she and Adam would say “I do” on:
“When we first landed in Maui in September, I took Adam and my parents (who have never been to Maui), to Ironwoods beach. They all fell in love with it, and to this day say that was their favorite spot. The walkway, lava rock, and views were captivating. When it came down to picking our location, it was a no-brainer.” And we’re certain she made a perfect choice! Just look how this beautiful family glows against the shore!

Adam works in audiovisual installation, and Kristen is a nurse practitioner and the proud stepmom of Alyssa and Tyler. Their love story is beautiful, and Kristen does such a good job at telling it, we just have to share it in her words: “We met through my last job and knew each other for many months before going on our first date…which I remember calling my mom after and saying, ‘That was the best first date I’ve ever been on! We laughed, we skipped, and our conversation was so easy.'”
“Adam and I talk about the moment we first held hands, I remember where we were standing in downtown Cleveland and the feeling I felt when it happened. That exact place is where he proposed two years later on the anniversary of our first date.”

“We came to Maui in September of 2018 as a couple, along with my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. I’ll never forget floating in the pool and saying…. ‘I can picture us getting Maui’d someday. Here with the kids and our family by our side to celebrate our love.’ Well, now we get to make that our reality.”
A reality so lovely it’s almost dreamlike. Keep scrolling for more of this luminous couple!

Kaite and Jackson’s Maui Micro Wedding was flooded with the prettiest pastel lighting that perfectly encapsulated their gentle love. They say “perfect” is impossible, but set on Gannon’s ceremonial knoll with an exquisite view of south Maui, Kaitlin and Jackson’s special day was nothing short of perfection.

The ceremony began with the sacred blowing of the conch and the grand entrance of our beautiful bride. Jackson’s expression as he laid eyes on his bride was everything love is made of. Wearing a form-fitting gown by Mestads with delicate details and a sweeping veil, Kaite gave the Maui sun a run for the title of Most Luminous.

After the ceremony, the wedding party encircled Kaite and Jackson as they listened to the voice of a very special singer. Unable to attend their wedding, Kaitlin’s father prerecorded a beautiful original song. He was part of her Maui Micro Wedding in spirit and in melody.
Having to delay their original wedding due to COVID, Kaite’s father inscribed this song last year and kept it secret until that very moment. It was beyond special to have such a beautiful and sentimental blessing. Follow along for more precious moments!

Kaite and Jackson live in Minnesota where Kaite works as an RN and Jackson is in sales. They met three and a half years ago when their Maid of Honor set them up on a blind date at an ice cream shop. The date was sweet but far from cold! Jackson later proposed on the balcony of that very shop! We can not get over how gorgeous these two look on the white sands of Southside beach!

Hunter and Eric’s Maui Micro Wedding was bright and tropical to the max! And speaking of “to the max,” it does not get much cuter than when their adorable toddler Eli made his grand entrance as “ring security”! With family in attendance, a spectacular view, and unbelievable weather, this Big Day was nothing short of amazing!

Sporting a suit to match his dad and sunglasses that gave him that secret service air, Eli opened the event and had the crowd giving all the “awwwws.” After Eli completed his very important mission and delivered the rings safely to dad, those “awwwws” changed to “ooooohs” as the bride made her entrance. Hunter looked spectacular in an elegant gown with floral applique and a cascading bouquet bursting with the hues of the tropics.

Hunter visited Maui throughout her life and always knew the Magic Island was where she wanted to say “I do.” The hum of the ocean and the gentle breeze paired perfectly with the sound of the guitar, adding just the right amount of melody to a relaxing yet elegant day.

How adorable is this candid shot?! It’s okay, little guy, being that cute must be exhausting!

Following the ceremony, we stepped into the white sands of Keawakapu for gorgeous just Maui’d photography against the sunset backdrop. Keep scrolling for all the beauty!

Brought together by their older sisters who just “knew,” Ashley and Alex celebrated their love with a Maui Beach Elopement on the shore of Ironwoods. The day was magical with soft lighting and the crisp, salty air dreams are made of. From the moment Reverend Kuya blew the conch shell, Ashley and Alex were all smiles and joyous to be joined through marriage.

Ashley and Alex’s older sisters work together, and one day they got to talking and realized they both had brilliant and available younger siblings. Cue destiny! One thing led to the next, and now Ashley and Alex are proudly celebrating six years together! Great job, sis and sis! Together they have two furbabies, a dog named Maeve and Eleanor the cat. Ashley and Alex are “old souls” and love the simple things in life, a good game of Scrabble, a hike or visit to a museum, and an old-fashioned Chicago Pizza.

Situated on the westernmost point of the islands, Ironwoods features dramatic rock formations that resemble the cliffs of Ireland. Seen only on Maui, lava flow as recent as 1,200 years ago formed the plunging cliffs of Kapalua. Paired with the world-famous “Jaws” sized waves of the western coast, and the result is unparalleled rustic beauty.
Speaking of unparalleled beauty, how gorgeous are these Maui Beach Elopement shots?! We loved all the sweet lean-ins and gentle caresses shared between Ashley and Alex.

Brooklyn and Sergio were surrounded by beauty during their venue wedding in Hawaii. On the outlook point of Gannon’s Ceremony Knoll, our couple’s backdrop was the panoramic view of Maui’s southern shore. A handful of family watched on as Brooklyn and Sergio said “I do” in an intimate venue kissed by the island sun.

The morning of the wedding ceremony was lush and vivid, with clear skies and spectacular ocean blues! Reverend Kuya opened the ceremony with a prayer and the traditional conch shell, and when Brooklyn stepped out on the lawn, even the mynah birds hushed their chatter.

We love how the elegant floral design and ribbing of Brooklyn’s bodice gown paired with her cathedral-length veil. With a custom bouquet peppered with hues of blush and pink, Brooklyn is take-your-breath-away gorgeous! In a blush tie to match his bride, Sergio looks dashing in a fitted suit of navy blue. Keep scrolling for more of this sweet couple and their beautiful day!

Brooklyn and Sergio both hail from the Lone Star State. Sergio is a welder and travels often for his job, but luckily he stays mostly in Texas. Brooklyn is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and is currently in charge of the pulmonary rehabilitation at the hospital in their hometown of Nocona. They look forward to starting a family after their union, but as of right now, already enjoy the company of their two Frenchy furbabies, Leila and Ivy.

Destiny got to work early with Brooklyn and Sergio, bringing them together as soon as high school. Brooklyn said, “We dated for around a year and a half our freshman and sophomore years, so we have known each other a while! Although very cheesy, he was actually my very first kiss!” Although their courtship didn’t progress past sophomore year, they kept in touch and rekindled their romance after Brooklyn graduated college in 2014.
When the time was right, Sergio proposed after hosting a small gathering of family. Brooklyn was shocked: “I think it was perfect because it completely caught me off guard. During this pandemic, we do not get dressed up very often and go places, so if we would have, I might have suspected something!” Well played, Sergio. Well played! Read on for the beach photography and all the sun a couple in love could ask for!

Congratulations, Brooklyn and Sergio! Thank you for choosing us to coordinate your venue wedding in Hawaii. It was a joy working with you, and we wish you all the best in the years ahead!
