With his back turned, Martin stood in anxious anticipation to see his beautiful bride Jessica! Their Maui elopement was an elegant and tropical affair that left us smiling right alongside them! Their beautiful ceremony began with their personal vows to the sound of the gentle waves at Lahaina Shores. These lovebirds were bewitched by each other as the whole world melted around them as they exchanged their rings…it was so romantic!

A kiss to remember! These two couldn’t look any happier! They were joined by Jessica’s lovely daughter Elle who looked so pleased for them both!

How beautiful are they together! Jessica looks so beautiful in her Haku flower crown; the colors complemented her gorgeous tropical bouquet! Martin looked effortlessly cool in his ocean blue aloha shirt too! These two are the sweetest!

Their Maui elopement will be forever a moment these two will cherish! But the cloudy sky didn’t damper their love and light! They were ready to walk into their new future together as husband and wife!

Their lovely ceremony began on Lahaina Shores to the sound of the gentle waves. It was such a peaceful moment that reminded us that our loving couple got engaged on this beautiful island in 2018! So naturally, Maui felt like the right place for their destination wedding!

Just moments later, our beautiful couple was newlyweds! These are always looking for their adventure together, and we think a married is the ultimate one! We were so honored to be a part of their Maui destination wedding!

With the happy cheers of their loved ones, we wanted to capture these precious first moments of husband and wife! Paula looked exquisite in her sky-blue tulle skirt – it was refreshing to see! And yes, we did notice her matching nails! It was a playful nod that coordinated with Osheen’s hat too!

Their Maui destination wedding was all these two dreamed of! It all started as a friendship that budded into romance. Paige and Marty had known each other for 8 years before officially tying the knot at their Maui beach wedding! The couple met at work, and their casual friendship grew into something special they didn’t expect! Originally from Vancouver, they set their sights on our tropical island for their destination wedding. We are honored to capture the new chapter of their love story in paradise!

Best Friends

Their day was full of light and laughter as their genuine friendship shone through the lens. They spend most of their free time together and are best friends. Before the ceremony, they gushed that they were so in love and couldn’t contain their excitement for their beach wedding! That’s what we like to hear! They wanted a simple ceremony right on Lahaina Shores Beach with the gentle waves lapping at their feet. We love shooting at this location because of the ample sunshine and the powdery white sand. Our Maui beach weddings have a carefree and blissful ambiance that makes them one of a kind!

When we asked Paige and Marty what they hoped for their Maui beach wedding, they wanted something relaxed, intimate, and simple. They invited a few close friends and family to take part in their celebration – barefoot of course! Their guests were so happy to finally see these two best friends tie the knot in Maui after three years of dating. The couple couldn’t wait to start their new life together as husband and wife!

The couple had the most exceptional weather with clear blue skies and a gentle breeze. Sometimes the Maui winds can prove to be tricky conditions for us to shoot in, but they couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous day. Paige and Marty do love cooler climates but were thrilled to share their precious day on our golden shores.

Paige’s elegant yet flowy dress was perfect for a Maui beach wedding. The couple couldn’t be happier in the photos! We loved capturing their secluded and private moment under the coconut trees that dotted the shoreline. This beach is one of the island’s best locations to capture a Maui sunset wedding.

We have been so excited to share Hunter & Andrew’s wedding images since the moment we met them. Their ethereal style and relaxed personalities made them a joy to work with, and we loved being their Maui Wedding Coordinator!

They were a vision of dreamy white and pastel, as if they had descended from Lahaina’s soft sunset skies. And as beautiful as they were, it’s Hunter & Andrew’s warmth and kindness that make them such an all-star couple.

New Plans and New Beginnings

We originally planned to have Hunter & Andrew’s wedding at DT Fleming Beach in Kapalua. But rainy weather drove us away from that location and to another scenic spot: Lahaina Shores Beach.

As a Maui Wedding Coordinator, we always hope the weather will be clear and sunny. After all, the threat of rain can dampen the day for a couple as they watch the radar and create a new vision for their ceremony.

Luckily, Hunter & Andrew have a great go-with-the-flow attitude, which enabled them to have a wonderful ceremony at a new location with clearer skies and beautiful surroundings.

Lahaina Shores Beach was a peaceful setting for their emotional yet fun-loving Maui wedding. Plus, their entire wedding style looks like it was created for this beach. Meant to be? Possibly. Incredibly Beautiful? Absolutely!

From College Sweethearts to World Travelers – A Maui Wedding Coordinator Story

Hunter & Andrew met in 2014 when they were both in college. Hunter grew up in Kentucky and dreamed of going out-of-state for college. So she headed to Florida, where more awaited her than she could have imagined.

What did she find in the sunshine state? Her future husband! Andrew checked all the boxes for young, adventurous Hunter, and they spent the years to come building a life together. They support each other’s career goals and hobbies, they raise their dogs together, and they enjoy vibrant Orlando life.

When they got engaged, they knew they wanted something small and intimate. Neither one had ever dreamed of a big, elaborate wedding, but they found it hard to plan anything back home that fit their vision.

So they reached out to us, a Maui wedding coordinator, to see if we could create a perfect wedding day for them. We’re so glad we could help them have this beautiful, simple, and elegant beach wedding in Hawaii!

Now that these two have tied the knot in Maui Hawaii, what’s next? They’ll head back to Florida and settle in as Newlyweds. They plan to have a big post elopement party with all their loved ones. And there’s even more traveling on their horizon: Greece in 2023!

We can’t believe it’s already been a week since Lillian & Tony’s beautiful Lahaina Wedding. We had such a good time with these two and their amazing family, and now we get to relive their day through these photos!

Ahead, we’ll share some of our favorite moments from their destination wedding and learn about the journey that led them to Maui’s scenic shores. Come along and get ready to be wowed by their gorgeous Lahaina Wedding!

A New Wedding Dream

Lillian & Tony met the old-fashioned way: at a bar! Don’t ask them who made the first move — they won’t agree. One thing they will agree on? That it was meant to be. That fateful meeting turned into years of partnership and growth, inside jokes and shared dreams, and eventually a Lahaina wedding!

They got engaged on a multi-country trip through Europe, a story as romantic as it is adventurous, just like Lillian & Tony!

But then Covid happened, and their original wedding dreams went on the back burner. But that didn’t mean they were setting aside their vest for romance and adventure! It just meant they needed to discover a new wedding plan that was right for them.

After visiting Maui this past April, Lillian & Tony realized a small Lahaina wedding could be perfect. Though it was scaled back from their original, pre-covid plans, they still included traditions that meant a lot to them.

Lillian’s dad walked her down the aisle, and the newlyweds shared a first dance on the beach. And of course they got all kinds of beautiful photography captured. Check out even more great moments below!

Pastel Skies at a Lahaina Wedding

Lillian & Tony got married at Lahaina Shores Beach. This shoreline stretches in front of the Lahaina Shores Beach Resort and the 505 Front Street shops. We love the peaceful waters and pastel sunsets here, plus it’s only steps away from some of the island’s best restaurants.

After their ceremony, we got some stunning newlywed portraits around the beach. Part of their Lahaina Wedding Plans was a dinner with their guests at Pacific’o on the Beach. Their loved ones got a head start at the restaurant while Lillian & Tony enjoyed some alone time during sunset.

They took in all of Maui’s scenic beauty while capturing some stunning shots with Karma Hill Photography. We also got a surprise visitor at this Lahaina Wedding: A monk seal swimming just offshore.

While Lillian & Tony had a lot of ups and downs during their engagement, we’re glad they ended up having a Maui wedding with us. They were so kind to work with and a dream to photograph!

Lahaina Shores Beach is right on Front Street. It’s about 10 minutes away from the Hyatt Regency, Royal Lahaina, and other Kaanapali beach resorts. Some couples also come from a beach house or boutique hotel on Front Street.

On Lahaina’s Shores: A Vow Renewal in Maui

We love blissful celebrations on Lahaina Shores Beach. It’s a lively spot near West Maui’s harbor and historic district. And it’s also where Melody & Scott were staying during their vacation.

The Lahaina Shores Beach resort is an eye-catching hotel right on the shoreline, so Melody & Scott were only steps away from the location for their Vow Renewal in Maui. The sunsets here are gorgeous — the late afternoon cloud cover creates a pastel lilac hue in the sky. And boats come in and out of the harbor — daytime charters returning for the day, or nighttime fishermen heading out for an adventure.

But our favorite adventure of all is the one we shared with Melody & Scott. Their lively spirits and playful chemistry were contagious, and we found ourselves inspired by their love story.

“We are best friends in this journey called life,” said Melody. We’re so glad their journey led them to Maui for a sweet vow renewal with us!

On Sandy Shores

Lahaina Shores Beach was the perfect setting for Linda & Marco’s Maui elopement. The water here is calm, and dreamy clouds dapple the late afternoon sky. As the sun dipped lower toward the horizon, these two sweethearts vowed to spend the rest of their life together.

It was an easy vow. After all, they’ve been together since 2016 and first met back in college. And Reverend Richardo brought so much heart to their ceremony. When you elope in Maui, you don’t need much, but simple things like a heartfelt ceremony and a gorgeous setting help make the day even more special.

Always Home to You

Linda is a counselor and Marco works in the tech industry. Their fields of work are totally different, but at home they’re two peas in a pod. Right now it’s just the two of them and their sweet dog Ivory, but we’re confident their trips to Maui will soon become family vacations.

We loved getting to know Linda & Marco and so grateful they chose us to help them Elope in Maui. It was a gorgeous evening with a gorgeous couple. Their love and kindness overflows into everything they do, and it made their Hawaii elopement a true adventure!

Janet and Richard had an intimate Hawaii wedding on the shores of Lahaina Shores Beach. Three of their favorite people surrounded them as they exchanged vows. Then their ceremony took place right as the sunset began to set on the seaside. Above all, you can see how joyful our beautiful pair was to be tying the knot. The Tranquil Maui Beach Elopement

Our passionate pair’s story began when they met in graduate school! At the time, Amani was working on her Master’s Degree while Stephanie was getting her Ph.D. First, they developed a close friendship! Then, quickly our delightful duo fell in love with one another. After dating for about one year, Stephanie found the perfect time to pop the question. Stephanie proposed to Amani at a serene lake — this spot was meaningful because they’d hiked here before! Currently, Stephanie and Amani are university professors in Long Beach, California, and they have two adorable kittens!

Stephanie and Amani love enjoying life! They adore cooking, going on long walks, and doing fitness classes together. Once we learned this, we knew they would relish a Maui beach elopement!

Adam and Edith’s story began when they met one another on Match.com. Edith says finding love in your 40s is different because you understand yourself. So, when our beautiful duo met, they knew they were compatible! Their personalities balanced faultlessly, and they compensated for each other’s deficits. All in all, we’re glad they found their perfect match in one another!

Why They Had a Beach Wedding in Maui

Two years ago, Adam and Edith scheduled a family trip to Maui. Unfortunately, COVID hit, so they had to cancel. After waiting for life to return to some normalcy, they had the opportunity to reschedule! Our gorgeous pair has been dating for two and a half years. Nonetheless, they’ve always known they wanted to get married! 

However, the decision to have a beach wedding in Maui was spontaneous! Since Adam and Edith were previously married, they wanted this ceremony to be different. Their sunset event was simple and intimate. Above all, it was most important they tie the knot in a breathtaking destination with their loved ones! In every possible way, Adam and Edith’s romantic occasion was ideal for them!

Adam and Edith only had seven guests at their Maui beach wedding. However, four out of seven guests are their children! It made this ceremony meaningful knowing our charming couple’s kids joined in on this celebration.

After the wedding, our delightful duo’s photographer, Tenessa, captured more portraits! Lahaina Shores Beach provided a variety of breathtaking backdrops. Most of all, our favorite thing about these photos is how romantic and passionate they all are!

Jolleen & Kalyn’s Maui Destination Wedding was picture-perfect. The weather was terrific, the brides were beautiful, and everyone was full of joy. Lahaina Shores Beach provided a gorgeous setting for the ceremony, and afterward we got portraits along the shoreline.

Style Inspiration for a Maui Destination Wedding

Jolleen & Kalyn each had a unique style that perfectly complemented each other. Kalyn dazzled in a vintage-inspired wedding dress with our Maui Elegance Bouquet. Jolleen rocked a bridal jumpsuit and included pastel colors in her Rustic Hawaiian bouquet. Individually, they looked amazing. Together, they looked like a tropical dream.

But their look wasn’t complete yet! Rev. Kuya led them in a traditional lei exchange, so they offered each other strands of fresh orchids during the ceremony. This was a sweet moment, and it also added extra tropical flair to their A+ bridal style!

About This Couple

Jolleen & Kalyn met back in 2018 when they both swiped right for each other. What started as flirty Tinder chats evolved into a life-long romance. They now have a home together and are parents to three dogs and two cats. While they sometimes feel like they’re running a zoo, they wouldn’t have it any other way!

Once they got engaged in 2020, Jolleen & Kalyn began planning a Maui Destination Wedding. While they each had visited Hawaii before, this was their first visit together. It was a great location for their wedding and a much-deserved vacation for these hard-working nurses!

Captured Hearts and Captured Moments

Karma Hill Photography captured Jolleen & Kalyn’s ceremony and portraits. Maui is always breath-taking, but this was an extra pretty evening. Combine that with two absolutely gorgeous brides, and you have a photography session that is simply amazing.

We could have stayed on the beach with Jolleen & Kalyn for ages, but the sun finally set, and the pair had to start celebrating with their family. So we wished them a warm aloha and looked forward to this moment, when we could share the images captured on their special day!
