Where it All Began…

Cassie & James met over seven years ago when they were in nursing school together. But they kept their relationship a secret until graduation. Their quiet romance kindled a lifetime of love that led to this moment, sharing a lifetime of vows here in Maui.

Back home in California, they work hard as ER nurses. But even though they spend long hours at the ER, they still make time for each other and their little fur baby. They love watching movies, reading, and traveling. That’s why a Beach Wedding in Hawaii was such a great fit for them. They love visiting Maui and wanted to return here for this memorable adventure.

Lahaina Shores beach is such a beautiful location, and it was at peek beauty for Cassie & Jame’s wedding. After an overcast day, we were delighted by the golden pastel sunset that appeared during their couple’s pictures. But mother nature wasn’t finished showing off yet!

Just as we were ready to wrap up their portrait time, the sky lit up with vibrant reds, pinks, and oranges. It looked like something straight out of a postcard. Check it out!

Our Couple’s Story

Ashley is in her second year as a medical student at the Military Medical School in Washington DC. Before continuing her education, she worked as a medic in the Air Force! She met Alejandro when they first started the prep program for medical school. Currently, Alex has an administrative position in the Navy but will be starting medical school next year at Washington State!

Alejandro popped the question to Ashley at Theodore Roosevelt Island in Washington DC. This location is one of their favorite places! When our adventurous pair first began dating, they would go there for evening hikes and explore the area. To make this moment more remarkable, Alejandro’s son was with them! Above all, we’re glad they made Hawaii another special spot by having their Maui beach wedding here!

Lastly, after Reverend Kimo Kirkman pronounces Vanessa and David as husband and wife, they have a mini reception. The first dance, cake cutting, and sparkling toast were magical moments. Currently, Ricky is a firefighter at the Monterey unit of CalFire. Then, Caylin recently graduated with her BS in Finance and is searching for her perfect job! At the moment, they don’t have any kids but plan to start after their Maui beach elopement.

Our Couple’s Story

Susan and Clayton’s story began when they met one another online. However, they attended the same high school long before they even met! Then, when the time was right, Clayton proposed to Susan in San Francisco at Pier 7. When this stunning couple got engaged, it was a complete surprise, and right before Clayton had to leave for his orders in Iraq.

Currently, our radiant newlyweds live in the Bay Area in California! Clayton is an avid PC gamer, while Susan is a crafter and lash artist. Our Couple’s Story

Originally from Brazil, Natana came to California to improve her English. While she was here, she met Marshall, a native Californian, through Instagram. On December 8, 2018, our charming couple went on their first date. From there, they’ve been inseparable! Then their connection continued to grow because Natana began to adopt Marshall’s five-year-old boxer, Odin, as her son. Finally, on December 24, 2021, Marshall asked Natana to marry him with Odin’s help!

This adventurous duo loves the sun and heat — it was no surprise they decided to have a Hawaii beach elopement! During summer, you can find them walking with Odin or relaxing by the seaside.

Why We Adore Their Maui Wedding

Our charming couple wanted a simply relaxing ceremony on the beach, and they couldn’t have chosen a better location! DT Fleming Beach created a magical scene with its cerulean waves, beige sand, and vibrant greenery surrounding the shore. Everything about this wedding was enchanting — from Kahu Ricardo Hanako’o’s heartfelt sermon to Oren Masserman’s soothing ukulele melodies! Our favorite thing is our delightful bride and groom’s attire. We love how elegant and chic Brooke and Matt look!

Our Couple’s Story

Brooke and Matt’s story began when they met at a hospital they worked together at in Austin, Texas. Then two years later, they moved to Portland, Oregon, to be closer to family. Matt popped the question to Brooke in October 2020 in front of her sister’s family and their dogs! It was a special moment for our lovely couple because their four-legged friends were part of it!

Currently, Brooke is a Registered Nurse, and Matt is an Emergency Room Doctor. They have three dogs but plan to have more someday! Recently, they bought 8.5 acres of land and are planning to build their dream house there. We hope your home is full of sweet animals and portraits from your wedding in Maui!
