Jacquelyn and Benjamin’s Maui Destination Wedding could not have been sweeter! We love all of the little details and how perfectly they came together. From leis placed on the seats for each of their guests to thoughtful music selections for each group entering, and the exchange of vows and rings, this wedding went off without a hitch! We are so honored to have been a part of such an incredible occasion. We love Jacquelyn and Benjamin’s genuine excitement to become husband and wife! Those smiles say it all 🙂 . We love how the bride’s White Sands Bouquet matched her bridesmaid’s dresses with such ease. That blush pink color is a personal favorite of ours! It’s obvious this couple has incredible taste! Can you believe the bead work on Jacquelyn’s wedding dress? We were blown away, and especially love how she was still able to have a good time in it! Exactly as it should be! The newly weds had a blast at the beach during their wedding portrait session. They absolutely love making each other laugh, a key ingredient for a successful marriage! We have no doubt they will have a long and happy life together. We loved getting to know this couple and feel the undeniable love they have for one another! Katie and Jesen’s Maui Venue Wedding was full of emotion! As the ceremony began Jesen shed tears of joy knowing the moment when Katie would become his wife, was only minutes away. So sweet! The couple chose to write their own vows, sharing their pure love for each other with all who were present. Katie could not have looked more radiant, her love for her new husband is so evident! There’s no question in our minds that they are a perfect match, we know they will conquer anything life throws at them. After their beautiful ceremony at 5 Palms, the newlyweds led the way down to the beach for some fun group portraits. Katie selected a white floral crown to complement her White Sands Bouquet and stunning white lace fitted wedding dress. We love it, she looked just like an angel. Haley and Maverick were high school sweethearts who visited lavender farms regularly during their courtship. Because of their love of lavender farms, there was no doubt the Ali`i Kula Lavender Farm was their perfect Maui wedding location!

About the Ali`i Kula Lavender Farm

This gorgeous venue is located in Upcountry Maui which offers beautiful views of the Island and ocean and cooler weather. Haley and Maverick became husband and wife on a beautiful summer afternoon under an elegant gazebo. Surrounded by the smell of lavender, and in the presence of their closest family and friends they said ‘I do”. They chose lavender and dusty rose for their wedding colors to complement the natural scenery of the venue. Their colors mixed perfectly with an all-natural lavender custom bouquet for the maid of honor, and an elegant floral headpiece for the bride’s hair!

The Wedding Look and Style

We are obsessed with the thoughtful styling of this couple. Maverick rocked a casual look of dress pants, a long sleeve dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up, and a vest with a lavender tie. Haley’s mermaid lace wedding gown is stunning and perfect for a Maui wedding! We also loved her thoughtful choice in heels, not only were they the perfect shade of soft purple, but they also had a block heel which allowed for comfortable and easy walking around. Good choice, Haley!

Have Fun on Your Honeymoon

This gorgeous couple showed their playful side with some dancing before calling it a night and flying off to Japan for a honeymoon adventure! Maui is undoubtedly home to some of the most beautiful wedding venues in the world. The Steeple House in Maui, Hawaii is no exception! Our newest Maui Wedding Venue offering is located on Maui’s rugged northwestern shore. The dramatic rocks and rolling green hills are an amazing backdrop for wedding photos and the Steeple house offers both outdoor ceremony locations and indoor locations, just in case, the region’s famous passing showers don’t pass quickly enough!

The venue is walking distance to our most popular West Maui beach, Ironwoods Beach. So you would have the opportunity to have your ceremony at the Steeple house and then head to the beach to take photos on the sand or with the ocean cliffs. If you want to stay near The Steeple House the whole time, you can also take a walk out to the ocean cliffs just down the hill for some dramatic photos.

The Steeple house first started as a church in the 1950’s for the people who lived and worked in the area harvesting and processing pineapples and sugar cane.  In more recent days it was a wedding venue for the Ritz Carlton until a private owner purchased it and remodeled it with modern, non-denominational weddings in mind. The interiors are all a gorgeous white with elegant wood flooring and chandeliers. The spaces are open and can be configured many ways for ceremonies and offer ocean views from inside as well.

With the South Pacific sparkling in the distance, Amanda and Jose found their happily ever after at a beautiful Maui Venue Wedding. Gathering with friends and family, Gannon’s would serve as the location where all their dreams would come true. Both escorted by their parents, our cool California couple made their way down the rolling lawn so they could stand before those they love and commit their lives to one another. Flanked by their wedding party, they followed along with the ceremony that would start the next chapter of their love story. Sealing the ceremony with a kiss, the cheers of delight rang out on the wind as first steps as husband and wife were taken.

We loved watching these two come together to celebrate their love. It was a breathtaking moment, made all the better by the spectacular setting. Sunshine gracing them during the ceremony, it allowed the deep blue sea to really shine in the distance. As the clouds rolled in, the filtered light became more and more soft, creating a dreamy scene that was gorgeous! With the lush landscape wrapping them in warmth, our beautiful bride and her dashing groom were treated to such an incredible wedding day and we were so honored to be a part of it. As the happy tears flowed freely, the Maui Destination Wedding for Natalie and Ryan commenced on the rolling lawn of Gannon’s South Maui property. With the deep blue sea holding court in the distance, the darling California couple couldn’t wait to start the rest of their lives. After five years together, this was a moment everyone so excited to celebrate. While loved ones looked on, they promised all their tomorrows to one another and sealed the ceremony with a kiss. As the cheers rang out on the breeze, Natalie and Ryan took their first steps as husband and wife, stopping first for a wave to FaceTime, of course. Though they were bummed their “son” couldn’t be there for the wedding, it’s safe to say the kitty cat will be waiting with bells on for their return home.

With endless adventures on the agenda, the gorgeous groom and his breathtaking bride were more than ready to hit the road to Hana, helicopter tour, zip line, and give their snorkel set a spin. There’s so much to do and see here but the most important thing is that they’ll be doing it together. With a beautiful life waiting around the bend, we’re so glad our new friends found the happily ever after they desired. Having fallen in love with Po’olenalena Beach, we trust they will return to these shores again one day and we can’t wait to catch up with them when they do. As the day snuck towards evening, Christine and Ryan prepared for their Maui Venue Wedding. Enjoying some bonding time with loved ones while getting ready, we loved capturing those sweet moments of anticipation in their respective hotel rooms. The excited smiles, giddy laughter, and hearty man hugs all made for wonderful memories to keep. Then it was time for a private moment for our beautiful bride and her dashing groom. Exchanging letters and stolen kiss, their “first look” was precious beyond words and the perfect way to take the edge off the excited nerves that can occur. Those butterflies a result of the milestone about to happen.

Of course, that’s not an official medical reasoning, just our opinion. Having met in medical school, our fabulous new friends from California know more than we do, but they were too busy starting the rest of their lives to worry about it. With a dear friend leading the ceremony, they laughed their way through this momentous occasion in which a new chapter turned and another one began. It was a breathtaking moment followed by a celebration to last. Between the darling dances, amazing food, and happy spirits, the night was a blast for all in attendance. Flanked by their kids on both sides, Cindy and Garrett were blessed to have a beautiful Maui Venue Wedding in paradise. Having met online a few years ago, their love bloomed and led them to this amazing moment where two families became one. Each having a son and daughter, the kids were thrilled to find a new sibling that was close in age to themselves. Bonding quickly, the six of them became a close knit crew and it’s tough to say who was most excited for this big day along the golden shore of South Maui.

With Five Palms’ lawn laying out a lovely setting, the evening couldn’t have been more beautiful. The soft light and gorgeous scenery all combined to create a dream come true location that our fabulous new friends from California surely loved. We are so glad they were treated to this show, and that the weather cooperated for them. With palms swaying over head, and words of love from the heart, the next chapter began on this romantic evening for two of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Though it wasn’t their original plan, in the end, Megan and Francois were more than happy with their Maui Venue Wedding. Having planned to marry on St. Martin, last year’s hurricane season rendered that not an option after the church they chose was unfortunately destroyed. Starting over with the planning process, they came across Maui as an option and were pleasantly surprised at the ease and affordability. Changing course, they opted for a lovely lawn ceremony at Gannon’s, with the South Pacific sparkling in the distance.

Surrounded by loved ones, including one very special son as the ring bearer, they ended up having all their dreams come true. Francois even mentioned before the ceremony began how much the island reminded them of their original destination. Meeting beneath the bamboo arch, our gorgeous pair found their happily ever after as their loved ones watched with delight. Their brilliant little boy, Remy, even got in on the fun as he reveled in the excitement of the day. We were so happy for this loving couple as they were blessed with a beautiful Maui evening. While the sun sank towards the horizon in the distance, Megan and Francois took the steps forward into the rest of their lives. Thank you, you two, for allowing Simple Maui Wedding to be a part of this momentous occasion with you. It was truly an honor and we wish you all the best in the decades to come.

Set before a breathtaking scene, our beautiful bride joined her dashing groom beneath the bamboo arbor so they could begin their Maui Venue Wedding. After enjoying a special moment with her dad, Kelly was escorted down the rolling lawn to where her future stood before her. Erik was the picture of calm, though we’re pretty sure he was speechless at the sight of his soon-to-be wife. Together with loved ones, the adorable Alabama couple followed Rev. Joe’s lead and took the next step forward into their new life together.

Growing up together, Kelly and Erik’s families have been friends forever. While this stunning vision in white has been in love with our dapper groom all along, he needed a little time to see what was right in front of him all along. Once they got to college, things began to shift and Erik couldn’t help but notice how amazing Kelly is. The sparks flew from there and, as we watched the fabulous pair say ‘I Do,’ the rest became history. With their precious cargo back home visiting his auntie, mom and dad found a moment of absolute romance and serenity high above the sparkling sea. With a one year old waiting for them, we are so happy for them that they were able to make this time for one another and celebrate their love.

As they stood before one another, this dashing groom promised his beloved to always be her Superman and protector while she would always be his Wonder Woman and best friend. That’s a perfect place to be, we think. The level of comfort these two obviously had, and the deep bond was breathtaking. Equally as beautiful as the stunning setting that unfolded around them. This was a magnificent evening that couldn’t have happened for a sweeter couple.
