We loved being part of this Maui Venue Wedding! Crystal and Kenny took some time alone for a first look before starting their beautiful wedding ceremony. This is always one of our favorite ideas, it’s a great way to share your excitement with each other before the festivities begin. When Kenny saw Crystal, she was so stunning he could hardly believe she was real! He even gave her a loving touch just to be sure 😉 . After sharing this special moment with her groom, Crystal made her way to find her dad to prepare for the big entrance. Jaslin tossed flower petals to set the path for her mother to follow, we love how sweetly they included their daughter as a flower girl. Jaslin could not have been happier for them!

A Maui Venue Wedding at Five Palms is the perfect opportunity to dress up just a little bit more and still take advantage of an after ceremony walk along the beach. This satin mermaid dress with lace detailing fit Crystal like a glove, complimenting all of the right places! The bride also chose a stunning Rustic Hawaiian Bouquet with vibrant colors as the final touch to her elegant wedding styling. We love how sleek Kenny looked in a grey suit and blue tie, it’s always a nice option to be able to take off a jacket and still look put together with a tie in place. These newlyweds looked positively majestic as they walked across the lava rocks next to crashing waves. Debbie and Gary showed their flexible side at their Maui Wedding, and we are so grateful! The couple had planned to get married at sunset, but moved it up to the morning in case of the hurricane. Turns out that on their wedding night they were going to get evacuated because of a wildfire in Lahaina but they are all okay! Phew! We also had to change venue plans, but it ended up working out perfectly. You can always count on our team to make your wedding as amazing as possible! You’d never know by the fun everyone was having that Hurricane Lane was on it’s way. The happy couple had each other laughing nonstop, we are obsessed with their dance moves! They’ve had a lot of practice, Debbie and Gary love going to concerts and even had their first dance as husband and wife to “Barracuda”. Reverend Kuya even busted a move! If that doesn’t tell you they’re a fun couple, we don’t know what will!

A Maui Wedding was perfect for these two! The bride and groom have been together for over 6 years, no wonder they are such good friends 🙂 . Gary was actually a confirmed bachelor when he and Debbie met. They began hanging out more and more, eventually moved in together, and decided to get married! We love their story so much. Their relationship is built on common interests, deep respect, and unconditional love. All the makings for a winning team! The whole wedding party are big Cardinals fans and changed into matching attire for some post-wedding celebrating. Some of the kids even jumped in the pool with their clothes on, causing laughter all around! Debbie and Gary, we cannot thank you enough for including the Simple Maui Wedding team in making this a day you will never forget! Megan and Chris just might be the funnest couple around! Their Maui Venue Wedding was an absolute blast! With just their immediate family there to celebrate with them, they created an environment of love and laughter for all to enjoy. Megan was escorted by her father onto the grassy lawn at Five Palms, where she was greeted by a beaming Chris! He could not have been more excited to see her come around the corner and know that within minutes she would be his wife! The couple chose to exchange their own vows, which we love. This personal touch is always so special, Megan and Chris’ vows didn’t disappoint! We are positive they will have a life of pure joy as they continue making each other laugh and find their love growing through all the adventures ahead.

Megan chose a Rustic Hawaiian Bouquet in bright tropical colors, so perfect for their Maui Venue Wedding! We love the way it matched the flowers on their Bamboo Arch overlooking the blue Maui Ocean. What an incredible place to commit your life to the one you love most! With it’s close proximity to the beach the couple ran down to the water to splash in the waves before heading to a celebratory brunch. We love how Megan didn’t even hesitate to get in the water in her dress, isn’t it gorgeous?! But that didn’t stop Megan from having the most fun with her family and new husband! We love it! We love everything about this Maui Destination Wedding! Margo and Jason met four years ago while working at Costco together. Although they don’t work together anymore, they are still sooooo in love with each other! They are definitely a winning team, and we have no doubt they will have a lifetime of happiness ahead! The couple visited Gannon’s in March and decided it was the perfect location for their Maui Destination Wedding, and we could not agree more! With the lush grounds and scenic views, Gannon’s is by far one of our favorite wedding venues on Maui. We cannot get over how excited the couple was to become husband and wife on this magical summer day! The smiles and laughter exchanged between Margo and Jason captured our hearts. They were an absolute pleasure to work with!

Margo looked drop dead gorgeous in a form fitting lace-covered cap sleeve gown, just check out that train and elegant veil! The white lace shell over a latte-colored base, created the most eye catching dimension and movement as she made her entrance for the wedding ceremony. Jason was a dashing groom in a three piece dark blue suit, with a purple tie and pocket square. They sure make for one good looking couple! Margo chose a stunning Rustic Hawaiian Bouquet which was not only festive, but also matched her bridesmaid’s varying purple dresses perfectly. It was an absolute pleasure being Ivette and Tom’s Maui Wedding Coordinator! The couple wisely chose to have their ceremony at Gannon’s, a venue we cannot recommend enough. What could be more romantic than becoming husband and wife on a grassy hillside overlooking the ocean below?! See for yourself! We were dying over the cuteness of Noah and Mia walking in with a “here comes the bride banner”, too sweet! Ivette was then escorted down the isle by her brother, Hector, to the sound of ukulele music. We love this added touch for a Maui wedding, Jimi did a fantastic job! We can still hear his melodic voice, bringing back fond memories of this wonderful evening. We definitely aren’t complaining!

We are big fan’s of Ivette’s custom bouquet with blues and light pinks mixed with a beautiful arrangement of white flowers! Her bouquet matched her bridesmaid’s dresses perfectly, this shade of light blue created a stunning and classic look for the wedding party. They seriously all looked incredible and were beaming with genuine joy for the happy couple! After becoming husband and wife, they took a moment alone at the beach for some gorgeous portraits! Ivette and Tom were ready to celebrate at their reception and went straight into a first dance, followed by this sweet cake cutting. We are inspired by the thoughtfulness of their relationship. Haley and Maverick were high school sweethearts who visited lavender farms regularly during their courtship. Because of their love of lavender farms, there was no doubt the Ali`i Kula Lavender Farm was their perfect Maui wedding location!

About the Ali`i Kula Lavender Farm

This gorgeous venue is located in Upcountry Maui which offers beautiful views of the Island and ocean and cooler weather. Haley and Maverick became husband and wife on a beautiful summer afternoon under an elegant gazebo. Surrounded by the smell of lavender, and in the presence of their closest family and friends they said ‘I do”. They chose lavender and dusty rose for their wedding colors to complement the natural scenery of the venue. Their colors mixed perfectly with an all-natural lavender custom bouquet for the maid of honor, and an elegant floral headpiece for the bride’s hair!

The Wedding Look and Style

We are obsessed with the thoughtful styling of this couple. Maverick rocked a casual look of dress pants, a long sleeve dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up, and a vest with a lavender tie. Haley’s mermaid lace wedding gown is stunning and perfect for a Maui wedding! We also loved her thoughtful choice in heels, not only were they the perfect shade of soft purple, but they also had a block heel which allowed for comfortable and easy walking around. Good choice, Haley!

Maui is undoubtedly home to some of the most beautiful wedding venues in the world. The Steeple House in Maui, Hawaii is no exception! Our newest Maui Wedding Venue offering is located on Maui’s rugged northwestern shore. The dramatic rocks and rolling green hills are an amazing backdrop for wedding photos and the Steeple house offers both outdoor ceremony locations and indoor locations, just in case, the region’s famous passing showers don’t pass quickly enough!

The venue is walking distance to our most popular West Maui beach, Ironwoods Beach. So you would have the opportunity to have your ceremony at the Steeple house and then head to the beach to take photos on the sand or with the ocean cliffs. If you want to stay near The Steeple House the whole time, you can also take a walk out to the ocean cliffs just down the hill for some dramatic photos.

The Steeple house first started as a church in the 1950’s for the people who lived and worked in the area harvesting and processing pineapples and sugar cane.  In more recent days it was a wedding venue for the Ritz Carlton until a private owner purchased it and remodeled it with modern, non-denominational weddings in mind. The interiors are all a gorgeous white with elegant wood flooring and chandeliers. The spaces are open and can be configured many ways for ceremonies and offer ocean views from inside as well.

With the South Pacific sparkling in the distance, Amanda and Jose found their happily ever after at a beautiful Maui Venue Wedding. Gathering with friends and family, Gannon’s would serve as the location where all their dreams would come true. Both escorted by their parents, our cool California couple made their way down the rolling lawn so they could stand before those they love and commit their lives to one another. Flanked by their wedding party, they followed along with the ceremony that would start the next chapter of their love story. Sealing the ceremony with a kiss, the cheers of delight rang out on the wind as first steps as husband and wife were taken.

We loved watching these two come together to celebrate their love. It was a breathtaking moment, made all the better by the spectacular setting. Sunshine gracing them during the ceremony, it allowed the deep blue sea to really shine in the distance. As the clouds rolled in, the filtered light became more and more soft, creating a dreamy scene that was gorgeous! With the lush landscape wrapping them in warmth, our beautiful bride and her dashing groom were treated to such an incredible wedding day and we were so honored to be a part of it. As the happy tears flowed freely, the Maui Destination Wedding for Natalie and Ryan commenced on the rolling lawn of Gannon’s South Maui property. With the deep blue sea holding court in the distance, the darling California couple couldn’t wait to start the rest of their lives. After five years together, this was a moment everyone so excited to celebrate. While loved ones looked on, they promised all their tomorrows to one another and sealed the ceremony with a kiss. As the cheers rang out on the breeze, Natalie and Ryan took their first steps as husband and wife, stopping first for a wave to FaceTime, of course. Though they were bummed their “son” couldn’t be there for the wedding, it’s safe to say the kitty cat will be waiting with bells on for their return home.

With endless adventures on the agenda, the gorgeous groom and his breathtaking bride were more than ready to hit the road to Hana, helicopter tour, zip line, and give their snorkel set a spin. There’s so much to do and see here but the most important thing is that they’ll be doing it together. With a beautiful life waiting around the bend, we’re so glad our new friends found the happily ever after they desired. Having fallen in love with Po’olenalena Beach, we trust they will return to these shores again one day and we can’t wait to catch up with them when they do. As the day snuck towards evening, Christine and Ryan prepared for their Maui Venue Wedding. Enjoying some bonding time with loved ones while getting ready, we loved capturing those sweet moments of anticipation in their respective hotel rooms. The excited smiles, giddy laughter, and hearty man hugs all made for wonderful memories to keep. Then it was time for a private moment for our beautiful bride and her dashing groom. Exchanging letters and stolen kiss, their “first look” was precious beyond words and the perfect way to take the edge off the excited nerves that can occur. Those butterflies a result of the milestone about to happen.

Of course, that’s not an official medical reasoning, just our opinion. Having met in medical school, our fabulous new friends from California know more than we do, but they were too busy starting the rest of their lives to worry about it. With a dear friend leading the ceremony, they laughed their way through this momentous occasion in which a new chapter turned and another one began. It was a breathtaking moment followed by a celebration to last. Between the darling dances, amazing food, and happy spirits, the night was a blast for all in attendance.
