Maui Venue Weddings

Though they had never been here before, McKenna and Matt both knew this was where they were meant to be. After attempting planning a traditional wedding back home, it soon became clear that Maui Venue Wedding was exactly the right fit for them. Wanting to keep the celebration intimate, and allow themselves the chance to really enjoy every little moment as it transpired, they left their Washington State home behind. Opting for the sunshine and serenity that comes with this fair isle, Maui welcomed them with open arms and dream wedding day.

There are never any guarantees when it comes to weather and an outdoor ceremony, but this is certainly the kind of day a bride dreams about. The crystal clear view to Kaho’olawe and Molokini was literally picture perfect, literally. While the views and light lean towards the lovely side around here, this was an exceptional day for truly special couple. The joy and laughter dancing on the breeze with the soothing sounds of the ukulele were a dream come true. This was the wedding they were after. No stress. No drama. Just pure happiness and a love story to last. We were so honored to share in this moment with McKenna and Matt. Thank you, you two, for inviting Simple Maui Wedding in to your lives. Having always dreamed of visiting Hawaii, Alyx and Joseph knew that when it came time to say ‘I Do,’ this was the spot for them. With that in mind, they set out for their Maui Venue Wedding with high hopes and full hearts. Exceeding their expectations, the island put on quite a show for them. The breathtaking scene was like something out of a dream. At the historic Kukahiko Estate, the dramatic cut of the coastline is fabulous for photos. Graced with romantic light and gorgeous conditions, the incredible Illinois couple were more than thrilled with the special day that unfolded for them.

Surrounded by several loved ones, they connected beside the dancing sea and promised their hearts to one another. With laughter and joy ringing out in the air, they committed to being husband and wife and sealed the ceremony with a kiss. Beaming smiles and cheers from the garden chairs carried them away from the arbor as they took their first steps as husband and wife. We loved getting to capture Aly and Joe’s special moment as they couldn’t possibly be any sweeter. Thank you, you two, for inviting Simple Maui Wedding into your lives to share in your happiness. On the rolling lawn of Gannon’s in Wailea, Katelyn and Matthew began a new chapter in their life together. After ten years and three boys together, they decided it was time for a Maui Destination Wedding to celebrate their love. Having known all along that they were the love one another’s lives, this cool California couple wanted only to share with the world what they’ve been carrying in their hearts for the last decade.

With loved ones gathered around, they enjoyed a warm and funny ceremony that would find them exchanging the words that promised all their tomorrows to one another. Though the oldest boys weren’t impressed, they sealed the ceremony with a kiss and officially became husband and wife. We adored watching these two together. There’s something about a couple that has been together for that long. The comfort level between them was picture perfect and a pleasure to capture. On the lush grounds of The Hotel Wailea, Morgan and Chris took the next step forward into their happily ever after. With attention paid to every detail, their Maui Venue Wedding was a dream come true. On the arm of her father, this breathtaking bride made her way across the lawn to where her dashing groom stood waiting for her. Heart racing, he was the picture of calm until he saw his future wife nearing, at which point he could not contain his grin. The two looked to be on cloud nine as they exchanged the personal vows they had prepared for one another.

With loved ones gathered, and emotions flowing, this was a moment filled with joy and romance. As day melted into night, and the light began to fade, we stole a few minutes alone on the beach with our beaming newlyweds. The sparkling sea made for a stunning backdrop as we celebrated this incredible start in the next chapter of their love story. Before they could enjoy a dreamy Maui Venue Wedding, Abbey and Daniel first had to find one their way to one another. Though they attended the same middle and high school, it wouldn’t be until years later that their paths would officially become intertwined. Never having spoken before, when they saw one another at the gym as adults, fate found a way to work her magic. After making that connection, it was just a matter of time before these two adorable Anaheim residents fell head over heels for one another. Building a life together, they knew the time was right to make things official and begin a new journey together. So, with the sun setting in the distance, they joined loved ones on the lush lawn of the Kukahiko Estate and set out to do just that.

With touches of peach and beautiful bamboo, the scene was like something out of an island fairytale. Set beside the dramatic South Maui coastline, the lava rock and dancing sea made for a backdrop to dream of. After the ‘I Do’s’ were exchanged, the ceremony sealed with a kiss, we stole a few minutes of the newlyweds’ time to capture some romantic beach portraits. On golden sand, with a spectacular sunset being painted across the sky, the darling duo was the picture of wedding perfection. Eternally comfortable with one another, there was no coaching required as they naturally fit and move together like a happily harmonious pair. Admittedly not one for being in photos, we are so glad this beautiful bride will have gorgeous photos of she and her dashing groom to cherish forever. Bakersfield beauties, Samantha and Richard, beamed with delight as they stood before loved ones for their Maui Venue Wedding. Knowing they wanted a destination wedding, they had actually begun planning the celebration elsewhere but kept coming back to the idea of a Magic Isle marriage. Fate made sure they ended up on these fair shores. Though the clouds made for an over cast evening, it provided a soft and dreamy filtered light that allowed those in attendance to beat the heat. With an ocean breeze tickling their senses, they all enjoyed an evening to remember before heading to Kula to keep the party going.

As the wedding party stood adorned with succulents, complimented by the addition of our dashing groom’s kids, there was no shortage of love or laughter that incredible evening. With tears of joy flowing freely, the entire group celebrated the romance that danced on the air as Samantha and Richard exchanged the vows that would begin their new life together. Hailing from Northern California, Sarah and Collin decided paradise was the place for them when it came time to get married. With a Maui Wedding bringing them all together, this fabulous down-to-Earth pair were so happy to enjoy with so many they hold dear. After meeting four years ago, they both knew instantly that they had found what they had been looking for. This is what love is all about. Basically breaking their phones because of such frequent texts and calls, their romance bloomed quickly and the rest was history. Neither being super concerned about details like flowers or colors, they just wanted to take time with the friends and family that could make the trip and celebrate their love.

Before heading to grab burgers and beer at a local taproom, the whole group enjoyed the lush landscape of South Maui. We had so much fun with this group and loved hanging out with them. On a stunning evening in South Maui, Chelsi and Nick’s fairytale romance began a new chapter with their Maui Destination Wedding. After a Disney World engagement, the magic continued with their first visit to Maui…for the best reason possible. Surrounded by friends close enough to be family, the adorable Oregon duo were as sweet as Hula Pie as they exchanged the words of love that would take their relationship to a whole new level. Before they continue on to Kauai for a little alone time, they were so excited to explore the island as huge group. A fun-loving crew, there will be no shortage of amazing memories from their time in the islands. Missing their fur baby, Astro the dog, they will be eager to get home and start their new life as husband and wife, but a little romance in paradise never hurt anyone. Chelsi and Nick, we had such a blast with you both, and your friends, and we can’t thank you enough for letting us be a part of your wedding.
