One day, after his mother called to ask when he was going to get married, Daemon sat down with Ruolan and they made the difficult decision to have a Maui beach elopement… just kidding! Far from a difficult choice, these two were happy and immensely relieved to elope in a beautiful island paradise! Ruolan wanted a beach wedding, and the couple had already booked a Maui trip, so the elopement just seemed to fall into place. Simple and as beautiful as can be…

This dynamic duo met online a little over two years ago, and it’s been smooth sailing ever since! With no kids and no pets, our couple loves exploring the diverse food scene in Seattle while saving a drop of time for some West Coast swing dancing! These two are the complete package: brains and beauty! Ruolan works as a family physician for Kaiser Permanente and loves traveling, and Daemon is a data scientist for Microsoft who loves himself a good cocktail! The whales were putting on their best show for Kelly & David’s Maui beach wedding at Ironwoods! It seemed as if every moment was punctuated with a full-bodied breach or tail splashing against the glistening horizon. Maybe it was the tropical weather that brought them out: not too hot and not too windy, but just perfect. And the only thing on the beach that was more inspirational than the whales were the endless smiles and laughter of this amazing couple!

After meeting on Bumble, Kelley & David knew it was meant to be… so they took the big leap and not only tied-the-knot on a lovely Maui beach, but they also blended their beautiful families into one. Keep scrolling for all the heartwarming moments!

As Kelley made her entrance onto the shore, her daughter-in-law escorted her down the steps where David met her on the sand. And there, he had his first look at his gorgeous bride, and his happiness was impossible to miss.

The bride and groom walked to the ceremony hand-in-hand, radiating with a glowing love.

The surf was stormy but the sun was brilliant and golden during Patricia & Aaron’s Maui wedding on Ironwoods beach. These two lovebirds said “I do” on a very special day–leap year! Our couple has been inseparable since meeting in college, and last month, while in wintery Seattle, Aaron proposed.

Before deciding on the location for their destination wedding, Patricia & Aaron listened to their Faith and considered their parents’ well-being. Warm sun, tropical views, and no passport required… Maui was the perfect spot for their Special Day! So with their loved ones in tow, our couple flew out for their very first trip to Hawaii! What an awesome way to celebrate such a wonderful day!

Reverend Richardo officiated the wedding. And, like always, he brought his natural charm and deep wisdom.

How heavenly are these shots?! Patricia is wearing a custom gown from Etsy, and we love the way it flows in the wind. Draped in lavender, cream, and gray, this couple pulls off beach wedding day style and then some!

Of course, a Maui wedding on Ironwoods Beach wouldn’t be complete without an epic portrait session on the cliffside. How gorgeous is that subtle rainbow effect from the misting waves?

Just as we were calling it a day, the clouds let down the lovely light sprinkling of a Hawaiian wedding day blessing. We love how Patricia’s gown pops against the cotton-candy orange and pink skies.

Bright skies, a salty ocean breeze, and crystal-clear waters, what else could anyone wish for on their beach wedding on Maui? It was a beautiful day for a beautiful couple! Michelle & Chris were one of the most adorable and sincere couples that we’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

They started dating six and a half years ago, and when Michelle mentioned she wanted to tie the knot on leap year, Chris was more than happy to help make it happen! Chris said he wanted to say “I do” somewhere tropical with waterfalls… so Michelle suggested Maui. And it was the perfect fit, of course! Keep swiping for all the sweet shots!

One look at her radiant face, and it’s abundantly clear that this beautiful bride is marrying the person of her dreams! And we’re looooving the plunging neckline and princess waist of Michelle’s jewel-encrusted gown. She’s styled to the nines!

And in a sleek black tux with a fuschia orchid boutonniere, Chris is rocking it too!

If these two aren’t adorable enough, they arrived at the beach with little envelopes and handwritten cards for everyone who was a part of their Special Day. It doesn’t get more sentimental than that! Talk about Midwest hospitality!

This Maui wedding on the beach was the Goldilocks of Hawaiʻi ceremonies: not too hot, not too bright, but just right! The temperament of the weather perfectly suited our beautiful bride and groom, steady and easygoing.

Stephanie & Austen have been together for 8 years, and over the span of six of those cycles around the sun, they’ve been all-in on getting married! So, of course, their guests were thrilled that the Big Day had finally arrived–the celebration was flooded with plenty of cheers and heartfelt congratulations… even a few laughs of “Finally.” Sometimes when a couple belongs together, their friends and family just know! And watching Stephanie & Austen say “I do,” it was pretty clear even to us that they were a match made in Heaven… Or maybe on the shores of Maui? Sometimes it’s hard to tell the two apart. Tiffany & Scott’s Maui Wedding on the Beach was overflowing with elegance… and cuteness! Together for over 10 years, these Los Angeles lovebirds have two adorable boys in the nest, and their wild antics and bubbling personalities were so refreshing to capture!

Tiffany & Scott met through a mutual friend, and not long after, Scott proposed at their favorite restaurant. While they were originally planning on eloping with just their two young sons, they decided they couldn’t say “I do” without the presence of their closest friends and family. And what a funloving event it turned out to be!

Speaking of funloving, how incredibly dapper are these two young gents?! We’re loving the suspenders and bowties… not to mention those adorable faces!

During the ceremony, Tiffany & Scott exchanged heartfelt vows. There are few things as touching as the honest sentiments shared between a couple who have grown together and cherished one another throughout the years…

Considering the easygoingness of Mattye & Luke’s Maui beach wedding, it’s little surprise that they hail from a small Arkansas town called Pleasant Plains. These cattle farmers love the breezy and rustic pasture life, so when they found Simple Maui Wedding, they knew our laidback yet elegant approach to beach ceremonies was the perfect fit for them!

Our couple met over seven years ago, and even though Luke was involved with someone else at the time, he knew he was destined to be with Mattye. But it wasn’t until years later when an innocent Facebook comment on a newborn calf kickstarted their journey together. And from then on, they were unstoppable!

Luke proposed to Mattye in her favorite restaurant, The Olive Garden. After the meal he excused himself, and when he returned to the table he was down on one knee, ring in hand.

A friendly server recorded the special moments, capturing all the tears and laughter. And looking over these tender and heartfelt images, it’s easy to envision the lifetime of sincere and honest love that lies ahead for these two…

Their little dog Zoe was the guest of paw-ner, and Patrick’s brilliant daughter Taylor began the ceremony by carrying the little furbaby over to deliver the rings. We love, love, love when our couples include elements (and pets!) that elevate their Special Day into an event bursting with personality and heart! 

And this Big Day was no exception! Friends and family gathered beneath the golden sun and watched on as Patrick took in the first sight of his new bride. With her arms linked with her father’s, Erin crossed over the terrace, and the moment she set foot upon the sand, Patrick could no longer hold back his emotions. The quiet pause he took to gather himself says it all…

And it’s little wonder why he was so speechless! Beach-ready hair, a spray of adorable freckles, and a tiered mermaid gown that’s curve-hugging in all the right ways? Erin is rocking this style!

But we can’t overlook Patrick’s classic tux, complete with a bowtie and maile lei and a peek of the breezy tropics… we’re all on board for this style train!

It was endless blue skies and cool tropical breezes for this Maui beach elopement on Wailea’s Southside shoreline. The night before Beatriz & Giovanni’s special day, a dusting of snow graced the Haleakala summit, anointing the occasion with the heavenly mana of the island…

Hailing from Austin, this joyous couple first bumped wheels at the skatepark–and within moments, their hearts were flipping along with their boards! Four years later, in the warmth of his parent’s loving home, Giovanni asked Beatriz to spend forever with him… and she said yes, of course!

Honest and true, Jessica & James’ beach wedding on Maui was bursting with smiles and positive energy–we could not get enough of these adorable love birds!

As a restaurant manager, Jessica had no idea that her visiting chef wouldn’t just ignite the burners, but he would also ignite her heart! It was love at first sight. A year after they met, as the morning ripened into the day, James proposed and their journey into marriage began…

And in the early light of a Maui day, as the soft morning sun cascaded across the sands of Maluaka Beach, Jessica and James said: “I do.”

This beautiful capture of James perfectly encapsulates his love. The connection between these two is positively magical!
