Kate and Matt’s Maui beach elopement was relaxing and beautiful. The island was decorated for the occasion with bursts of color from the sapphire ocean and a hibiscus pink sunset. Sweet, endearing, and full of love, this was an unforgettable union.

Kate and Matt arrived at the white sandy shore of Po’olenalena Beach together. We loved how equal and supportive they were with each other. But it’s no surprise because these are the values their relationship is rooted in.
One evening while they were relaxing at home Kate asked Matt what he would say if she asked him to marry him. He replied, “I would say yes. What would you say?” Kate responded, “I would also say yes.” And now here they are, sharing their vows and joining their lives together with a Maui beach elopement!

Kate and Matt met on a dating app and have been together for nine years. Their Maui beach elopement came to be as they were thinking about their upcoming Hawaii vacation, and they realized they could have a dream ceremony right here on the beach!
Together, Kate and Matt have a furbaby named Luna who is four years old, and they love to hike, cook vegan food together, and travel to new places. Keep scrolling for more of their magical day!

Mahalo nui loa, Kate and Matt, for selecting us to coordinate your Maui beach elopement. We had a wonderful time with you, and wish you all the best in the decades ahead!

Cheyenne and Nicholas’ Maui venue wedding took place on Plumeria Point at the Four Seasons in Wailea. Overlooking the glistening ocean and with friends and family cheering them on, this was an unforgettable ceremony!

Cheyenne hoped for a wedding that was relaxing and beautiful, where her guests could sit back and enjoy the event without feeling stressed or anxious. So of course it had to be Hawaii! In fact, Cheyenne often jokes that she’s part-Hawaiian because her mother fell in love with the islands when she was young and Cheyenne grew up with Hawaii taking up a special place in her heart. She even learned to hula dance at the age of four.

Cheyenne’s grace was evident from the start (thanks for the hula lesions, Mom!). Wearing a stunning gown that shimmered and flowed, and with a smile that outshined the Maui sun, Cheyenne was simply radiant. Nicholas’ expression said it all: this was the love of his life. And here they were, tying their lives together with a beautiful Maui venue wedding.

We asked how they met and Cheyenne gave us such a great story, we had to share it here!
Our bride tells their story: “We met in 2015 just before I graduated college at USC. We actually met through a dating app and Nick arranged our first date to be at a sushi restaurant in LA. We’ve been dating ever since! We had big plans to take a trip to Ireland (to get engaged) but once COVID hit, Nick secretly had a backup plan. We drove out to the Outer Banks in North Carolina and Nick proposed at this beautiful state park covered in sand dunes called Jockey’s Ridge. It was just the two of us and a photographer.” How romantic is that?! Keep scrolling for more of this amazing couple!

Congratulations, Cheyenne and Nicholas! Thank you so much for choosing us to coordinate your Maui venue wedding. We wish you all the joy in the decades ahead!

Natalie and Emily’s Hawaii beach wedding was simply beautiful. Ironwoods Beach set the stage with a special glow and rustic cliffs. The only thing outshining the tropical backdrop was our glowing couple!

Wearing a white suit with lacy details and looking chic, Emily walked down the aisle on her son’s arm. Natalie followed, looking stunning in an elegant gown with a button-down back. There was no shortage of love and warm smiles during this Hawaii beach wedding!

Their guests could not resist capturing the lovely moment themselves! After exchanging leis and rings, it was time for that magical kiss! Then, as a married couple, Natalie and Emily explored the shore together and the amazing team at Karma Hill Photography captured all the radiant beauty.

Natalie and Emily met while training for a half-marathon three years ago. Since that moment, they’ve been inseparable. They were engaged at the Hamilton Pool Preserve in Dripping Springs, Texas.
Natalie told us the story, and we just had to share it: “We planned to spend the day at the park, but we were shocked to find out the park was about to close in ten minutes. Emily raced down to the pool, and I was lagging behind her. When we reached the waterfall, I was trying to capture a picture of Emily by the crystal clear pool when I asked her to turn around for a photo. She then looked at me with tears in her eyes and the waterfall sounding behind her and said, “Will you marry me?” I was stunned, and my knees began to buckle as I said, “Yes!”
And their love is still just as radiant! Keep scrolling for more from this amazing couple!

With all five of their amazing kids in attendance, Susie and Robert had a beach wedding in Maui filled to the brim with love and happy smiles. Last week they said “I do” on the shore of Polo Beach during a gorgeous sunny day. It was the perfect way to start their journey together.

Reverend Richardo opened the ceremony and our couple’s daughter tossed petals down the sandy aisle. Holding hands with her son, Susie looked radiant in a classic gown and glowing with love. With Robert and the boys in matching shirts of coral and khaki shorts, it was a mellow occasion with just the right amount of sophistication. Keep scrolling through for more from Susie and Robert’s sweet beach wedding in Maui!

Susie and Robert met the modern way, through a dating app! They hit the jackpot and it didn’t take them long to realize they were meant to be. When the time was right, Robert surprised Susie by proposing to her during one of her magazine cover photoshoots! You can see it all here: https://susierobb.com/magazine-preview
Susie and Robert have five kids between them, and the swimming pool and soccer is their jam! They have the kids for two weeks out of the summer and planned their beach wedding in Maui so they could have their children in attendance. It was a magical day for a magical couple and family!

Congratulations, Susie and Robert! We wish you all the love and happiness in the years to come!

Daniella & Edward’s Maui Micro Wedding took place on the oceanside venue of the 5 Palms in Wailea. There was a special feeling in the air as friends and family cheered them on. With an island breeze and the warm, tropical sun, this ceremony was kicked back, relaxed, and surrounded by family–just as our couple had wished for!

The moment Daniella walked down the aisle was pure magic. Our couple’s two adorable kids lead the way, and Mom stepped out in a flowing, high-neck lace gown and all the glow of a woman in love. It was a once-in-a-lifetime moment, all beautifully captured by the Karma Hill Photography team.

5 Palms is the perfect venue for a seaside ceremony. Daniella and Edward fell in love with Kauai two years ago and knew they wanted to tie the knot in front of the Hawaiian ocean. We were thrilled to help them find a venue for their Maui micro wedding with plenty of seating for their guests and only steps away from the golden shore.

Daniella and Edward met during their senior year in high school while they were working on the yearbook. But because both were in a relationship, nothing happened except for a bit of harmless teenage flirting. Fast Forward seven years, and a Facebook friend request turned into the love of a century!
Our bride tells their story: “On our first date, he took me to dinner, and then we drove down to a local beach and just sat in the sand in the dark, watching the waves, talking about anything and everything. I had just had foot surgery a month prior so he had to give me a piggyback ride because walking in the sand hurt lol. 4 years later he took me to the exact spot and at sunset he dropped down to one knee!”

Congratulations, Daniella and Edward! We loved being a part of your Maui micro wedding and meeting your amazing family! We wish you all the best in the future!

Carmen & Brian’s Maui Beach Wedding was a golden-hued dream! This glowing couple traveled from California to wed on our beautiful shores. Surrounded by a small group of family & friends, they finally got to have their dream destination wedding in Maui. Now we are excited to share some of their photos – take a look!

We first started working with Carmen & Brian last February – just days before the entire world shut down. Never ones to give up, this sweet pair decided to postpone their Maui Beach Wedding until they could safely travel here. In the meantime, they had a backyard wedding in California so they wouldn’t have to wait to legally become husband & wife.
It ended up that Covid was just the start of their surprises! They found out they were expecting, but their home state had lost their marriage record. Oh no!
Luckily Carmen & Brian still had their sights set on Maui. So exactly one year after their backyard wedding, they stepped onto the golden sands of Po’olenalena Beach and finally had a beautiful Maui Beach Wedding. Now the papers are signed, the baby is on the way, and these two newlyweds can look forward to a bright future together!

Not only did Carmen & Brian marry on Maui, they also got engaged here! Brian proposed during one of his family’s annual trips to Hawaii. Maui has always been a meaningful place for this handsome groom, and now it means a lot to beautiful Carmen too.
Carmen & Brian have been together for 12 years. They met on Match.com and ended up becoming best friends. Brian is a mechanic who loves God & family. Carmen works for their school system and is an advocate for foster children. Together they love their church and enjoy spending time at the beach.
We couldn’t have asked for a better couple to work with! Through postponements and surprises, Carmen & Brian were always in good spirits and so kind. They definitely deserved this beautiful Maui Beach Wedding!

Congratulations, Carmen & Brian! We are so excited for you and wish you all the best!

Emily and Eric’s Maui destination wedding was simply beautiful. Set on the grounds of the Steeple House in Kapalua and with loved ones present (including their adorable three-year-old son!), this ceremony had everything Maui wedding dreams are made of!

As the big moment got near, Emily dressed in the bridal suite of the Steeple House. Wearing a gown of lace and with hair that wouldn’t quit, Emily was beyond radiant.

When the ceremony began, our couple’s little man was dressed for the occasion! We love his mini maile lei and his adorable expression! He even brought snacks to watch the show!

The love shared between Emily and Eric was electric. And the wedding was all smiles and laughter and an occasional show-stealing moment from the cute kiddo! Scroll on for more!

Eric is an East coaster – confident, easy to talk to, and tough. Emily is a West coaster – friendly, reserved at first, and sensitive. Their adorable son was born on Valentine’s Day, which is suiting because he’s the love of their life!
Emily and Eric’s story is one for the books! Read on for words from our bride: “We first met back in 2008 at a job. We were both in the same training class. We immediately caught each other’s eye… although we were both in separate relationships. A few years passed and we crossed paths at a different job! We were surprised to see each other, but still in separate relationships.”

“Fast forward a couple more years and our paths crossed again. We were both taking classes at the same school for our master’s program. We happened to have class on the same night, in the same building and saw each other as the elevator doors closed. (Like you see in the movies!) This time, we were both single and were able to reconnect.”

“We started dating back in 2012. Eric proposed in Boston on December 23, 2016. We hadn’t really started planning our wedding when we found out we were pregnant with Ethan. We agreed it wasn’t the right time to get married yet, so the wedding was pushed to the back burner while we started life as a family of 3. Now that the pandemic is getting better and things have slowed down a bit, we figured it’s the perfect time to (finally) get married!” Congratulations, Emily and Eric!

Thank you, Emily and Eric! We wish you all the magic in the years ahead!

Alexis and Bryan’s beautiful Maui wedding took place on the sweeping lawns of the 5 Palms in Wailea. It was a sunny day with an island breeze and a handful of loved ones watching on as Alexis and Bryan tied their lives together. We were so thrilled to help make their dreams come true!

There was so much joy during Alexis and Bryan’s ceremony! As the bride walked down the aisle in the arm of her proud father, it was pure magic. Bryan took in the sight of the love of his life, and Alexis held his gaze, looking incredibly beautiful in a lace gown and the sweetest smile. The only thing that could compare was the smile Bryan returned!

There’s nothing quite like that special Maui wedding moment when the reverend announces our couple as married! The cheers of the guests blended with the roaring ocean, and destiny was made! There was no limit to the smiles!

Following the big moment, we took our couple down to the shore for some romantic portraits. The sky was blanketed in dynamic clouds that made for epic lighting that alternated between gentle glows and vivid highlights. Keep scrolling for the incredible sunset!

We’re so glad that Jaclyn & Terek decided to elope in Maui! This adorable couple was so kind to work with, and their serene ceremony was a dream. Of course we had the Karma Hill Photography team come and photograph their Maui beach Elopement. Check out some of their beautiful photos!

Jaclyn planned to come to the beach separately from Terek. He’d come in the rental car, and then she’d arrive in an Uber. However, timing the Uber perfectly ended up being too complicated. After all, they chose to elope in Maui for a reason – to avoid stress! So they decided to drive together with a robe hiding Jaclyn’s dress.
Terek waited on the beach with Reverend Richardo, and we got Jaclyn all dolled up with her bouquet and accessories. It ended up being the perfect first look for their elopement! Terek was teary-eyed as he watched the beautiful bride walk toward him. It was such a fun way to keep things simple while still including some traditional elements!

Jaclyn & Terek got engaged last December. As the year went by, they couldn’t quite make wedding plans that felt right for them. They were more excited for an upcoming Maui vacation than they were about wedding planning.
Then in June, they realized that they could simply elope in Maui while they were here for their vacation. What a great idea! The beautiful couple was so relaxed and happy at their Maui elopement. Free of distractions and little worries, Jaclyn & Terek were able to focus on what was most important – their love for each other and the promises they were making.

Not only did Jaclyn & Terek have an amazing wedding experience, they also have amazing wedding photos! After their scenic ceremony, we explored Ironwoods Beach with their photographer. We love this location!
First we got portraits right along the seashore, and then we went up onto the sea cliffs for dramatic sunset shots. This stunning couple would look amazing anywhere, but these beach portraits are extra special.
Now they get to share their photos with their loved ones back home as they look forward to celebrating with them later on. We know they’ll treasure these memories forever, and we’re so happy we got to witness these two elope in Maui!

Congratulations, Jaclyn & Terek! Mahalo for allowing us to plan your Maui elopement, and we hope to see you in the islands again soon!

It was nothing but magic for Melissa and Chevin’s Maui micro wedding at the 5 Palms in Wailea! With loved ones cheering on, the sparkling ocean in the backdrop, and a love fit for the century, this was a ceremony we won’t soon forget!

Reverend Richardo officiated the ceremony with grace and warmth. It was the perfect mellow yet lovely ceremony. Our bride and groom shared heartfelt vows before they became officially married. They then shared their first dance and swayed in each other’s arms, taking in the special moment.

After the ceremony, we had a great time helping the Karma Hill Photography team capture spectacular images of Melissa and Chevin as they spent their first hour together as husband and wife. The sunset was simply spectacular. The slightly overcast sky lit up with a brilliant glow as if to say congratulations to our amazing couple.

Our bride shares their story: “We met at college in Oklahoma City. Both of us played sports (baseball & volleyball). Our school was pretty small so we made a connection early on. We’ve been dating for 6 years now! We got engaged on December 20th of 2020.”
“The original plan was to take a trip to California and go to San Diego. That’s where he planned on proposing😉. Then covid shut that down so we ended up back in Oklahoma for a few days. Chevin set up a special spot by the lake. And had a fun engagement party with all our friends and family! It was perfect and meant to be that we ended up there!”

Natasha and Jared’s Hawaii venue wedding was beautiful and relaxing. Set in the Four Seasons Plumeria Point and overlooking the glistening ocean, this was a ceremony right out of the books! Our couple was easygoing and simply ready to be married and celebrate with their family. It was a lovely event.

Wearing Hugo Boss and looking relaxed yet stylish, Jared waited for the love of his life to walk down the aisle. When he turned to take her in, the moment was pure magic. Natasha and Jared say that when they met, the chemistry in their brains changed. And you could certainly see the chemistry during their Hawaii venue wedding! There’s no question that these two will be in love for an eternity.

Following the ceremony, we took our bride and groom down to the ocean so the Karma Hill Photography team could capture their love against the sunset.

Natasha and Jared met at the gym, and as we said earlier, it was a chemical change in their brains! The love was practically instant. Jared is a dentist and Natasha works as a teacher. This is their second marriage for both of them and they have a beautiful blended family with four children. The transition was seamless. Their younger boys don’t even remember what it was like before! Keep scrolling for more of this amazing couple!

Hand in hand, Sarah and Tonya entered the beach together and set foot in a gorgeous custom flower circle. The Reverend Joe Miles began the ceremony with the traditional Hawaiian chant and lei exchange. It was so heartwarming to see Sarah and Tonya light up with joy as they exchanged vows and tied their lives together. There’s nothing more romantic than a couple stepping into the future together!

Following their union, it was time for an intimate fist dance on the shore and a slice of cake and toast of apple cider! The Karma Hill Photography team caught all the sweet moments, including the incredible sunset and adorable local car rattlers! Scroll on for all the memories!
