Serena and Daniel’s Maui Elopement was out of this world beautiful. Ironwoods Beach set the stage with rolling aquamarine tides and spectacular rock formations. With the sun blanketing the shore in golden light and a couple dressed to perfection and madly in love, this beach wedding is a must-see!

Wearing a tailored gown with elegant blouse draping, Serena made her entrance on the sandy shore and took our breath away. Daniel’s expression says it all. This is true love. To open the ceremony, Reverend Kimo trumpeted the conch shell for a traditional Hawaiian blessing, and Serena and Daniel embarked on the first steps to becoming a married couple.

Okay, can we pause for just a second? How stunning is Serena?! She glows from the inside out. We’re lovin’ the beachy hair and her effortlessly beautiful style. But it’s her beaming smile and the happiness that radiates from her that truly sings in these gorgeous photos. It’s little wonder why she outshines the Maui sun. There are few things as special as finding your perfect match and knowing you’re on this journey together.

Serena is a makeup artist content creator on Instagram, and Daniel is an IT auditor. They enjoy getting boba and doing pretty much anything in each others’ company. Friends for a while, Serena and Daniel have known each other since high school but only started dating in the summer of 2017. When the time was right, Daniel proposed in March of 2021 in a Minneapolis park, and now, here they are–saying “I do” at their tropical and elegant Maui Elopement!

Mahalo nui loa, Serena and Daniel, for trusting us with your Maui Elopement. We wish you all the happiness and joy in your journey ahead.

Teresa and David chose to elope in Maui to celebrate their love and the beautiful family they’ve created. With their two adorable kiddos watching on, Teresa and David tied the knot against the spectacular backdrop of Southside’s glistening shore. There was no shortage of love or cuteness at this Maui wedding!

Wearing a gown designed by Katie May and iced with a tropical flower crown, Teresa looks gorgeous against the white sands. With an open back, a form fitting bodice, and finely detailed lace applique, this Maui bride is take-your-breath-away stunning! Just look at that smile!
Sporting a simple yet elegant suit by Ermenegildo Zegna, David looks pretty great himself! We think he takes the prize for “happiest groom”!

When the special moment arrived, their six-year-old son stepped forward and pulled off the most important job on the beach, delivering the rings! We just loved his sweet smile yet serious composure as he pulled the rings from his jacket pocket. Keep scrolling for more sweet moments as Teresa and David elope in Maui!

Teresa and David met through mutual friends and were engaged in Italy… on a gondola! Does it get more romantic than that? Well, their decision to elope in Maui is a pretty good bet! Six years and two kids later, Teresa and David, at last, get to share their wedding day, with each other and with their sweet children! Win, win, win!

Congratulations, Teresa and David! We had a wonderful time celebrating with you as you eloped on Maui! We wish you and your family all the happiness in the decades ahead!

Nicole & Paul’s Venue Wedding in Maui was flooded with natural lighting and showcased glistening panoramic views of the Hawaiian coast. When they met online almost 3 years ago, they knew that they were destined for forever. And what better way to celebrate finding the love of your life than with a breezy Maui wedding with your closest friends and family in attendance?
Our couple did just that! Nicole has always dreamed of saying “I do” on an island beach, and we were honored she chose Simple Maui Wedding to help make her Big Day fantasy a reality! Follow us along as we join Nicole and Paul on this very special occasion…

Bailey was the most adorable flower girl, full of energy and dynamic smiles! And she made sure that those petals blanketed the aisle. Talk about a girl on a mission!

Framed by her son and father, Nicole was the embodiment of love and beauty. Wearing a lace gown with a princess cut, this bride is gorgeous and then some!

First, Nicole’s oldest son walked her down the aisle, and then her youngest officiated the marriage. It truly was a family event, a ceremony that was as beautiful as the Maui beach it took place on…
Keep scrolling for all of the heartwarming captures!

Nicole was hoping for a dramatic sunset… and although it’s not fiery, this sky is nothing short of dramatic!!

Tiffany & Scott’s Maui Wedding on the Beach was overflowing with elegance… and cuteness! Together for over 10 years, these Los Angeles lovebirds have two adorable boys in the nest, and their wild antics and bubbling personalities were so refreshing to capture!
Tiffany & Scott met through a mutual friend, and not long after, Scott proposed at their favorite restaurant. While they were originally planning on eloping with just their two young sons, they decided they couldn’t say “I do” without the presence of their closest friends and family. And what a funloving event it turned out to be!

Speaking of funloving, how incredibly dapper are these two young gents?! We’re loving the suspenders and bowties… not to mention those adorable faces!

During the ceremony, Tiffany & Scott exchanged heartfelt vows. There are few things as touching as the honest sentiments shared between a couple who have grown together and cherished one another throughout the years…

How gorgeous is this shot?! We are speechless … So, we’ll let Tiffany & Scott’s Maui beach wedding photographer do the talking:
“I felt like every photo I took was amazing just because Tiffany was one of the most beautiful brides, and her family just looked so great together from the outfits to the hair–everything just really was beautiful.” -Tenessa
And we couldn’t agree more!

Mahalo nui loa, Tiffany & Scott, for trusting us with your Maui wedding on the beach. We wish you all the joy in the years ahead and send our fondest Aloha…

Lavenders and creams made an elegant statement at Le & Saeng’s venue wedding on Maui. The outdoor terrace of the 5 Palms set the stage and flooded the ceremony with the warm sun of the tropics. Contemporary details and personal touches elevated the occasion, perfectly marrying elegance with the easygoing nature of Maui.
Le’s daughter and Saeng’s niece starred as the flower girls. And what a beautiful and darling pair they were! Our couple found ways to weave in sentimental touches while including their special loved ones, sharing all the magic of their Big Day with their family… Keep scrolling for all the smiles and “aaaww!” moments!

We loved how these radiant flower girls shared their shoe style with someone ultra-special… see if you can spot the design in the pics below!

This spunky family had us all laughing and enjoying the moment! It was clear that everyone was celebrating the union!

Wai from Simple Maui Wedding was honored to be our couple’s onsight coordinator, and when asked about the ceremony, she summed it up by saying: “Simple and spectacular. The only two words I can think of that best describe their wedding day.” And looking over these gorgeous pics, we have to agree!

Erin & Patrick’s beach wedding on Maui was flooded with puppy love… of the true variety! Their little dog Zoe was the guest of paw-ner, and Patrick’s brilliant daughter Taylor began the ceremony by carrying the little furbaby over to deliver the rings. We love, love, love when our couples include elements (and pets!) that elevate their Special Day into an event bursting with personality and heart!
And this Big Day was no exception! Friends and family gathered beneath the golden sun and watched on as Patrick took in the first sight of his new bride. With her arms linked with her father’s, Erin crossed over the terrace, and the moment she set foot upon the sand, Patrick could no longer hold back his emotions. The quiet pause he took to gather himself says it all…

And it’s little wonder why he was so speechless! Beach-ready hair, a spray of adorable freckles, and a tiered mermaid gown that’s curve-hugging in all the right ways? Erin is rocking this style!

But we can’t overlook Patrick’s classic tux, complete with a bowtie and maile lei and a peek of the breezy tropics… we’re all on board for this style train!

And Zoe was a pur-fect model, relaxing and just enjoying the day. She joined the family early in Erin and Patrick’s relationship… so, of course, their ceremony wouldn’t be complete without her!

If you’re planning on saying “I do” on a white sandy shore, you may feel like you’re swimming in a wave of beach wedding bouquet options — ranging from the classic nosegay of roses to the internet craze of hot-glued seashells — Finding the perfect wedding bouquet can seem like an endless pursuit …
… Luckily, we’re here to help! Having serviced over 1,800 Maui weddings, we at Simple Maui Wedding are happy to share some of our favorite wedding bouquets from real weddings. As you seek out the perfect floral masterpiece we promise to steer you far away from those seashell-and-glue atrocities (Although they were pretty popular a few years ago).

The succulent is quickly becoming the latest beach bouquet must-have. With its voluptuous leaves and striking appearance, it’s little wonder why … If you’re searching for a touch of untamed, rugged beauty, then look no further than the hearty succulent!
Available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, the succulent is positively otherworldly, evoking fantasies of galaxies far away and jungles lost in time.
Succulents grow on every continent except Antarctica. And although they’re popularly misclassified as a type of cacti, the terms are not interchangeable.
While most cacti are indeed succulents, a significant amount of succulent plants are unrelated to cacti. This means most succulents don’t have needles–which is good news for those just-manicured bridal hands!

With roots spreading across the Mediterranean and Asia, the peony is an exquisite Eastern beauty. Because their peak season is in May, peonies are perfectly timed for an early summer beach wedding. But if your heart is set on tying the knot in the Winter or Fall … the garden rose makes for a modern frilly substitute.
Truly a maid-of-all-trades, the peony was once revered by Chinese diplomats for its medicinal properties and flavor. (Hmm … after-wedding snack, anyone?) In fact, the peony is so beloved in China it’s known as the “King of Flowers” and held the throne of the national flower until 1929.
Built like the fun-loving little sister of the dahlia, this charmer perfectly encapsulates the sunshiny vibes of a Hawaii beach wedding. The peony’s delicate yet complex layering of petals whimsically mirrors not only the flow of a wedding gown but also the waves of the sea.

Available from early spring to late autumn, these treasured blooms make the perfect beach wedding bouquet flower. Bursting in seascape hues from seafoam green to cerulean blue, the hydrangea will make a splash in any shoreside ceremony.
The Hydrangea is another popular bouquet bloom with origins in Asia. In today’s Japan, the small, star-shaped florets are brewed into a delicate tea and used to celebrate the birthday of Buddha.
As if all that’s not enough proof of this flower’s remarkable merits, the pink Hydrangea is quickly becoming an Eastern symbol of budding love. The spherical blooms are said to whisper, “You are the beat of my heart.” And the renowned florist, Tan Jun Yong, further mused over the pink hydrangea, saying, “The light delicate blush of the petals reminds me of a beating heart, while the size could only match the heart of the sender!”
We can hear you sighing over there … It’s okay, we’re sighing too.
With over 100 dainty flowers per stalk, this uniquely round beauty calls forth visions of globe sailing and ocean sprays. The rippling texture of the hydrangea stirs up memories of childhood wishing wells, casting fairy magic upon even the most sophisticated of beach weddings.

Planning on a beach wedding in Hawaii? Or just hoping to elope on the world’s most romantic sandy venue? We’re here to make your dreams come true!

The calla lily enfolds its velvety spathe around a yellow pistil, and the result is a trumpet of seemingly divine origins. Although it’s most commonly seen in hues of ivory, the calla lily is also available in the highly pigmented shades of mahogany, blush, Easter yellow, and sunset flame … not to mention black for all you posh trend-setters out there.
And because it’s cultivated to grow year-round, this bloom is a can-do for every chic and refined oceanside ceremony.
Originating in South Africa, the calla lily has been a European favorite since before the 1600s. Although technically not related to the lily species, this misnamed beauty has taken the world by storm and is now popularly considered to be the ultimate definition of elegance.
Like the rose, the symbolism of the calla lily is influenced by its coloring: white represents purity and faithfulness, pink represents fondness and admiration, purple represents passion, and yellow symbolizes thankfulness.

Available in pom-pom, pincushion, and starlike blooms. With a season ranging from late-summer through autumn and with hues from eggshell to chocolate, the dahlia brings an enchanting drop of Fall to any bridal bouquet.
The dahlia is a Mexican heartthrob worth swooning over. Originally cultivated by the Aztecs, and donning an endless abundance of petals, this versatile showstopper is a provocative beauty.

Long treasured for their feminine allure and pearlescent shimmer, orchids will bring a touch of the tropics to your floral bouquet. With over 28,000 different varieties, there’s sure to be an orchid type that will suit your venue and set your heart aglow. Not sure where to have your beach wedding? Check out our list of gorgeous Maui beach wedding locations.
Reminiscent of the heavenly Hawaiian rainbow, orchids bloom in every vivid color of the prism–from pistachio green to gradients of amethyst and cream, this exotic showstopper is sure to make a statement as you stroll down the sandy shore.
The delicate orchid is said to represent desire, virility, and beauty. In fact, it’s so intimately linked to romance, that the ancient Greeks dubbed it “orkhis,” which means … well, we’ll let you look that one up!

The fragrant eucalyptus perfumes the dreams of lovers. Bursting with the fresh and vibrant scents of crushed mint and upturned soil, and laced with subtle hints of just-picked lavender, eucalyptus sprigs are evocative bouquet inclusions that bring romance to the forefront.
Most species of eucalyptus are native to Australia and many can grow upwards of 200 feet!
Not only are the greens a favorite treat for adorable koala bears, but they’re also considered a sign of good fortune and positive outcomes. If a piece of eucalyptus bark is worn around the neck, then the wearer is said to bring good luck to whoever they encounter. You can’t go wrong with these special greens!

Curved into a perfect heart with a spike-shaped spadix at the center, the Anthurium has us dreaming of a young lover just pierced by Cupid’s arrow. Originating from South America and as glossy as can be, few flowers are as memorable as the lacy Anthurium.
Anthurium means “Tail Flower” in Greek, but this beauty also goes by “Lace Flower” and “Flamingo Flower.”
Native to South and Tropical America, Anthuriums grow in over 700 different varieties and bloom year-long. So, no matter what season you plan on having your beach wedding, the anthurium will be ready to make an impact!

Weaving in local foliage is a stylish and economical way to add a sense of place and culture to your Hawaiian destination wedding. From ferns and jade vines to the grand monstera and sacred Ti leaf, no beach bride is complete without a touch of tropical greenery.
Although the monstera leaf isn’t indigenous to Hawaii, its gorgeous jigsaw leaves can be spotted throughout the islands–keep an eye out for it during the spectacular drive to Hana!
Valued for their medicinal properties, some species of Hawaiian ferns have been alive and blooming for the last 1,000 years. Nope, that wasn’t a typo! Lace a couple into your bouquet, and you’ll quite literally be carrying a piece of the islands with you on your special day.

Proteas are available in many striking varieties, but few are as sensational as the king protea. Transcending time with its prehistoric beauty, this stately king is sure to draw the eye of every guest! That’s why this bloom is true to its name and reigns supreme on our list of top beach wedding bouquets!
The king protea symbolizes diversity and courage. With African origins, this mesmerizing titan now graces the slopes of every Hawaiian island and is quickly becoming a must-have for any beach wedding bouquet.
With a feather-soft belly cradled in lush peach and fuschia petals, the king protea is sure to take center stage. Including one of these royal blooms will give you a beach wedding bouquet that your guests won’t soon forget!

With the beautiful simplicity of a beach locale, our custom bouquet is an ideal way to bring in the colors you love and give the affair that personal touch.
Whether you’re looking for a dramatic collection of vibrant flowers to serve as a sharp pop of color against the scenery, or a softer blend of shades to complement the warm pastel hues of the tropical sunset, there’s sure to be a beach bouquet perfectly tailored to your style.
Come drop by our site for all your beach wedding in Maui inspiration! Or read our blog for intimate details on real Maui shoreline ceremonies.
Bouquets date back to Medieval times. To ensure the longevity of their love and to ward off evil spirits, the bride and groom often decked themselves in garlands of herbs and garlic (With the added bonus of masking that pungent scent of Medieval body odor!). Thankfully, the garlic is long gone! And today’s modern brides have the luxury of sophisticated blooms bursting with personality and delicate scents.
Ever wonder why the bride traditionally tosses these luscious floral blooms of eye-candy? Well, tucker down because we’ve got a story for you!
Back in the Medieval Ages, brides were considered lucky commodities and guests just couldn’t leave without having a piece of their own “good luck” charm … so, instead of saying their fond farewells after grabbing a piece of delectable red velvet and buttercream wedding cake, the guests of old snatched and tore at pieces of the bride instead–leaving her buzzed and blushing in all the wrong ways!
Until one fateful day, a witty young bride tossed her bouquet into her frothing swarm of admirers, tempting them into ripping at the petals for souvenirs while she and the groom dashed away to the safety of their wedding chambers. After which, the groom flung out his new wife’s garter to further satiate the crowd.
And while today the bride is still considered as lucky as can be, thankfully the times (AND guests!) have changed. So if you choose to toss that bodacious bouquet of yours, cast a glance around at your admiring guests and take heart in the fact that if you decide to ask for it back, you’ll surely end the night with your flowers (and yourself!) in one piece.
Legend has it, whoever catches the bride’s bouquet will be the next one walking down the aisle.
So anyone who wishes to tie the knot with a partner in the near future can stand behind the bride in hopes of catching the bouquet. Of course, to actually catch the bouquet, your guests will need some fairly deft “bouquet catching” (or snatching!) skills.
A basic bouquet will start at $300 and go up according to your specific flower choices and customizations. Styles that require more blooms, like a cascading bouquet, will generally cost more than the traditional nosegay choices.
Although they’re Hawaiian island classics, we don’t recommend the plumeria and hibiscus as part of a beach bouquet because they’re incredibly quick to wilt and brown once picked. And with the time spent traveling, performing the ceremony, and photographing those gorgeous sunset portraits, this means that both flowers are unsuited for beach wedding bouquets … the last thing you want is a bloom that checks-out for the night before you’ve even said: “I do.”
Planning on a beach wedding in Hawaii? Or just hoping to elope on the world’s most romantic sandy venue? We’re here to make your dreams come true!

We absolutely loved being a part of Jenny and Brandon’s Maui Wedding. The Pacific Northwest couple is just a few months away from welcoming a baby boy to their family and could not be more excited.
A planned work trip to Maui for Brandon turned into the perfect opportunity to tie the knot and they chose the most beautiful evening for it. It was one of the most epic sunsets we have seen in a long time, and we see a lot of sunsets!

After meeting on Instagram via a funny comment on one of Jenny’s videos, they started to talk on DM and never stopped. The connection only deepened after they connected in real life. They share a love of sports and when they aren’t busy with work, watching their favorite team the Seattle Seahawks. Go Hawks!
Jenny and Brandon chose a Maui beach wedding ceremony at Po’olenalena beach just before sunset. They had a lovely group of friends and family who traveled to witness and support their wedding and the mood on the beach that day was definitely one of excitement and love.
After a touching ceremony performed by Reverend Kuya they took advantage of the scenery to take photos with loved ones, each other and celebrate that beautiful baby bump!
The overcast day surprised everybody with a stunning sunset and it was the perfect way to send them off to the rest of their life together.
Mahalo Brandon and Jenny for choosing us to be a part of your next adventure together!

Deanna and Sean decided to have a Maui Beach Elopement because they love being around the water and wanted a sunset backdrop. And even though we got a late start due to a sudden downpour, the colors in the sky did not disappoint! Just see for yourself!
One of our favorite parts of helping plan this couple’s Maui Beach Elopement was hearing the story of how they met and got together. This bride and groom actually went to high school together over 20 years ago! They had a class together and were lab partners but never dated. But thanks to Facebook they reconnected and started taking trips between Arizona & Michigan to be together! And then Sean proposed when they were packing up Deanna’s stuff in Michigan to go live with him in Arizona!
We love that they ended up together and are so glad we could be part of their special day! Thank you, Deanna and Sean, for letting us celebrate with you. We wish you all the best on the journey ahead! Congratulations and Warm Aloha!

When Emily reached out to us wanting to plan a Surprise Maui Vow Renewal for her husband Scott, we were 100% on board with the idea! Especially since these two are about to welcome a little bundle of joy into their family. It doesn’t need to be a special occasion to renew your vows, but we can’t think of a better time than prior to the arrival of a baby!

As we watched this couple exchange vows, the love they have for each other and their growing family was so strong it was almost tangible! And Emily was positively glowing! It’s easy to see Scott makes her feel like the most beautiful woman in the world and we are so glad these two have each other.

After the ceremony, it was time for some portraits with our sister company and we absolutely adore how they turned out! Especially these maternity shots. We have no doubt this child will be loved beyond measure and are honored we could be part of such a special Surprise Maui Vow Renewal for Emily and Scott! We can’t wait for them to come back and bring their little one with them 🙂 . Until then, Congratulations and Warm Aloha!

Maui is Cosette and Paul’s favorite place, so a Maui Venue Wedding was the ideal place for these two to say, “I do”. And they couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful location for their ceremony! Our bride and groom were greeted with a beautiful day at Maui Dragon Fruit Farm.

The views are spectacular at this location with an overlook of the ocean! Plus there was plenty of space for our couple’s 24 guests on top of the lush green grass surrounded by a beautiful archway and Cosette and Paul’s love for each other. And they were even blessed with some rain showers in the distance which created some really breathtaking dramatic scenery!

This entire Maui Venue Wedding was so heartfelt and full of laughs, smiles, and celebration. And we can’t get over how spectacular Cosette’s hair and makeup were! She even said, “I’ve never looked this beautiful!” We have no doubt she always looks stunning and she made for such a happy Simple Maui Wedding Bride. After the ceremony, we adventured out on a nearby private beach with a unique and beautiful landscape.

Their sunset was truly one to remember and we are so glad our sister company was there to capture their special day from the beginning when Cosette walked down the aisle until the end where our newlyweds snuggled up to their wedding sunset. Thank you, Cosette and Paul, for trusting Simple Maui Wedding to be part of such a special occasion! After meeting 7 years ago while both working at a taco spot, this couple was so excited to get married in paradise at a Baldwin Beach Wedding. Ashlee and Nathan are both Washington natives and so they loved the dark dramatic clouds over the West Maui Mountains. And so do we, especially when they make for such amazing sunsets like this!

Besides having a beautiful location to make their ceremony memorable, these two were also able to share their special day with loved ones. One thing’s for sure, this Baldwin Beach Wedding is an occasion they will all hold close to their hearts for many years to come.
