Despite the uncertainty over the past few years, Amy and Kenneth took full advantage of the time at home to get to know one another. Kenneth looked so sharp in his navy suit with the touch of green which perfectly complimented Amy’s jade accessories! And what caught us the most was the look on Kenneth’s face when he got a first glimpse of his beautiful bride! His reaction was genuine and heartfelt…

These two, when planning their Maui venue wedding, knew they wanted something intimate and romantic. The quiet Makani Point at the Wailea Beach Resort was just what they hoped for. The gentle breeze, salty air, and graceful hula dancer added to the romance and tropical ambiance of their vows.

Kenneth and Amy are two peas in a pod (they both work in art), and their love was palpable throughout their special day. You can tell they are the best of friends and love a good laugh together! And they shared many throughout their big day!

The sun was shining, the ocean calm, and friends and family had gathered to celebrate their special day. Their private ceremony began under a beautiful driftwood arch adorned with tropical blooms, surrounded by lush tropical foliage on the edge of Wailea Beach Resort. The gentle breeze and ocean waves against the rocky shore enhanced the intimate atmosphere. It was exactly what our couple dreamed of for their Maui venue wedding!

After the ceremony concluded, we set out to capture some memorable snapshots against the backdrop of breathtaking natural beauty. With swaying palm trees surrounding them, and lush foliage in every direction, we captured some truly stunning wedding portraits of the happy group. Everyone was cheering to celebrate our newlyweds!

A Hawaiian Blessing

As if things couldn’t get any better, we even stumbled across an adorable sleeping turtle! It served as the finishing touch to an already wonderful day for the happy pair! A unique Hawaiian experience to remember forever…

You could feel the love in the air from how they looked into each other’s eyes and their tender embraces. Both were dressed to perfection, from Patric’s blue suit and Anna’s classic, sleek gown. We ended the year with a tropical bang with Margot and Garrett’s Maui venue wedding! It was a truly magical and unforgettable experience that was a pleasure to coordinate. The couple was so excited to celebrate their love with their friends and family so keep reading to relive their magical day with us!

The ceremony took place on the stunning oceanfront lawn at Wailea Beach Resort, with breathtaking views of the Pacific as a backdrop! The couple exchanged vows under a gorgeous driftwood arch adorned with pink and orange tropical blooms. The ceremony was meaningful and emotional; you could feel the profound love between Margot and Garrett… Seeing how moved our beautiful couple was at first glance was so endearing!

After their beautiful ceremony, we walked down to the beach with our happy newlyweds for a few sunset portraits to end their Maui venue wedding! And boy, did they have the most amazing colors to mark their incredible day! The golden hour reflected the blissful and romantic ambiance that surrounded our beautiful newlyweds. They were utterly lost in each other’s embrace and kiss!

How gorgeous is Margot with her vibrant blooms! She looks so radiant in the sun’s golden glow…truly exquisite! And Garrett looked equally handsome in his blue suit that complemented the deep ocean blue in the distance…

Recently we captured Courtney & Taylor’s beautiful Maui venue wedding! It was a bluebird day and our happy couple couldn’t have been more excited to tie the knot! Their intimate and elegantly simple wedding was a pleasure to photograph! Keep reading to see more highlights of their day…

Getting Ready

One of the most private moments of Courtney and Taylor’s Maui venue wedding we captured was them getting dressed and ready for their big day. As you can imagine, the room was full of nerves and happiness! Courtney looked resplendent in her jeweled gown… we loved the beaded detail along her waistline – so beautiful! The plunging neckline was so flattering and elegant on her too…we were in awe when she was finally ready as you’ll see below!

In the spirit of the beachy ambiance, Taylor looked sharp in his light-blue linen three-piece suit! It perfectly matched the colors of the sky and ocean! When get got to the altar, he was smiling ear to ear, waiting for his bride-to-be!

Once the ceremony began, our charming couple exchanged their sacred vows. Our beautiful couple chose the grassy lawn at Wailea Beach Resort for their Maui venue wedding. This is a fantastic location if you’re looking for an oceanfront property with a designated lawn area for a ceremony. It’s the best of both a traditional venue and a beach wedding! We couldn’t recommend it enough!

With cheers and kisses from their nearest and dearest, Courtney and Taylor were officially husband and wife! Also, during their final ceremony moments, we couldn’t stop staring at the gorgeous tropical floral displays on the arch! These details made their day uniquely their own; their Maui venue wedding was all they could have ever dreamed of!

As you can see, their family and friends were so thrilled for them too! They were a lively bunch! Surrounded by the most important people in their lives on one of the most significant day of their lives was endearing to witness…

By The Waves – Just Maui’d

After their elegant ceremony, we walked down with our lovely couple to the rocky cliffs by the water. This was the moment they truly looked forward to! Our newlyweds love the ocean and island lifestyle so they wanted to capture a few precious moments together with the sound of the crashing waves…don’t they look beautiful together!?

These lovebirds couldn’t have asked for a better day! There were hardly any clouds in the sky and it was a bright and warm morning. We walked further down the beach to another scenic backdrop, trying to avoid Courtney’s train from getting wet! Nevertheless, they looked so happy together!

As you can see in the photos, we love the variety of this location! There are ample palm trees and secluded spots on the beach to capture the intimate moments of our newlyweds. Our lovely couple is pure tropical elegance in these photos! And to our surprise, Taylor wore the aloha spirit in his suit lining!

This sweet pair traveled to Hawaii from California, just like they did four years ago on their first vacation here. But this time, they were getting married!

And now that the hustle and bustle of wedding planning have subsided, it’s time for a new joy: reliving the day through their photographs. Take a look at some of their breathtaking moments below!

Romance, Companionship, and Respect

Sienna & Chris have been together for seven years and spent that time building a strong foundation of love and understanding. But how did the winds of fate bring these two to the shores of Maui for their wedding?

Their story began back in 2015, when they caught each other’s eyes on a dating site. In true SoCal style, Sienna & Chris had their first date at Disneyland and have been inseparable ever since.

They’re both career-driven but know how to have a good time. They take advantage of all the great culture and dining near their Southern California home and venture out to their parents’ homes near Wine Country whenever possible.

Chris proposed to Sienna at San Diego Safari Park as the giraffes and rhinos roamed not far from their cabana. Then it was time to plan a wedding. A big hometown wedding didn’t seem like the best fit for them, so they set their sights on Maui, a place of romance and adventure. And their Wailea Beach Resort wedding embodied all that and more!

Joined by a small and joyful group of guests, Sienna & Chris said “I Do” right by the ocean’s edge. It was the perfect way to begin this new chapter of life together!

It was the ideal time and place for this tranquil wedding! Then the bamboo arch added an elegant touch to this occasion. The airy fabric and delicate floral arrangements were the perfect adornments!

Why We Love Their Maui Venue Wedding

Burnt orange, cream, and beige were the wedding colors! These soft hues were an exquisite palette. Not to mention, this scheme complemented the island’s natural shades beautifully!

Emily and Frank wanted to have a small and intimate wedding with just their immediate family. Our delightful duo had been planning a group vacation, so they decided this was when they’d get married. It was ideal because they tied the knot at a tropical destination with the most important people around them!

Our Couple’s Story

Currently, Frank is a flooring contractor. Then, Emily is in nursing school and is a stay-at-home mother. Our passionate pair has a sweet one-year-old daughter named Stella! This little one had the honor of being the flower girl and bringing the rings up in their Maui venue wedding. Lastly, this adventurous duo enjoys fishing, camping, and being with their family!
