Ten years later, after building a life filled with family time, late-night TV sessions, and a glitter-filled proposal on a quiet park bench, they found themselves exchanging vows in one of the most breathtaking venues in all of Hawaii.

Their Maui wedding took place at the Grand Wailea’s Seaside Chapel, a hidden gem tucked within one of Maui’s most iconic luxury resorts. The Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria property, is the kind of place that makes you audibly exhale the moment you step onto the grounds. With lush tropical gardens, waterfalls, koi ponds, and sweeping views of the Pacific, it’s a destination that feels both elevated and effortlessly connected to its surroundings. It sits at the edge of the resort, just a short walk from the ocean, nestled among palm trees and tropical foliage. The chapel has an air of timeless romance, made even more special by its setting, surrounded by nature, but within reach of all the refined comforts you’d expect from a Waldorf Astoria property.
