A wedding in Maui was the perfect next chapter for Rachel and Dean, a California couple whose love story began with a little help from Hinge and some truly unforgettable timing! They matched in January 2020, just before the world turned upside down. Suddenly, their budding romance involved a whole lot of quarantining together. Talk about putting a new relationship to the test! Luckily, all that unexpected quality time only brought them closer. Then, in September 2024, Dean popped the question at the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher in Ireland. From dramatic Irish cliffs to the sun-kissed shores of Hawaii, these two certainly know how to pick a romantic backdrop!

Their beautiful ceremony at Po’olenalena Beach was everything we adore about a Maui wedding. Beneath the sweeping branches of a tree, Rachel and Dean exchanged vows with the sparkling Pacific Ocean stretching out behind them. Explore the beauty of a Maui Venue Wedding through Nicole and Taylor’s unique love story and serene celebration. Their story began through Facebook Dating, where Taylor apparently understood the assignment immediately. After their first date, he already knew he wanted to marry Nicole.

Nicole, meanwhile, needed a little more convincing. Eventually, Taylor asked what her dream proposal looked like. Her answer was wonderfully specific: absolutely no public spectacle. So, after Nicole returned home from a trip to Europe, she found a ring waiting on the counter with a note. She slipped it onto her finger, called Taylor to say yes, and then went to bed. Honestly, iconic.

For Nicole’s first-ever trip to Hawaii, Maui felt like just the place to begin their next chapter. The Rustic Hawaiian Ruins created a gorgeous setting for their intimate ceremony, surrounded by tropical greenery, stone walls, and their closest loved ones. Most importantly, their girls were there to share in the celebration. Between sweet family moments, colorful florals, and plenty of happy tears, the entire ceremony felt warm and personal. It was elegant without feeling overly formal, which suited this travel-loving Washington couple beautifully.

A Maui venue wedding at Four Seasons Maui at Plumeria Point gave Holly and Shane the dreamiest setting for their next chapter. After meeting through mutual friends, these two spent eight years building a love story worth celebrating.

Their intimate ceremony unfolded beneath gorgeous plumeria trees, where fresh white petals lined the aisle. Holly looked incredible in her white gown, complete with a long, dramatic train, while Shane looked effortlessly handsome in a tan suit.

Some love stories start with a swipe and end with a Maui destination wedding overlooking one of the most beautiful stretches of ocean in the world. Rena and Masashi traveled all the way from Tokyo, Japan, but their story began much more simply through a dating app and four years of growing closer together.

Masashi’s proposal already sounded like something straight out of a movie, literally. He reserved a private theater and surprised Rena with a video filled with their favorite memories before asking her to marry him. So it felt perfectly fitting that their wedding day at the Seaside Chapel at Grand Wailea was just as cinematic.

Bright stained glass windows framed the chapel, soft tropical light filled the space, and as they stood together at the altar surrounded by loved ones, the moment felt quietly magical.

One of the most striking details from their Maui destination wedding was their timeless all white style. A Maui beach wedding at Po’olenalena Beach feels a little bit like stepping into a screensaver, except it is real and you can feel the sand between your toes. Kasey and Joshua flew all the way from Fort Wayne, Indiana to stand in that golden light, and we could see immediately that this was exactly where they were meant to be. Two microbiologists who met on the same hospital shift, who fell in love somewhere between lab reports and long nights, choosing sunshine and salt air as the backdrop to forever.
