A Maui destination wedding is many couples’ dream, one we take complete pride and joy in bringing to life for beautiful couples like Cassidy and Grant! Cassidy had always dreamed of getting married in Maui… so we were honored to be able to coordinate their special day for them. They wanted a relaxing, enjoyable, carefree, beautiful, and unforgettable celebration – and that’s exactly what their big day was!
First, a little backstory on our lovely pair… Cassidy and Grant are high school sweethearts; they met four years ago and got engaged under Christmas lights last December! Very romantic. Their love story is as sweet as can be, and it was a delight to begin their journey with them as husband and wife!

Their Maui destination wedding was beautiful and intimate, with a Hawaiian vibe at its core. They tied the knot at Rustic Hawaiian Ruins, Trinity-By-The-Sea, an old church dating back to the 1800s! The coral brick walls surrounding the altar of this outdoor chapel feel rustic yet dreamy, with tropical palms all around. So it’s the perfect mix of a tropical venue yet with a beachy feel! It was just what they had hoped for, and we loved how the light filtered through the setting; it was bright and airy and oh so Hawaiian...

Finally, after they said their “I do’s,” we took our lovely newlyweds to the beach for some portraits! It was a bright, sunny morning, creating a happy atmosphere perfect for capturing the moment’s joy. We love how airy and bright their photos look; they genuinely capture the tropical essence of Cassidy and Grant’s Maui destination wedding!

Mahalo Cassidy and Grant for choosing Simple Maui Wedding for your big day! It was a joy to bring your dream wedding to life! Sending you lots of aloha into your future as husband and wife!

Monica and Justin’s Maui venue wedding was everything we love most at Simple Maui Wedding – simple, elegant, and beautiful! Surrounded by close friends and family, it was everything they had hoped for and more…It was incredible to see how happy everyone was to be in Hawaii to celebrate their special day! Re-live their special day through some of our favorite highlights below!

Our lovely couple exchanged vows at our Rustic Hawaiian Ruins, Trinity by the Sea – a venue we love for its open-air arrangement and plenty of room for guests to spread out. In addition, the tropical palms and foliage brought a jungle-like ambiance to the event, creating a magical atmosphere! Who needs so much additional decor when you have lush foliage and natural splendor like this?! It truly makes you feel like you’re in paradise…and the beach is just around the corner too!

After their tropical Maui venue wedding ceremony, we strolled out to the beach for a few intimate portraits, and the couple looked like they stepped into a romantic dream! As Maui always does, it showed off again for the newlyweds with shades of pink, orange, and violet hues, providing the perfect romantic backdrop for their big day!
We especially love the sand-colored suit Justin wore to complement Monica’s beautiful lace gown. The intricate embroidery paired with her long train and veil is breathtaking! She was a sight to behold, backlit by the golden setting sun…

It was an honor to be a part of such a special moment and capture their love! Mahalo for letting us be a part of your special day, and we wish the happy new Mr. & Mrs. Fullmer a lifetime of love and happiness!

There’s nothing quite as sweet as high school romance! Jacinda and Alexander met back in high school; the rest is history. Or rather, their Maui venue wedding is just the beginning of their next chapter! Our charming pair have never been to Hawaii, so their whole celebration felt utterly surreal and exciting, as you can imagine! After all these years, Jacinda and Alex were ready to tie the knot. Keep scrolling to see more of their beautiful day!

Since our lovely pair have never been to Hawaii, the tropical setting of Rustic Hawaiian Ruins at Trinity-By The-Sea was perfect for their intimate ceremony. The lush greenery and seclusion added to the romantic ambiance of their big day. As our happy couple recalled, “We have always wanted to come to Hawaii and could not think of a better way to celebrate our wedding than to come and experience it there for the first time with our friends and family!” We couldn’t agree more!

Our happy newlyweds wanted to savor every moment of their Maui venue wedding by taking a few portraits by the water’s edge. After all, when in Hawaii, is there any better place to take the first steps as husband and wife? Their love and devotion for each other were palpable as we snapped away. They are ready to begin their next big adventure together!

Jacinda looked radiant in her flowy beach gown that fluttered in the breeze. Her tousled locks and tropical blooms were perfect for their simple yet elegant celebration! Alex’s little touch of tropical green in his bowtie complemented her gorgeous bouquet beautifully…

Congratulations to these two high school sweethearts! It was our pleasure to coordinate and photograph your special day! We hope you had a fabulous time celebrating with your friends and family…

These two not only found beauty in each other, but they also had the most beautiful Maui venue wedding! We recently had the pleasure of coordinating and capturing their big day! After the challenging years of the pandemic, our sweet couple yearned to celebrate their wedding in a peaceful and healing place…Maui couldn’t have been a more perfect choice for them! Keeping reading to see how their gorgeous day unfolded…

Our sweet couple exchanged their vows in the golden sunshine with the love and support of their family and friends at Rustic Hawaiian Ruins and Trinity By The Sea, a historic church in Kihei built in 1853 – a real gem on the island! It offers lush, tropical greenery and ocean views, as you’ll see below!

Their moment had finally come! What was most important to our lovely couple for their Maui venue wedding was to get married in a place where they could leave all their worries at home. We were so pleased to make that dream come true!

Maui holds a special place in Ashlyn’s heart – she has visited our beautiful island before and found profound healing and peace at a difficult time. The island’s beauty reignited her love of life, and she was so excited to share it with Jeremy! And she looks every bit of an island beauty herself in her Haku flower crown…

Our beautiful couple radiates bliss and happiness! They soaked up the tropical ambiance and natural beauty before celebrating with their friends and family… They have been each other’s rock, and you can see how deep their love is in these photos… Our beautiful newlyweds are ready to begin their next chapter with the blessing of Maui’s magic!

What does a Hawaiian dream wedding look like? Jean and Adrian’s Maui destination wedding ticks every box in our book! To our delight, we recently planned and photographed their big day – we love the simple, tropical elegance! So keep reading to re-live special moments of a magical day!

Jean and Adrian embraced every bit of the Hawaiian culture in their Maui destination wedding – from the tropical florals to the ambiance of Rustic Hawaiian Ruins, a stunningly beautiful and authentic venue set in the ruins of an 1800s church. The lush greenery is a gorgeous backdrop to say, “I do!” Our lovely couple exchanged their sweet vows within the original coral brick walls surrounding the altar, which added to the sacred feeling of the moment!

And to add to the authenticity of their beautiful day, our beautiful couple wanted a few portraits at the nearby Menehune Beach with the setting sun. It was the perfect ending to their Maui destination wedding! Even though they were excited to celebrate with their friends and family, they wanted to savor this moment on the beach together!
Surrounded by a golden glow, Jean looks just as glowing in her Haku flower crown! She looks like the picture of a Maui bride; elegant, relaxed, and carefree!

We recently had the pleasure of capturing Lindsay and Anthony’s Maui destination wedding! As you’ll see, it was a vibrant and private affair that wowed us from the very start! Our lovely couple embraced the rich Hawaiian culture in all its forms, from the decor to their sacred vows. Please keep reading to see photos from their tropical destination wedding!

Our charismatic couple was enamored with the islands from the start of their loving relationship. Lindsay admitted that she dreamed of a Hawaiian wedding as a little girl; she even decorated her room with an island theme! As you can see in the photos of their stunning floral decor and tropical ambiance, Lindsay’s wish came true! We were in awe of the bright and playful colors of the ceremony; they were so eye-catching! When her father walked her down the aisle, she was reminded of that childhood dream long ago. We couldn’t be happier to photograph their Maui destination wedding!

To rewind a bit, it all began in a college physics class for our delightful newlyweds. Anthony was a lab assistant then, and their friendship slowly sparked from co-lab assistants in the science department at Belmont University in Tennesee to a first date. As you can see, we are far from the science labs now! Instead, our couple loves to spend much of their quality time adventuring in the outdoors, mixed with a bit of adrenaline now and again! So when we heard that detail, it was no surprise to us why they chose Maui for their destination wedding!

In line with their Hawaiian ambiance, our adventurous couple exchanged their vows at the Rustic Hawaiian Ruins venue in Kihei. We love this quiet Church because of its natural setting outside under the palm trees and lush greenery. It’s a naturally rustic outdoor sanctuary founded in 1852! This historical Church is a gem of a location for any Maui destination wedding! Our charming newlyweds appreciated the history and the authentically Hawaiian ambiance, as you can see below…

After their lovely ceremony, we went to photograph a few private moments as newlyweds! What instantly caught our eye was Linday’s nontraditional wedding dress! It was refreshing to see her frothy floral gown; it complemented the tropical ambiance beautifully, don’t you think? The dash of pink on the bow was just as playful as our lovely bride. And to match, we loved how Anthony’s tie was in the same shade! They are an adventurous couple all around!

Next, we went to capture our newlyweds down at the beach to top off their Maui destination wedding! They looked blissfully happy the entire time! It was an overcast afternoon which gave way to the most pastel-colored skies and lighting. It was a surreal moment for our lovely couple that their Hawaiian dream wedding came true!

Lindsay and Anthony basked in the Maui magic at sunset as the evening drew to a close. They exclaimed that Hawaii would forever hold a place in their hearts! The sky was just as colorful as their florals, as you’ll see below! Luckily for them, they had the beach entirely to themselves! We were amazed by how their profound love for each other radiated with the luminous sky…

From all of us at Simple Maui Wedding, we want to extend a warm mahalo to Lindsay and Anthony for choosing us for your Maui destination wedding! May you have all the love and happiness in your new life together, full of adventures! We can’t wait to see you in Maui again soon!

It was a gorgeous afternoon in Kihei. The palms were swaying in the gentle trade winds. The sunlight dappled through the tall, old trees. The gardens at the Rustic Hawaiian Ruins were bright and blossoming. And Chaney & Bryan were married in a memorable and beautiful Maui Venue Wedding!
The couple was stunning: relaxed yet whimsical, romantic yet fun. We loved working with these two and are excited to share some images from their unforgettable ceremony. Take a look!

There is so much to love about Chaney & Bryan’s Maui Venue Wedding. Chaney’s bridal style is elegant yet unique, and their wedding vibe is earthy and timeless. Plus, they’re so full of love and trust — it was a joy to see them commit their lives to each other!
Chaney & Bryan made their wedding even more unique by having a guest officiate their ceremony. This allowed them to bring so much personalization and heart to their service, and they had us all in tears.
But how did beautiful Chaney and adorable Bryan end up falling in love and having a Maui Venue Wedding?
It all started in 2015, when they were coworkers at Costco. They bonded when working the night shift together, and eventually discovered a spark between them.
They had worked together a few times when Chaney nearly tripped while cleaning the floors. Was it the near fall that left her breathless? No, it was Bryan catching her.
They soon realized they were dating, and as years passed, they found themselves in a joyful, loving relationship.
After getting engaged on a fun-filled trip to San Fransisco, it was time to start planning their wedding.
They had visited Maui before, for a brief getaway just before Covid shutdowns. Looking back on their memories here and hoping to have a full wedding experience with a small group of loved ones, they put it all together: a Maui venue wedding would be the perfect celebration for them!

Chaney & Bryan married at the Rustic Hawaiian Ruins, an outdoor chapel and garden in Kihei. We love how the trees and landscaping keep this area cooler than other wedding venues in Maui. This fun group was headed out to a dinner cruise after the ceremony, so we planned an afternoon ceremony at this shaded venue.
There is a gorgeous altar framed by tall palms and an old rock wall, and winding paths take couples and their guests through an abundance of tropical plant life. We loved having Chaney & Bryan’s Maui Venue Wedding at this dreamy location.
After the beautiful pair officially became husband & wife, we took some romantic couples portraits around the ruins. These two are young, in love, newly married, and can’t keep their hands off each other — so we absolutely loved photographing them! All we needed to do was give them a few suggestions and prompts, and they were ready to get photographed.
Everything about Chaney & Bryan’s Maui venue wedding was a joy, and we’re so glad we could coordinate it!

Congratulations, Chaney & Bryan! And mahalo for choosing us as your Maui wedding coordinator!

Caraline and Jacob did something different when they got married! Instead of tying the knot on the beach, they decided to have an intimate Hawaii venue wedding. This ceremony was beautiful from start to finish and full of unforgettable moments! Keep scrolling to see this event for yourself.

The Rustic Hawaiian Ruins was the location for this event! Our charming couple made a beautiful decision because they had an enchanting backdrop for their special day. This spot is an impeccable balance between rustic and dreamy! The coral brick wall behind the altar effortlessly gives this ceremony a boho-chic feel. Then the bright green foliage enhances the fairytale-like ambiance. Not to mention, the weather was brilliant! You can see the warm glow between the trees in every shot captured by Karma Hill Photography.

This sunset ceremony was remarkable in many ways! Our lovely duo’s special day was intimate and elegant. Jacob began this event standing at the front of the venue. Our groom looked handsome in his Joseph Abboud suit and boutonniere — ideal for this event. Next, Caraline made her grand entrance! Our bride was breathtaking in her Calla Blanche gown. In addition, we adore how Salon 253 styled her hair and makeup — it pairs flawlessly with her dress! Above all, we like how this gorgeous couple’s attire is sleek and chic!

After Kahu Euta pronounces Caraline and Jacob as husband and wife, the celebrations continued! Our radiant newlyweds did a cake cutting ceremony and sparkling cider toast. Their sweet treat is decorated simply with vibrant cake flowers and white icing. Then, Caraline and Jacob had nothing but joyful smiles on their faces. Most importantly, we love how romantic and lighthearted their Hawaii venue wedding portraits are!

Congratulations, Caraline and Jacob! Thank you for sharing this special day with us. We wish you a future full of love, happiness, and success!

Brittany & Dane are such a vibrant, beautiful couple, it was only fitting that they had a colorful Hawaii wedding! Their smiles were brighter than the sunlight that streamed through the palm trees, and we loved the heartfelt vows they shared during their ceremony.
Check out some of the incredible photos from their wedding day!

Brittany & Dane traveled from Las Vegas to tie the knot. Dane is actually from Maui originally and moved to the ninth island to go to college. The adorable pair first got in touch on Instagram and then met in person a couple of months later. So it seems to be a match made in Instagram, but is actually a match made in heaven!
When they got engaged in May 2020, Covid restrictions kept them from celebrating with their friends and family. So Dane proposed in front of the family wall at their home – it’s where they keep photos of all their loved ones.
Luckily they were able to have their Hawaii wedding surrounded by their friends and family. It was a joy to spend the morning with the entire group, but we especially loved getting to know Brittany & Dane!

Brittany & Dane chose the Rustic Hawaiian Ruins as their wedding location, and it was the perfect setting for this dazzling couple. It’s a garden setting that’s only a few minutes from the beach. It allowed us to get portraits around the lush venue AND the bright blue shoreline.
This was such a magical morning, and we’re so glad we can relive the day through these photos. Keep scrolling to see even more adorable moments!

Sydney & Tristan were so lovely at their Hawaii venue wedding. Surrounded by lush tropical plants and a small group of loved ones, they wed in a memorable and elegant ceremony. While their style was impeccable, it’s the sweet, smiling couple that really made this wedding amazing. Check out some of the gorgeous photos that Karma Hill Photography captured!

Sydney’s bridesmaids wore chic black dresses, a bold choice that was perfect for the rich green hues at the Rustic Hawaiian Ruins venue. Dellables provided their matching bouquets, which featured classic white roses and tropical ferns. The entire group looked stunning, and they were so supportive of Sydney. We give this bridal party five stars!

Sydney & Tristan wrote their own vows, which we absolutely love. This allowed them to fully express their commitment to each other, and it allowed us to get a better glimpse into their life together.
We can tell that they’re an amazing couple who put a lot of love and energy into their relationship. And now that they have had a beautiful Hawaii Venue Wedding, their best days are still ahead of them!

This wedding took place at the Rustic Hawaiian Ruins — a private location in Kihei. It’s a quiet spot under swaying palm trees that has plenty of parking and lots of seating for guests. The newlyweds got beautiful portraits at the venue, and then we headed to the beach for some sunset photos.
It had been a long day of wedding prep, but as Sydney & Tristan slipped off their shoes and stepped onto the cool sand, they were instantly recharged and full of laughter. We’re so happy we got to see this side of them!

Sydney & Tristan were blessed with a beautiful Maui sunset. The purple and pink hues reflected on the calm waters — it was a photographer’s dream! The pair slowed down and took in the majestic sight after their Hawaii Venue Wedding, and now they get to relive it through these beautiful portraits. Keep scrolling to see how lovely these two look in the last light of day!

Thank you so much, Sydney & Tristan, for allowing us to be a part of your Maui Wedding! We hope to see you on the islands again soon!

Madeleine and Zachary adore everything about Maui! When they began planning their special day, they knew they wanted it to be a small and intimate affair. Most importantly, they hoped to get married at a destination where they could also spend their honeymoon. Thankfully, their Hawaii venue wedding checked off every box on their list! Keep scrolling to see this stunning occasion for yourself.

The Rustic Hawaiian Ruins were the location for this wedding, and this venue created a fairytale scene for this event. Everywhere you look, you’ll see lush tropical foliage! Then the coral brick walls surrounding the altar give this occasion a bohemian feel. Above all, we like how the morning sun’s rays were peeking from between the greenery. This natural brilliance enhanced the dreamy ambiance of the ceremony!

Our charming couple’s wedding is laid-back, fun, and heartwarming. Kahu Ricardo Hanako’o was the minister, and he delivered a meaningful sermon. Then during the ceremony, Karma Hill Photography captured every affectionate smile and loving look our couple shared. Now, they’ll be able to relive every moment from this morning affair. However, our favorite thing about this is how exquisite Madeleine and Zachary dressed. Our groom’s attire is classic and sophisticated, while our bride’s gown is ethereal and airy!

Madeleine and Zachary’s story began when they met at a New Year’s Eve party through mutual friends. When the time was right, Zachary proposed to Madeleine while visiting Arizona. Our adventurous duo woke up early to watch the sunrise at the Grand Canyon when he popped the question. Since there were only a few people around, it made this moment even more intimate.
This passionate pair loves to be outdoors and active — it was no surprise they had a Hawaii venue wedding! In their spare time, you’ll find them riding their mountain or dirt bikes. When they’re not enjoying nature, they’ll be spending time at home or traveling. Madeleine and Zachary find a lot of joy in going on journeys and road-tripping; they adore exploring new places and camping!

Congratulations, Madeleine and Zachary! Thank you for letting us be part of your gorgeous wedding day. We wish you a future full of new travels and adventurous explorations!

Albert and Trisha wanted to do something different when they tied the knot. Instead of having a ceremony in their home state, they decided to have a fresh experience! Their Maui venue wedding was remarkable from start to finish. Continue scrolling to experience this morning affair for yourself!

Although our gorgeous couple stayed in Kaanapali, their wedding was at the Rustic Hawaiian Ruins in Kihei. They made a brilliant decision because this location set an enchanting backdrop for their event! We like this spot because it’s the perfect balance between rustic and dreamy. The coral brick wall behind the altar gives this ceremony a bohemian feel. Then the vivid green foliage enhances the fairytale ambiance! Not to mention, the weather was perfect! You can see the vibrant sun’s rays peaking between the trees in every shot captured by Karma Hill Photography.

This morning wedding was unforgettable in so many ways! Our lovely couple went with a lavender and grey color scheme — these tones pair together elegantly. Next, Albert began the ceremony by standing at the front with his ten-year-old son by his side. He looked handsome in his slate suit and pastel purple tie! After, our stunning duo’s thirteen-year-old and one-and-half-year-old daughters entered together. Finally, Trisha gracefully glided down the aisle with her father by her side. She is a beautiful bride! Her white gown is classic; then Simply Beauty Maui gave her a chic hairstyle and glamorous makeup look.

Albert and Trisha first met in 2017! Albert noticed Trisha first; he even asked their boss to change his schedule, so they’d work the same shift. Since then, our charming duo has been around one another often! In 2019, Trisha slid into Albert’s DMs, and the rest was history! Currently, Trisha is a phlebotomist, while Albert works for a food distribution company. Together, these radiant newlyweds have three kids!

This visit was our passionate pair’s first time in Hawaii. We’re glad they made it memorable by having a Maui venue wedding. Now, this island will always have a special place in their hearts!

Congratulations, Albert and Trisha! Thank you for letting us be part of your loving wedding day. We wish you a future full of success, happiness, and great memories!
