We recently had the honor of coordinating Mia and Neal’s breathtaking Maui elopement! And let us tell you, it was an absolute dream come true for this sweet couple! These two amazing individuals have a beautiful love story that we are so thrilled to share…

Neal, the plant manager at a historic mill in Fort Collins, has always been deeply connected to the livestock feed industry. Growing up on a farm in Kansas with ten siblings, his passion for animal nutrition runs deep. Mia, on the other hand, is a project manager in an engineering firm specializing in custom robotic welding cells. Both of their career paths have led them to success in their respective fields. Believe it or not, Neal was actually Mia’s boss for four years and actually tried to set her up with his brother! But fate had other intentions for these two!

Our Special Day

But beyond their professional lives, Mia and Neal share a love for the simple joys of life. Weekends spent paddleboarding at the lake, grilling out in their backyard, enjoying live music, and exploring the great outdoors are just a few of the things they cherish together.

Their journey to Maui for their elopement was a long-awaited one. Originally planning to take their kids on a Hawaiian adventure, their plans were thwarted by the pandemic. China and Stephen’s Maui venue wedding day was an absolute dream come true! As software engineers by profession, they lead busy lives, but they always find time to enjoy family moments and play games together. Living in Denver, Colorado, China had always dreamed of getting married in Hawaii, and Stephen saw it as an opportunity to give his family a much-deserved island vacation.

Their love story began back in college when they were both teaching assistants for a computer science course at the University of Arizona. Under the warm embrace of the Hawaiian sun, Sandra and Marcus turned the page to a new chapter of their love story. Sandra, a VP Project Management Officer with a knack for turning a house into a home, found her perfect match in Marcus, a Business Development Director who knew the way to her heart was through smiles and shared adventures.

Their love story, which began in the bustling world of work, transcended into a beautiful partnership filled with shared passions – from boating and fishing to cuddling up on the couch, attempting to binge-watch shows. Their shared love for Maui blossomed into an annual tradition, always excited to set foot in paradise! They fell in love with the island when they first stepped off the plane! It was here, amidst the turquoise waters and golden sands, that they knew they’d say their vows. It was a joy to bring their Maui venue wedding to life and create a magical day for them and their wonderful guests!

A Dream Come True

Their wedding day at Merriman’s Maui was nothing short of magical! The deck overlooking the ocean served as the perfect stage for their heartfelt ceremony. Adorned with a breathtaking arch adorned in purple, pink, and white blooms, mirroring Sandra’s custom bouquet, the scene was straight out of a fairy tale. Sandra was the epitome of grace and style, and Marcus looked effortlessly cool in his teal suit – a reflection of the vibrant happiness that colored their special day!

As they exchanged their vows, the ocean seemed to echo their promises through the waves and the breeze. The brightness and color of their Maui venue wedding perfectly encapsulates their joy!
