Suzanne and Tom are an amazing couple and we are so happy to have been part of their special Maui Venue Wedding! They truly had Southern charm and kindness to say the least. And after getting engaged 6 years ago at Duke Gardens, in North Carolina where they are from, these two were more than ready to get married! We especially love how they were able to include our bride’s daughter, Noel. Even though Tom isn’t Noel’s biological father he’s been in her life since she was 9 months old. So this was truly a meaningful occasion for them all!
Interesting enough our groom was actually born on Oahu and moved off island when he was four. He said coming here for their Maui Venue Wedding felt a little like a homecoming and sweet remembrance of his childhood. Their vows were straight from the deepest part of their soul and their love overfilled to each other and everyone around them! Tears were shed, hearts were full and joy was ecstatic for these two. Suzanne was just the happiness and most beautiful bride with a positive energy that was contagious and glowing for all of their loved ones to see!
To add to her radiance, she wore a turquoise bracelet from her grandmother who passed away March 10th, 2019. She even incorporated this same color in the rest of her wedding decor for a thoughtful final touch. Another fun surprise Maui Vow Renewal! It was their last evening here, so Joi was looking forward to a sweet dinner with Mike, her husband of 29 years. She thought they were taking a quick detour to a beach nearby, but there was actually a surprise vow renewal waiting for her there! We can’t believe we got to be a part of such a special and romantic evening!
Mike was worried about keeping the secret from his wife, but he was a total champ! He planned this Maui Vow Renewal 2 weeks ahead of time and had to wait until the end of their vacation so that they could have it on their actual anniversary. We had to sneak in some calls and emails, but we got it all put together just in time! We helped Mike pick out the nicest details, a ceremony with Reverend Kuya, a special song with Wailau, and a tropical bouquet from Dellables.
The best detail of all was the love between Mike and Joi, who went back home to Arizona with such great memories of their time here! Here’s to many more years of happiness for these sweethearts! This couple originally booked their Maui Venue Wedding for last summer, but decided to wait a year and it was definitely worth the wait! Our Bride Vayda is a kindergarten teacher and wrapped up the school year the week before coming to Hawaii. So you can imagine how excited these two were to finally be heading to their wedding in paradise!
To make things even more exciting, Vayda and Adrian were also high school sweethearts! How cute is that? And we love that they decided to get married in Maui so their family could go on vacation, some of them for the first time ever! And so they could have the destination wedding they always wanted. As you can see their Maui Venue Wedding did not disappoint! From the ceremony on the lawn at 5 Palms, to their first dance on the beach, and wedding portraits by the ocean this was a wedding day to remember! This couple chose the perfect location for their Maui Destination Wedding! They decided to have their ceremony on the grassy area just above Maluaka Beach. This way our bride’s father could access it with his wheelchair and they’d still have stunning views with the ocean nearby.
It was important to Corissa that both her dad and Bradley didn’t see the bride until she was walking down the aisle! So even though they all arrived together, the guys were in the front seat keeping their eyes on the road so they wouldn’t see Corissa in her wedding dress. Prior to the ceremony beginning our bride and her father shared a first look moment, which was just the sweetest thing! And then it was finally time for our groom to turn around and see the love of his life walking towards him so they could say, “I do” in paradise.

We can’t think of a better way to end an evening than with a beautiful Maui Destination Wedding! And Casey and Chaz’s truly was beautiful! With a gorgeous setting overlooking the ocean, saying “I do” here was a magical experience for our bride and groom. And for more than one reason!
After meeting playing in a community beach football league in LA and dating for three years, this couple was so excited to get married! We were honored to be included in Lisa and Martin’s intimate Maui Beach Elopement along with just three other guests! Their two kids, and our bride’s dad. All three of them walked Lisa down the aisle where Martin was waiting! And boy was he excited, the look on his face says it all 🙂 .
Even though our couple was staying in Kaanapali they were drawn to the beautiful sunsets and calm breezes of Wailea. So we are thrilled they chose to have their Maui Beach Elopement at Southside! And it definitely did not disappoint. Just check out that amazing sunset during their wedding portraits!
What a perfect ending to an already perfect day! Later in the week our happy couple and their family went to a Luau to continue the festivities. How fun! We could not have asked for a more magical evening for Andrea and Taylor’s Maui Beach Wedding. I mean just check out that gorgeous lighting! Especially as the sun was setting. Surrounded by loved ones at Po’olenalena Beach, our bride and groom were more than ready to say, “I do” in paradise!
One thing’s for sure, this was definitely a Maui Beach Wedding to remember. We’re confident this couple and their wedding guests will never forget, we know we sure won’t! After taking sunset wedding portraits with our sister company, our newlyweds headed to Tommy Bahama for a special celebratory dinner. The perfect ending to an already perfect day! Courtney and Corey were such a great couple to work with as we helped them plan their Maui Beach Wedding. They couldn’t have been sweeter or more in love! From the moment Courtney made her entrance, we knew this would be a day to remember. She looked absolutely radiant in a boho wedding dress from Free People and simple flower accessories in her hair. With her Rustic Hawaiian Bouquet as the final touch, she was the perfect beach bride!
Having lived on Oahu previously Courtney was no stranger to the Aloha State. And we love that since she hadn’t ever been here she decided that having a Maui Beach Wedding was the perfect way to explore more of Hawaii. They also made plans to head to Kauai for a few days to continue their honeymoon in paradise! What a perfect way to celebrate as newlyweds! With the perfect amount of cloud coverage, we could not have asked for a more beautiful day for this Maui Destination Wedding. And although there was a bit of a scare of not having the groomsmen’s jackets properly shipped from Men’s Warehouse, they arrived just in time for the ceremony. Other than that, Ashley and Roman were very relaxed on their wedding day. Just as it should be 🙂 .
Our bride and groom could not have been happier to be getting married at their Maui Destination Wedding. The love between these two is so strong it was almost tangible! It’s easy to see just by looking at them that they are a perfect match. Plus they looked incredible in their wedding attire! Ashley rocked an elegant wedding dress by Kenneth Winston from Wedding Belles Boutique in Arizona. And Roman looked dashing in a three piece suit with a teal tie and pocket square to match his groomsmen. Not only did they all look amazing, but they also had an amazing time celebrating together! We were so excited when Tracy and Jared asked us to help make all of their dreams come true by planning this very special and meaningful Maui Venue Wedding. They originally were just coming for a family vacation and along the way decided to also make it a destination wedding, and we are so glad they did 🙂 . Maui is extra special to Tracy because it was her late grandmother’s, who was like her mother growing up, favorite place! So getting married here was a sentimental way for our bride to feel close to her grandmother.
After meeting at a work event (they are both commercial property managers in the Bay Area) 5 years ago, this couple was more than ready to say, “I do” at their Maui Venue Wedding. We couldn’t help but notice how relaxed and in love they both were, just as it should be! With a bond like theirs, we have no doubt they will have the most amazing life together as husband and wife. We had the best time being part of Mariah and Derek’s Maui Destination Wedding! And how could we not, they seriously are such a fun couple! We especially love how they arrived together, but got creative so Derek wouldn’t see Mariah before it was time. He drove while she sat in the back seat holding up a beach towel, so he wouldn’t peek at her throughout the drive! How clever is that?! Derek also told us that while they got ready, he had his eyes closed so he wouldn’t see her in her dress too soon. Talk about dedication! Our bride seriously did such a good job hiding her dress, especially considering she had it for 6 months!
Their ceremony started while the evening was softly lit by rainclouds and it drizzled all the way up until their couples portraits. After that, it was beautiful and there wasn’t a drop of rain! In fact, their sunset was breathtaking because the sun ended up showing it’s golden hour glow for a few minutes just before it set. Which left Mariah and Derek extremely happy because all they wanted was just a little sun on their Maui Destination Wedding day, and they got that and more!
