Having met in 2014 through mutual friends, the couple’s journey led them to a surprise proposal in the bustling city of New York in June 2023, surrounded by 17 dear family and friends on a boat cruising past the Statue of Liberty—an unforgettable moment that set the stage for their soon-to-be intimate Maui beach wedding ceremony!

The golden sands of Maluaka Beach provided the picturesque backdrop for their vows, and as the sun dipped low, the golden hour light created an enchanting atmosphere, making every moment feel like a scene from a fairy tale. Gabby and Jordan, a beautiful couple both inside and out, radiated happiness throughout the ceremony!

We recently had the absolute honor of being a part of Ed and Mae’s lighthearted and joy-filled Maui venue wedding, and let us tell you, these two couldn’t be more deserving of a wonderful day! This incredible couple’s love story began at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, where they both worked side by side for a whole year without ever exchanging a word. It wasn’t until two days before Mae was flying out to the Philippines that Ed mustered up the courage to message her on Instagram. Little did they know that this simple message would change their lives forever.

After reconnecting online, Ed and Mae decided to meet in person, and from that moment on, they became inseparable. Then, COVID hit, and they found themselves spending every single day together. This time spent in each other’s company allowed them to truly get to know one another, forming a deep bond that only grew stronger with each passing day…so without further adieu, keep reading to see more of their incredible day!

Our New Future Together

Living in Lahaina their whole lives, Ed and Mae faced a devastating loss when their homes were destroyed in a fire. But through it all, their love and resilience never faltered. They couldn’t have been more deserving of a special day to celebrate their love and start a new chapter together.

Their elegant and simple ceremony took place at the breathtaking King Kamehameha Golf Club. Surrounded by the beauty of the island they hold so dear, Ed and Mae exchanged vows under a stunning bamboo arch with all their loved ones by their side.

The love between Ed and Mae was palpable throughout the ceremony. Their smiles radiated pure happiness, and their eyes sparkled with love and adoration for one another. It was a sight to behold and a reminder of the beauty that can be found in true love!

Amanda and Mason’s Maui venue wedding was an absolute dream come true! The day was filled with love, laughter, and the stunning beauty of the island. Amanda, a graduate student on the cusp of earning her master’s degree in psychology, is a licensed addiction counselor at their local mental health center in Billings, Montana. Her passion for helping others shines through in everything she does. In her rare moments of free time, she loves being outdoors and spending quality time with her beloved dog, Ruthy.

Mason, on the other hand, works as a financial advisor and has a deep love for golf, football, and water sports. With their shared interests and 4.5 years of togetherness, it’s clear that Amanda and Mason are a perfect match. They often joke about having “80-year-old souls trapped inside 20-something-year-old bodies,” and their connection is truly special! They are so adorable together! A Wonderful Day

The intimate ceremony took place at the breathtaking Maluaka Beach. The waves were just the perfect soundtrack to their vows. Kali and Levi’s happiness radiated, and their children were there to witness this beautiful milestone in their journey together.

Levi surprised Kali with a spontaneous proposal in the most unexpected way. After a casual date at Olive Garden, he pulled out the ring in a dark and empty parking lot, jokingly saying that she would look better wearing it. Although Kali often jokes about wanting a movie-worthy redo, the sincere love between them shone brighter than any grand gesture! But their Maui beach wedding was a dream come true…

Kevin and Kyung Mi’s Maui elopement was the definition of beach wedding elegance! These two lovebirds were so excited to tie the knot. In fact, when Kevin proposed in Paris, Kyung Mi said, “Finally!” Well, that time has finally arrived, and now they can say they are “Just Maui’d!” We are so excited to share their lovely day under the Hawaiian sun with you in these photographs below…

The way they look at each other says it all! Our happy newlyweds live in Daegu, South Korea. Kyung Mi is Korean, and Kevin, originally from Madison, Wisconsin, is an English teacher in South Korea. And yet somehow, the universe brought these two together in the most serendipitous way! Although they were far from home, their home will always be with each other. Maui blessed them with a beautiful sunset in every dreamy pastel color you could imagine to finish their special day. A splendid sendoff into the next chapter of their lives!

With many kisses and hugs from their family, our newlyweds made their way down to Southside Beach to capture some romantic portraits by the waves….

These beach portraits are everything! Sara looks impeccable with her frothy off-the-shoulder gown…a true goddess! Kenny opted for a smart classic navy suit reflecting deep ocean blue. All eyes were on Mya as she made a bold entrance in her stunning lace gown, complete with an elegant side slit. She looked absolutely breathtaking as she walked down the sandy aisle, radiating confidence and happiness. And let’s not forget about the attire of their friends and family who wore black to match the sophisticated theme of the wedding! It was beachy elegance meets classic traditional style…

James, looking dashing in his classic black suit, couldn’t take his eyes off his bride. His love and adoration for Mya were evident in every glance, and together they made a striking pair against the idyllic background of Polo Beach with palm trees and rolling waves…

After the heartfelt ceremony, it was time to capture the newlywed bliss in timeless portraits.
