Love was in the air as Quimbey and Timothy exchanged their vows in a beautiful Maui venue wedding! The excitement was palpable as they reaffirmed their commitment to each other, surrounded by their loved ones.

With his ten years of service in the Navy and his expertise in the semiconductor field, Timothy has always been a dedicated and hardworking individual. When he’s not busy lifting weights or cheering for his favorite football team, the Seahawks, he enjoys watching basketball games and crime shows.

On the other hand, our lovely bride, Quimbey, is a compassionate Registered Nurse who finds joy in cycling and spending time with their grandchildren. Their granddaughter, Zariuh, even had the special role of being the adorable flower girl on their big day!

Having always wanted to visit Maui, they saw this as the perfect opportunity to tie the knot and further their general desire to explore new places together!

Their ceremony was a simple yet elegant affair at our Rustic Hawaiian Ruins venue, beautifully set in the palms and foliage. This lush scenery is what makes this venue feel like your own little paradise for your vows. Surrounded by the breathtaking tropical beauty, they exchanged heartfelt vows that brought tears to the eyes of their guests!

After their sweet ceremony, the happy newlyweds headed to the beach for some glowy sunset portraits. The soft pastel colors painted the sky, creating a picture-perfect backdrop for their love-filled moments. Quimbey and Timothy look so radiant and elegant, basking in the bliss of newlywed love!

“After a couple of years of intense love and worldwide hardships, our relationship grew deeper and more rooted in understanding,” Maricella told us before she exchanged her vows with Lucas at their intimate Maui venue wedding. These two have an incredible love story, and we were delighted to be a part of it all! They had an inimate and quiet ceremony, with their two children, Lucas and Keziah, and mothers in attendance. It ticked all the boxes in our books for a simple, elegant, and beautiful celebration! This was also their first time in Maui…what a way to begin their next chapter!

These lovebirds met at work, and their romance quickly progressed …it was only when Lucas got down on one knee while on a hike with tears in his eyes did they take the next step in their love story! Fast forward to this beautiful day by the ocean’s edge, where they made a lifelong commitment to love, cherish, and honor each other forever…

You Hold My Heart

Their Maui venue wedding was simple and sweet with those they love most. The Lanai Point at Wailea Beach Resort provided a picturesque setting for their vows…The ocean breeze and crashing waves added to the romance of the moment. Their emotions were etched all over their faces, taking in the gravity and love of the moment. Deeply knowing that they are meant to spend the rest of their lives together…

Our happy couple was looking forward to capturing some intimate moments by the water’s edge! All that mattered was this moment with each other, soaking in the ambiance and realization that they were now husband and wife! We love how Maricella opted for a graceful veil that fluttered in the breeze, and Lucas’ violet-pink suit is so striking and fresh. It even matched the gorgeous sunset that eventually unfolded before them. Surely no coincidence on the island’s part! Maui is magical in more ways than one…It was a joy to bring their dream Hawaii wedding to life!

Renewing vows on the beach is truly a romantic and magical experience, and Jessica and Adam’s Maui vow renewal was no exception. With the stunning scenery, beautiful weather, and deep love between them, this day was an unforgettable moment for their family!

Jessica and Adam’s Maui vow renewal is a celebration of 13 years of love and commitment. Jessica and Adam originally got married on the 22nd of May in 2010 and honeymooned in Maui but had not been back since. They knew they wanted to renew their vows in 2020, but with the pandemic, unfortunately, they had to postpone their plans…

Our Day In Paradise

It’s all in the details! A flower circle is one way to elevate a simple beach ceremony. And our floral partner Dellables created a stunner! The colors were so bright and vibrant that they popped in the sunshine, creating a truly magical atmosphere. One of the things that we loved most about the flower circle was how it perfectly complemented the couple’s Hawaiian theme and tropical setting. It was clear that Tabitha and Viet put a lot of thought and care into choosing the details, and it paid off in a big way!

Their lovely ceremony was held at DT Fleming Beach with only a few close friends and family members in attendance. Moreover, everyone was so happy to have made the long journey to celebrate these two!

Throughout their special day, we could feel the love and happiness that surrounded the couple. It was clear that Tabitha and Viet were surrounded by loved ones who supported and cherished them, and it was a beautiful sight to see!

Tabitha looked radiant with her flower crown, going all out in the Hawaiian flair, and Viet’s untraditional pink two-piece suit perfectly complemented the bright flowers and tropical vibe of their Maui beach wedding ceremony. (Pink is the new black!) Overall, it made their day feel even more celebratory and fun!

After the beach ceremony, Tabitha and Viet continued their celebration by heading to The Westin for some more fun and romantic portraits. This was the perfect opportunity to capture some beautiful moments between the couple, showcasing their love and joy in a more relaxed and intimate setting. The Westin provided a beautiful and luxurious backdrop for their newlywed portraits with its waterfall and lush landscaping… They’ve got not just the love, but style!

This was their day, a celebration just for them, a total dream! The tropical scenery is simply magical, with swaying palm trees and a deep blue ocean stretching out as far as the eye can see. So, unsurprisingly, our lovely couple fell in love with Polo Beach. The sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun on your skin, and the tropical breeze all combine to create an unforgettable experience that’s just perfect for a romantic wedding ceremony! And knowing these two love birds, Amanda and Lance happily left their shoes behind…

The first moments of their newlywed bliss were full of tender moments, loving gestures, and even a few playful moments! Their love shone through every moment as they walked and twirled in the gentle shore break…

One of the most beautiful elements of their wedding was Amanda’s stunning custom bouquet. It was bursting with beautiful peonies, the best of early summer florals! Her shorter dress was very playful and flirty – love it. Lance looked equally sharp in his classic navy blue suit!

The sun shone brightly for our lovely couple, Noveen and Luke’s Maui elopement! They both had always wanted to visit Hawaii and Noveen, in particular, loved the idea of getting married on the beach. So finally, the wait was over – their big day had arrived, and we couldn’t be happier for these two!

They met in 2020 through a mutual friend, as they both work in the entertainment industry. Noveen is a voice-over artist and Luke is a producer and music director for Universal Music. As you can imagine, they have a lot in common! Sparks flew (or, rather, their love song began!), and the rest is history! Keep reading to see how their lovely morning unfolded…

Our happy couple chose a gorgeous location on Maui’s South Shore, Po’olenalena Beach, for their Maui elopement! “We thought this would be perfect to get eloped in Maui on the beach and spend a few days thereafter as our honeymoon,” our lovely bride told us before their special day. It was a pleasure to make their dream come true!

Where do we start with our charming couple? Ellie and Doug have worked together for nearly 17 years, but they are not just co-workers, as you might guess! Their Maui elopement marked the pinnacle of their relationship, and we were so pleased to capture every intimate moment! Keep reading to see more highlights from their special day…

Our beautiful couple’s story began years ago…Doug and Ellie met when they worked together on a labor/delivery unit in their local hospital. And to our surprise, they worked many years together before falling in love! Ellie has two daughters of her own, and Doug has two boys, which makes a full and rich life together, as you can imagine! He proposed in June of 2019, in a beautiful private moment at home…and they both wanted something similar for their Maui elopement!

Maui is one of their favorite places, and they have been many times before! They love the privacy and scenery of the island, especially the dramatic cliffs of Ironwoods…and with passing showers out in the ocean, a rainbow appeared to bless them in their next chapter, as you’ll see!

After so many years of being co-workers and friends, we are so happy for these two! They are officially newlyweds! Their Maui elopement was simple, elegant, and intimate – just what they envisioned! A “no fuss, no frills” elopement often can be just as moving and grand as a larger wedding, but more in a more thoughtful and subtle way…just like Ellie and Doug!

Thankfully, the showers over the ocean stayed abrest and didn’t rain on our beautiful newlyweds! It was a little breezy, but that made for gorgeous, beachy photos…

There was magic in the air during Sergio & Sue’s Maui sunset wedding. The Wailea waters were calm and blue, and the sky was glowing with late afternoon light. We met them at Polo Beach, one of our favorite spots in the area. The couple was relaxed yet enlivened, and their family was supportive and excited.

An Elopement with VIP Guests

Sergio & Sue always knew they wanted a simple elopement. They wanted their day to be elegant and family-focused. So they skipped the big hometown wedding and instead brought some of their families with them to Maui, where they had a dreamy, tropical wedding.

Sergio has three handsome sons, one of which served as his groomsman alongside Sue’s brother and Sue’s best friend; while Sue’s two daughters walked her down the aisle. Kahu Euta welcomed the entire family and led the couple in an emotional and warm ceremony.

They included Hawaiian traditions in their Maui sunset wedding. They exchanged lei and received a Hawaiian blessing from Kahu Euta.

Then they took portraits with their kids. Family means everything to Sergio & Sue, so getting to focus on their kids during their wedding day meant the world to them.

A Time For Romance

Though they wanted their wedding to be centered around their family, Sergio & Sue still prioritized their romance. We think this will serve them well throughout their marriage!

As Polo Beach began glowing with the dipping sun, Sergio & Sue took in their newlywed bliss. This was their chance to slow down and really enjoy their wedding day, and it was a chance for Karma Hill Photography to capture some super romantic Hawaii wedding portraits.

The Meaning of Aloha

Kahu Euta officiated Emily & Jason’s Maui elopement. Not only did he lead them in inspirational vows, but he also shared a lot about Hawaiian culture. He explained that Aloha means more than simply ‘hello’ or ‘goodbye’ — it’s also the ultimate expression of love and compassion.

As Emily & Jason presented leis to each other and vowed a lifetime of love, they also acknowledged the journey that led them to their wedding, along with the energy and romance that will carry them throughout their marriage.

From the Mountains to the Sea

Emily & Jason are an ambitious and fun Colorado couple. Their work and their fur babies keep them pretty busy — rescues Zuni & Daisy are the light of their lives. And Daisy even got to be a part of their mountaintop proposal!

Both Emily and Jason each claim to have come up with the idea of eloping early on, but their wedding planning began with a traditional hometown venue booking and an ever-growing to-do list. Once they realized their wedding wasn’t a right fit for them, they booked a Maui elopement instead. We’re so glad they did!

It was a peaceful day at the beach, and the sunset was spectacular. As Emily & Jason roamed the beach, danced in the sand, and marveled at the sunset, we were busy admiring how amazing they are!

Of all the beaches to choose from, Mary and Charles made the right choice with Ironwoods Beach! This westside spot is packed with striking scenery and has a delicate sunset. In every shot captured by Karma Hill Photography, you can see the sapphire water, ivory sand, and dramatic lava rock formations. Then the weather was impeccable! There were a few clouds in the sky, so the afternoon sun shined vibrantly on the shoreline. As the sun lowered in the sky, its rays left a golden glow on the seaside. It created a romantic ambiance for this vow renewal!

Our Couple’s Story

Mary and Charles have known one another pretty much their entire lives! However, they’ve been together for about twenty-two years. Then, this past July marked ten years of marriage for our delightful duo! They have one beautiful daughter named Italia and are pre-deceased by their son, Charlie. Currently, Mary is a nurse, while Charles is in the construction industry and is an entrepreneur. Above all, Mary and Charles are an adventurous pair! They love spending time outdoors — no wonder they wanted to have a Maui vow renewal on the beach!

Hawaiian Traditions

Kahu Euta Lightsy officiated this Maui Vow Renewal. His ceremony includes many Hawaiian traditions, including blowing the conch shell and a lei exchange. He also offered a Hawaiian blessing and shared ancient wisdom with the couple.

Vow Renewals are always extra special for us. We love how Tania & Steven are comfortable and safe with each other, but also bring newness and discovery into their relationship. They are always up for an adventure and eager to share kind words. Their love is a gift for each other and their precious children.

Maluaka Beach – A Fantastic Maui Vow Renewal Location

Maluaka Beach served as the location for Tania & Steven’s Vow Renewal. We love this spot! It has dramatic black lava rock, lush greenery, and beautiful blue water. You can usually catch views of Kaho‘olawe and the West Maui Mountains in the distance, and the sunsets here are amazing.

There was a pretty glow throughout Tania & Steven’s Maui Vow Renewal. And then the sky became vibrant as we took their final photos. The sun sets quickly in Maui, and the colors change quickly. Luckily this adventurous pair was ready to get these incredible shots in. Check them out below!
