Kara and Jeremy always knew they wanted a small wedding so eloping was perfect! And we are so glad they trusted us to plan their Maui Beach Elopement. This was also their first trip here so their wedding was extra special!
Growing up 20 minutes from each other in small Mississippi towns, these two had seen each other around town but actually first connected on Facebook! The magic of Social Media, isn’t it great?! We always love when a vacation turns into a Maui Vow Renewal! And love the story of how Elizabeth and Robert decided to celebrate with loved ones. First they had the Hawaii vacation planned and then they decided to get family pictures while they were here. Then Robert got Elizabeth new wedding rings for their 20th anniversary. So they decided to have a whole ceremony while here!
Robert hadn’t seen Elizabeth’s dress so they came to the beach separately so they wouldn’t see each other before the big moment. We love that they brought this traditional touch to their Maui Vow Renewal! This couple had been to Maui before but first time for the rest of the family so it was a really special experience. After meeting 3 years ago on match.com and coming from Kansas City this couple was more than ready to get married at their Maui Beach Wedding. Jill’s kids are twins and were the maid of honor and best man at their wedding. Making their ceremony even more special than usual! So we’re confident none of them will ever forget this day!
After taking wedding portraits on the beach with our sister company, these newlyweds headed to Duke’s for a celebratory dinner. Yum! From the moment we started helping Erin and Jeffrey plan for their Maui Destination Wedding, we knew it would be a day to remember! We especially love how they involved Erin’s son, Westin in the process. He was even on the phone call and could hardly contain his excitement for the upcoming wedding! They even included him in the ceremony, by not only giving him a lei but also a ring too. It was such a touching moment and we were honored to witness it!
And if that wasn’t enough to make this Maui Destination Wedding one of our top favorites, our bride’s styling was out of this world good! Erin wore the perfect watercolor blue skirt by Chantel Lauren, and custom engraved chucks with their wedding date and the words, “I Do!”. When we asked her what made her choose a nontraditional wedding dress, she replied that she disliked every white dress she tried on. Paired with a flower crown and Rustic Hawaiian Bouquet, Erin was the perfect beach bride in her watercolor wedding dress! I mean just check how awesome that skirt looks flying in the wind. Being part of this couple’s Maui Beach Wedding was a pleasure! We loved helping them make this special day every bit as special as their relationship! Engaged in Paris and Maui’d in Hawaii Brittany and Rico were on a mission to start their marriage full of adventure and beautiful memories. Gathered together with both their moms their ceremony was very intimate, full of tears and heartfelt smiles.
Visiting Hawaii from Michigan for the first time made their trip extra special! They were so excited by all of the breathtaking sunsets, especially the one they had at their Maui Beach Wedding. One thing’s for sure, this is a day neither of them or their mothers will ever forget! Maui is sure to hold a special place in their hearts and we hope they’ll be back to visit again soon 🙂 . Being part of Angel and Shane’s Maui Beach Wedding was an absolute pleasure! The connection between these two was so strong and pure it gave us chills. We especially love the way they looked at each other with such sweet and peaceful emotion. It’s obvious they are a perfect match! We have no doubt they will have a long and happy life together 🙂 .
And even though our bride’s mother was so sad she couldn’t attend the ceremony, Angel’s brother stood by to capture every moment on video. Which we thought was so sweet! Having a loved one help out in this way is a great way to document and share the details from a destination wedding. After taking beautiful portraits with our sister company, these newlyweds headed to the Sea House for a delicious celebratory dinner. The perfect ending to an already perfect day! We were absolutely honored when Renee and Walter chose our team to help them plan the Maui Beach Elopement of their dreams! After being together for 3 years and since they both were married before, they wanted their ceremony to be just the two of them and a minister. They have grown kids scattered all around the world and decided to enjoy their wedding alone and go celebrate all over afterward! What a fun idea!
Our bride has always come to Maui every few years and brought her Groom for the first time a couple of years ago. They loved the setting Ironwoods Beach had to offer! From sightings of sea turtles to lava rocks of different colors, and crashing waves. Plus the fact that it’s right next to Kapalua Golf Course! Walter is a golfer himself and the idea of getting married next to a course gave him a warm smile. While Renee loved being on the cliffs of Ironwoods because they reminded her of home 🙂 . As you can see these two really did choose the perfect spot for their Maui Beach Elopement. And we are so glad we got to be part of it! Since they both were previously married, and have been together for 7 years, Kim and Ron decided to keep their marriage intimate with a Maui Elopement! They visit the island often and absolutely love it here, so it really was the perfect place for them to say, “I do”.
We love that they brought along with them a Just Maui’d sign that Kim’s niece made for their Maui Elopement. Back at home, the rest of their family and friends are just now finding out they eloped since Kim and Ron kept it a secret. However, they did send out wedding announcements to be delivered the day after their wedding day! What a great idea! And now, they’re planning a reception to celebrate their wedding in August. These two were so cute together at their Maui Destination Wedding! It was truly touching to witness and be part of their day. As Ashley’s dad escorted her down the beach to meet Jim, it was so hard for him not to shed a tear. It was so sweet! And we know this is a moment our bride and her father will always hold close to their hearts.
This was truly a Maui Destination Wedding to remember! What made it even more incredible was the absolutely GORGEOUS sunset sky filled of the most vibrant colors! Ashley and Jim said it was the most beautiful sunset they’ve ever seen. And we think we might have to agree! I mean just look at it!
After taking the most amazing wedding portraits our newlyweds were ready to celebrate with a celebratory dinner at Cane & Canoe. The perfect ending to an already perfect day! With family surrounding them, Karen and Danny were so excited to start their marriage off with a Maui Beach Wedding! And we are so glad they did. Seeing the love these two have for each other, was truly inspiring and an experience we will never forget! As soon as our bride made her entrance with her two daughters walking her down the aisle, we knew this would be a wedding to remember. We especially can’t get over this moment during their ceremony when their wedding guests all participated by putting their hands on the happy couple. What a beautiful way to show love and support on such a special day!
And it truly was a special day indeed! Plus it was absolutely beautiful, and so was our couple. Karen looked stunning in a simple lace gown from BHLDN. With a lei and Rustic Hawaiian Bouquet, it was perfect for a Maui Beach Wedding! Danny didn’t look half bad either in a sleek blue suit paired with a white shirt and no tie. There wasn’t a dull moment during Emily and Alex’s Maui Beach Elopement, or the hours leading up to it! We can’t wait to share their story with you. They met 6 years ago and it’s been a constant adventure ever since! After getting out of the military, Alex became the manager where Emily worked. At first, Emily saw him as cocky lol. Alex was all about bettering the employees and whenever it came to Emily, it was impossible because everything she did was perfection. Eventually, they ended up falling in love and the rest is history 🙂 . Alex said, coming up with his vows took over 40 drafts! Every time he wrote one up, there were more and more things he loves about her. Awww!
The day before their ceremony, they traveled over 17 hours around Hana! They said it was gorgeous. Then on their wedding day, Alex went BACK to Hana to Skydive!!! Say what?! We definitely don’t recommend this as a wedding day activity but remember he used to be in the military. And he said he needed something to do while Emily got ready, so he chose that.
With the help of our team, Emily planned the whole Maui Beach Elopement herself and it was beautiful! It began raining when we arrived but the sun came out just before their first kiss! From there on, there were rainbows and whales throughout the rest of their evening. Thank you, Emily and Alex, for sharing your special day with Simple Maui Wedding. Congratulations and Warm Aloha!

Greg has a timeshare here, and each time they visit they do a new activity. Besides having a Maui Beach Wedding, they’re also traveling the road to Hana! They were so happy to have a small wedding ceremony here and then in June, they plan to have a big reception back home to celebrate. We love this idea so much and feel so honored to have been part of their special day!
Joining them at their Maui Beach Wedding was Bridget’s mom, sister, and niece. They also had their “best man/maid of honor” Amanda join them! Amanda and Bridget have been best friends for over 10 years, and when Amanda and her husband eloped on a cruise ship, Bridget and Greg were their only two guests there to join them, so Amanda had to be there for them!
