You can’t go wrong with a Maui Destination Wedding and this couple did it right by having their’s at 5 Palms. Imagine saying “I do” in this magical setting! Ashley and Taylor were so excited to get married and we love all the thoughtful touches they added to their special day. It was truly an evening to remember!
From their ceremony by the ocean to their portraits at the beach, this Maui Destination Wedding was full of so much love. Suzanne and Tom are an amazing couple and we are so happy to have been part of their special Maui Venue Wedding! They truly had Southern charm and kindness to say the least. And after getting engaged 6 years ago at Duke Gardens, in North Carolina where they are from, these two were more than ready to get married! We especially love how they were able to include our bride’s daughter, Noel. Even though Tom isn’t Noel’s biological father he’s been in her life since she was 9 months old. So this was truly a meaningful occasion for them all!
Interesting enough our groom was actually born on Oahu and moved off island when he was four. He said coming here for their Maui Venue Wedding felt a little like a homecoming and sweet remembrance of his childhood. Their vows were straight from the deepest part of their soul and their love overfilled to each other and everyone around them! Tears were shed, hearts were full and joy was ecstatic for these two. Suzanne was just the happiness and most beautiful bride with a positive energy that was contagious and glowing for all of their loved ones to see!
To add to her radiance, she wore a turquoise bracelet from her grandmother who passed away March 10th, 2019. She even incorporated this same color in the rest of her wedding decor for a thoughtful final touch. On a beautiful afternoon at the Four Seasons, Fiorella and Joseph, gathered with loved ones to have the Maui Destination Wedding of their dreams. Before the ceremony started our bride shared a first look moment with her father, prior to him walking her down the aisle. We love that they were able to enjoy this quite time alone before the wedding festivities began!
As soon as Joseph saw Fiorella making her way towards him the most peaceful look came across his face. It’s obvious these two are head over heels for each other! So we have no doubts they will have the most amazing lives together as husband and wife 🙂 . This couple originally booked their Maui Venue Wedding for last summer, but decided to wait a year and it was definitely worth the wait! Our Bride Vayda is a kindergarten teacher and wrapped up the school year the week before coming to Hawaii. So you can imagine how excited these two were to finally be heading to their wedding in paradise!
To make things even more exciting, Vayda and Adrian were also high school sweethearts! How cute is that? And we love that they decided to get married in Maui so their family could go on vacation, some of them for the first time ever! And so they could have the destination wedding they always wanted. As you can see their Maui Venue Wedding did not disappoint! From the ceremony on the lawn at 5 Palms, to their first dance on the beach, and wedding portraits by the ocean this was a wedding day to remember! Amelia and Jered were so so fun and chill as they enjoyed every moment of their Maui Venue Wedding! Which is exactly how a bride and groom should be. It’s our goal when helping a couple plan their wedding day to take all the stress out of occasion by having everything run smooth and seamless! Which is just how it went for this bride and groom’s special day.
From the moment the ceremony began with their wedding party making their entrance to the sound of harp music, we knew this would be a Maui Venue Wedding to remember! And Amelia could not have looked more stunning as she made her way down the grassy hillside at Gannon’s. In an elegant wedding dress with a tasteful slit down the front, no one could take their eyes off of her! Especially her groom 🙂 . It’s obvious Jered considers himself the luckiest man in the world to be marrying Amelia! To prove it, he even let her talk him into getting into the water during their wedding portraits at the beach. And he was so glad he did, because neither of them could stop laughing as they played together as the sun went down! What a perfect ending to an already perfect day. We were honored to be part of Kimberly and Marlon’s Maui Destination Wedding! These two could not have been sweeter or more in love. And were an absolute blast to work with! One of our favorite parts of helping plan a couple’s wedding day is hearing the story of how they met. What started out as friends for Kimberly and Marlon eventually led them to where they are today! They went to the same high school, graduated with different sweethearts and reconnected after college. The moment our bride made her entrance at Gannon’s her groom started tearing up, and she followed suit soon after! Surrounded by loved ones, including Aaron’s two sons Jack and Max, this bride and groom were so excited to say, “I do” at their Maui Destination Wedding. And after meeting 5 years ago this couple was more than ready to get married! We especially love how Misty wrote her own vows to Aaron’s sons. It was a truly touching moment and one we know none of them will ever forget!
After their ceremony, and taking a few gorgeous portraits with our sister company our newlyweds were ready to celebrate with more wedding festivities. From dinner to dancing and a cake cutting ceremony, this was a truly memorable Maui Destination Wedding. Julia and Vincent chose to have their Maui Venue Wedding at a separate location at one of our most popular wedding venues. Gannon’s Molokini Lookout set higher up on a big grassy lawn. Due to a delay in some of their wedding guests, this couple decided to take wedding portraits prior to their ceremony beginning. It was so sweet to see them interact together during these quiet moments!
One reason we love the option of a Maui Venue Wedding is that it gives you more flexibility with your guest list. Due to Hawaii regulations, you can only have 30 wedding guests at the beach, but Gannon’s Molokini Lookout is a large enough setting for a big wedding party. So after taking group photos here, they all headed down to Gannon’s reception area to continue the celebration! Thank you, Julia and Vincent, for sharing your special day with Simple Maui Wedding! We were thrilled when Lori and Jonathon decided to have their Maui Destination Wedding at The Steeple House. This location is one of our favorites! And how could it not be? From the intimate bridal suite for getting ready, to the outdoor setting and beautiful indoor option it’s the wedding venue dreams are made of. We especially love that this couple decided to have their ceremony outside with their reception inside. Talk about a perfect set up!
Prior to their Maui Destination Wedding Lori and Jonathon were both a little nervous so having a first look was a really sweet moment for them. We love that they were able to share this time alone just before their ceremony. And we’re confident it’s an experience neither of them will ever forget! After saying, “I do” surrounded by loved ones our newlyweds were ready to head down to the beach for portraits with our sister company.
