We loved all the unique details that Jordan and Zack put into their wedding. All of our weddings start with a Maui Wedding Package and then it’s up to our couples to decide how much or little they want to customize them. Jordan and Zack booked our Gannon’s Maui Venue Wedding package and added many special touches that made their wedding day 100% them. One of the first things the guests saw as they arrived was a lei and a fan on their chair to start the festivities.
Choosing to say their vows privately to each other after their first look was another special touch. This intimate moment was so special to witness and we know they will remember it for the rest of their lives. It was also a good way to take some of the pressure off and calm their nerves for their venue wedding ceremony!
The couple also decided to bring their own officiant, who married Zack’s parents over 30 years ago! That is not only special but has to carry some good luck along with it!
After the ceremony, the couple had fun taking photos with their wedding party. They all looked so good and the bridesmaids dresses matched the bright tropical theme that carried into the reception which included custom signs and pineapple centerpieces.
Before Jordan and Zack joined their guests at the reception, they snuck away to get some intimate beach photos. The colors of the sunset were extraordinary that night due to a fire in a different part of the island. The smoke in the atmosphere made the sunset look so dreamy and beautiful.
When they returned for their reception they enjoyed first dances, cake cutting, and a dance party. What a perfect end to a perfect day! We feel so honored that Jordan and Zack trusted us to help them plan this very unique venue wedding in Maui and hope they live happily ever after and hear about how amazing their wedding day was from their guests for years to come!

This was Jennifer and Luis’ first time here and they decided to have a Maui Destination Wedding because they’ve always wanted to visit! And 5 Palms was the perfect venue for their ceremony. With a view of the ocean as their backdrop, these two said “I do” in paradise!
One of our favorite parts of this Maui Destination Wedding was how Jennifer and Luis included sentimental details! Their ring box had their handwriting on it, Luis made their cake topper himself, and lastly, their vows were handwritten. These little touches not only made for a memorable wedding day, but also beautiful keepsakes!
That’s not all that caught our attention though, our bride was absolutely stunning in a dress that looked like it was made for her! When our photographer asked Luis if the dress was what he expected, he said, “No, I was expecting like a ballgown poofy dress.” Probably because Jennifer hinted that the dress was “big.” lol
These newlyweds especially loved being on the lava rocks at 5 palms! They mentioned everywhere they go, they’re always taking photos on rocks or cliffs. So they were super happy to keep that little tradition of theirs alive on their wedding day!

After getting engaged at Keawakapu Beach this summer at sunset, Anna and Brandon were excited to come back for their Maui Venue Wedding! When planning their special day they said they wanted it to be “relaxed, Hawaiian, simple, girly and vibrant”. And we love how it all came together!
Wedding Decor
With little thoughtful touches, this Maui Venue Wedding was absolute perfection! We especially love that this couple included pineapples down the aisle for added decor. So cute and festive!
Plus with our “Just Maui’d” sign for wedding portraits, Anna and Brandon had every detail covered. Imagine how cute a photo like this would be for a wedding announcement! Especially since Maui is such a big part of this bride and groom’s love story 🙂 .

Fina & Chris’ Love Story
One of our favorite parts of getting to work with Fina and Chris was getting to hear their love story! They’ve been together for 5 years and got engaged after two. The proposal was on a cruise ship, at the jewelry shop where he bought the ring and popped the question right then and there! So sweet, simple, and romantic. We love it!
It’s easy to see that these two make each other incredibly happy. In fact, Chris’ sister even told us that she had never seen Chris so happy before meeting Fina! When Katrina and Kyle were planning their Maui Destination Wedding, they knew they wanted to have it at The Steeple House. And so our bride started following them on Instagram and saw a previous wedding there with donkeys and booked them right away because she LOVES donkeys! Planning a wedding with donkeys was a first for us, and we thought it was so much fun! Plus they not only created a memorable element but were also so loving, quiet and chill.
This Maui Destination Wedding was without a doubt a day to remember, and we just love all of the personal elements these two included! They have a dog named Cowboy who is 12 years old. He had to stay home during the wedding but Katrina found a store on Etsy that made an “almost” life-size cardboard cutout of him! You can find Cowboy with them during their ceremony and their group photo.
Most importantly Katrina and Kyle were so grateful to have so many family members make the trip here to Hawaii for their special day! And we loved seeing how happy everyone was for them. We cannot thank these newlyweds enough for including us in the festivities! We had the best time with you both and wish you a lifetime of happiness as husband and wife. Maui is Cosette and Paul’s favorite place, so a Maui Venue Wedding was the ideal place for these two to say, “I do”. And they couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful location for their ceremony! Our bride and groom were greeted with a beautiful day at Maui Dragon Fruit Farm.
The Ceremony Location
The views are spectacular at this location with an overlook of the ocean! Plus there was plenty of space for our couple’s 24 guests on top of the lush green grass surrounded by a beautiful archway and Cosette and Paul’s love for each other. And they were even blessed with some rain showers in the distance which created some really breathtaking dramatic scenery!
This entire Maui Venue Wedding was so heartfelt and full of laughs, smiles, and celebration. And we can’t get over how spectacular Cosette’s hair and makeup were! She even said, “I’ve never looked this beautiful!” We have no doubt she always looks stunning and she made for such a happy Simple Maui Wedding Bride. After the ceremony, we adventured out on a nearby private beach with a unique and beautiful landscape.
Their sunset was truly one to remember and we are so glad our sister company was there to capture their special day from the beginning when Cosette walked down the aisle until the end where our newlyweds snuggled up to their wedding sunset. Our bride knew she wanted to have her Maui Venue Wedding with us because she didn’t want to stress about planning everything! Also to make things even easier, Alli and Anthony were already going to honeymoon here in Hawaii. So they thought they might as well get married and have a honeymoon all in one trip!
And just as much as we loved being part of their special day, we love that these two were able to include loved ones in the ceremony. In fact, Alli’s two sisters were her bridesmaids and Anthony’s two brothers were his groomsmen! Plus the ring bearers were also their nephews. How cute is that?!
Celebrating in Aloha Style
One of our favorite parts of their Maui Venue Wedding was how they embraced the Hawaiian culture and made it part of the festivities. For starters, all of their wedding attire had tropical floral prints for an added touch of fun and class! And we especially love that they invited The Catered Coconut to add a refreshing touch of paradise at their Gannon’s wedding. There is no doubt that this is a day they will all remember for the rest of their lives!

Priscilla and Joshua were drawn to having a Maui Destination Wedding with us because our packages include photos and planning all in one! They were so happy they found us and so are we! This bride and groom initially wanted to elope, but with them both having large families, they knew it would make everyone happy to be included. And they were so glad they did!
Priscilla & Joshua’s Vows
These two seriously could not have been sweeter! When reciting their own vows, Priscilla volunteered to go first. After she went, Joshua was so nervous because he stepped out of his comfort zone and really expressed himself vocally, which is something he doesn’t do! He surprised everyone by announcing that he wrote a poem to read aloud throughout his vows. He titled the poem “On the Sea” and it talked about a time in his life where he was lost and had “given up” and so when Priscilla came into his life, he was alive again! It’s easy to see she has brought so much happiness to him, it was so cute and definitely a highlight of their Maui Destination Wedding.
Maui Wedding Attire
Besides being absolutely adorable together, this couple also looked incredible in their wedding attire! Our bride’s dress draped beautifully on the grassy lawn at Gannon’s and on the beach during wedding portraits. And our groom looked dashing in a full suit from Calvin Klein. Well done you two!
But that’s not all that caught our attention this evening. Maui wowed us with one of the most amazing sunsets we have ever seen! And we don’t say that lightly, just check out those bright colors! It’s like the heavens were sending all of their love down on our newlyweds. And one thing’s for sure, this is a day they (and we) won’t be forgetting anytime soon!

Tears, smiles, and laughs! Joined by their closest family and friends Lilia and Pedro’s Maui Destination Wedding was unforgettable. It was especially touching to see how this bride and groom were able to include their loved ones in the ceremony.
Letting Tears Fall
The most memorable moment was when their son and older daughter were so overwhelmed with emotions after the ceremony they started crying. And we are so glad our sister company, Karma Hill Photography was ready to capture the sweetness on camera! Kelsey & Wyatt chose to get married on Maui because it just seemed perfect – we completely agree with that! This really was a great Maui venue wedding with a perfect couple. The pastel tropical flowers complimented their loving spirits – and it all matched the pastel sunset that Karma Hill photography captured on the beach!
The best of both worlds
Maui venue weddings allowed Kelsey & Wyatt to have a ceremony on a grassy lawn – complete with seating for guests and an arch to marry under. Guests loved being able to walk right up to the restaurant at Gannon’s to enjoy some cocktails while the newlyweds drove down to the beach for some romantic pictures!
Beach pictures are a great way to capture the beauty of Hawaii, and Kelsey & Wyatt loved getting some alone time in the middle of a busy wedding day! They got beautiful sunset pictures right by the ocean before joining their family for dinner.
Wyatt will always remember their anniversary as trucker lingo 10-4. We’ll always remember how beautiful and sweet these two are! Thank you, Kelsey & Wyatt, for choosing us to coordinate your Maui venue wedding!

Growing up Rhea’s family came to Hawaii every year, and this couple chose to have a Venue Wedding in Maui because it is her favorite island! During the planning process, Rhea and Shane described their wedding as “simple, fun with good music, family and friends.” We love that they wanted to create an evening that would not only be beautiful but would also be enjoyable for them and their wedding guests. It was all about having a good time! And we’re confident this is an evening none of them will ever forget!
Our bride and groom met in middle school and were actually high school sweethearts! And our personal favorite part of the evening was getting to hear their vows. They both mentioned they’ve been through so much together throughout the years and they’ve always stood by each other’s side!
Wedding Vows
Shane went first to recite his vows and had several pages worth of vows written in a yellow-cover notebook. One thing he said that made everyone cry was, “Rhea, you don’t know this, but the day before I asked you out for the first time in middle school, I couldn’t sleep. I was so nervous because not only did I want you to be my girlfriend, but I knew in my heart that I already wanted to marry you.” Cue all the tears!
But don’t worry, there was lots of laughter too! In fact, after the ceremony, our newlyweds were ready to head to the beach for wedding portraits and our sister company told us they all couldn’t stop laughing! They even took boomerangs and slomo videos so they could have something to remember the night before getting their wedding photos. And here they are, and we are absolutely obsessed!
