With the craziness of the pandemic, all Katherine and José wanted for their union was a relaxing and simple Maui Destination Wedding with their closest friends and family. We were thrilled to help Katherine and José turn their dream into reality all while keeping it easy and breezy, so they could just sit back and enjoy their Hawaii vacation!

Overlooking the panoramic view of Keawakapu Beach, 5 Palms Restaurant is a spectacular location choice for a Maui destination wedding. With a manicured ceremonial lawn that melds the atmosphere of a beach wedding with the perks of a venue, guests like Katherine and José’s fantastic crew can watch the “I do’s” while sitting comfortably. And what a great view they had! How cute are Katherine and José’s smiles?!

Following the ceremony, Katherine and José stepped out onto the powder-soft sands to celebrate their union with gorgeous Maui Wedding Photography!

Katherine and José met during their senior year in high school–in Mrs. Mendoza’s Spanish class, to be more specific. Although they were young, it was true amor, and they’ve been together now for over a decade! José works as a Biotech Sales Representative and Katherine works as an HR representative for a dermatological company in California. They have two fur babies named Simon and Sol, who they absolutely love and look forward to introducing to their future children.

Just before the world closed down in 2020, Katherine and José took a trip to Thailand. On the shore of a spectacular beach in Phuket, José asked the big question, and Katherine, of course, said yes! In her words, “It’s so special that we are getting married on the beach as well! Complete a full circle.” Keep scrolling for all the gorgeous beachy shots of this beautiful couple!

Thank you Katherine & José, for choosing us to help turn your wedding dreams into a reality. It was a joy working with you, and we wish you all the smiles and love in the years ahead!

Imagine driving up to your Hawaii Venue Wedding in the MogWest version of the Morgan 3-wheeler, dressed to the nines, and with friends and family cheering you on. That’s exactly how Milorose and Kenji made their entrance! Does it get much cooler?! Together on the lawn of Gannon’s Restaurant in Wailea, Milorose and Kenji celebrated their love through marriage. This one is a must-see!

Following their roaring entrance, Milorose and Kenji stood together on the ceremonial lawn, with only south Maui’s sweeping views as their backdrop. Dressed in a two-piece gown with a lace crop-top, chiffon skirt, and a beachy up-do, Milorose easily outshone the posh designer cruiser!
Looking sleek himself, Kenji’s three-piece linen suit in aquamarine paired elegantly with his bride’s unique gown. With a Hawaii venue wedding ten years in the making, the emotions were running high. Keep scrolling for the sweet reactions!

Following the “I do’s”, we had to have one more look at that cruiser. Then, of course, a first dance on the shoreline! We took the short trip to Southside Beach with Milorose and Kenji, and there they celebrated with twirling, laughter, and a whole lot of gorgeous sunset shots!

Milorose works in consumer lending, while Kenji owns a bike shop. They love to bike, hike, and do anything outdoorsy. Their love story began when a mutual friend introduced them at a club while Kenji was working as a promoter.
Within months, the relationship was official, but it wasn’t until ten years later that Kenji booked a romantic hotel suite getaway and got down on his knee. Milorose mused, “Took him a while but he did it!” And in the end, that’s all that matters! It’s so clear that Milorose and Kenji have an unbreakable love that will last an eternity.

Congratulations, Milorose and Kenji! Thank you for choosing us to coordinate your Hawaii Venue Wedding. We wish you all the best in the years ahead!

Casey and Logan wanted their wedding in Maui to be simple yet beautiful, something they’d look back on and cherish over the decades to come. Not wanting to harbor the stress of a big wedding in their hometown, a small wedding in Hawaii seemed like the perfect fit! Trinity Episcopal Church by-the-Sea set the stage for a ceremony that was simple, beautiful, and so much more!

Trinity by the Sea is a historic gem of old Hawaii. The hand-laid coral brick architecture dates back to the early 1800s and features a spectacular rustic wooden cross. With a roof that has long been lost to an ancient storm, the Maui sky now serves as the lofty and unparalleled ceiling for all ceremonies held within its walls. We love how Casey’s rustic Hawaiian bouquet and flower crown effortlessly tie in the palms swaying in the backdrop.

Casey and Logan both work for an Infinity car dealership, with Logan working as a technician and Casey as a service advisor. They built a strong friendship for over a year before revving the engine on love. Together they have one furbaby, a cavalier King Charles who is their world! Keep scrolling for more from this beautiful couple and their amazing wedding!

Mahalo, Casey and Logan, for trusting us with your wedding in Hawaii. It was a joy getting to know you and your loved ones. We wish you only the best in the years ahead!

Erin and John’s Destination Wedding in Maui may have been delayed five months, but it was still everything Hawaii wedding dreams are made of! With a cool island breeze, gentle sunlight, and friends and family cheering them on, saying “I do” doesn’t get better than this! The 5 Palms oceanfront lawn offered a sweeping view of the churning tides and leggy palms. Keep scrolling for all the sweet moments!

When Erin made her entrance, John’s ecstatic expression was hard to miss! Our own Reverend Kuya even offered a fist bump in celebration of the union. This is one of the biggest perks of a Destination Wedding in Maui–the fun atmosphere! It’s hard not to be joyous when you’re surrounded by the magic of the island, but add in the love of your life, and it’s pure elation!

Erin is a dental hygienist and John is a personal trainer and health coach. In their free time, you can find these two traveling, exercising, hiking, or cuddling with their golden retriever Leo. Erin and John attended the same high school, but didn’t end up meeting each other until after graduating college–love is tricky like that!

John proposed in March of last year, right around his birthday. He told Erin they were going out to dinner with just his family. But of course, that was only half of it! John had secretly invited her family to witness the proposal. And, as they say, the rest is history!

Mahalo nui loa, Erin and John, for choosing us to coordinate your Destination Wedding in Maui! We had a wonderful time getting to know you and your loved ones! We wish you all the adventures and happiness in the years ahead!

There was no shortage of love and sunshine for Mackenzie and Cody’s Micro Wedding in Hawaii. Set on the sweeping lawn of Gannon’s grassy knoll, Mackenzie and Cody said “I do” beneath an elegant bamboo arch with the panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean in the backdrop.

There was magic in the air the moment Mackenzie made her appearance. When she locked eyes with Cody, our groom became visibly overcome with emotion. Few things compare to watching our couples step into the adventure of marriage together. Moments like these are why we love what we do!

Carrying a custom bouquet of silver dollar eucalyptus and white roses, Mackenzie embodied the beauty of Spring. Her twisted up-do and ornamental open-backed gown were just the right combinations of sophistication and simplicity. The groomsmen and Cody’s steel-gray suits and Prussian blue ties paired perfectly with the dusky blues of the bridesmaids. From pin-worthy poses to playful antics, we had a blast working with this crew and love how their Maui Wedding Photography turned out!

Mackenzie and Cody have been an item for a decade. They’re currently building a house together (the literal kind and the figurative house of marriage!). Mackenzie and Cody love the thrill of adventure! You can find them on their wave runner in the summer, or on a pair of dirt bikes or UTV vehicles. As you might have guessed, they LOVE the sunshine! And it’s a good thing too, because their Micro Wedding in Hawaii was flooded with it!

Following their ceremony, we brought Mackenzie and Cody down to the shoreline for gorgeous couples portraits against a backdrop of dreamy pastels. You don’t want to miss this!

Thank you, Mackenzie and Cody, for trusting us with your Micro Wedding in Hawaii. We had an amazing time getting to know you both and wish you all the joy in the years ahead!

Jessica and Darin said “I do” with a Hawaii Venue Wedding at the 5 Palms in Wailea. Rain is a sacred blessing in Hawaii, and when it graces your wedding day, it’s said to represent a lush and strong marriage. The covered lanai at the 5 Palms served as a gorgeous indoor venue with bungalow-inspired architecture and a sweeping view of the Pacific Ocean. After Maui sent her blessing, the sun peaked out and Jessica and Darin had their first dance as a married couple right there on the beach!

Our couple met eight years ago through work, with Darin working as a graphic designer and Jessica as an Executive Assistant. Maui is a special place for Jessica and Darin–after all, it’s where they took their first vacation together! It’s little wonder why they chose Maui to be the location for their Hawaii venue wedding. There’s even been talk of settling down on the island, to which we say… Aloha!
When the time was right, Jessica and Darin became engaged by the river at his parents’ home. You can find them relaxing and enjoying themselves here nearly every other weekend. Surrounded by a literal dessert, this body of water is beyond special and seems to further represent the strength of Jessica and Darin’s marriage, just look at those genuine expressions of love! Keep scrolling for the spectacular beach shots!

Thank you, Jessica and Darin, for trusting us to coordinate your Hawaii Venue Wedding. We wish you all the happiness in the years ahead. And we look forward to seeing you on Maui again sometime in the near future!

Cindy and Scott’s 5 Palms Wedding in Maui was all about love! Nine family members were in attendance, including children and grandkids, making this sweet wedding intimate and filled with smiles. The day was blessed with comfortable weather and just the right amount of gentle cloud coverage to cool the warm tropical breeze from the ocean.

5 Palms is the perfect location for an outdoor ceremony that melds the perks of a venue with the backdrop of a beach wedding. Situated on the south coast of the island, the 5 Palms lawn overlooks the sparkling waters of Keawakapu Beach. With shoreline lava rock, golden sands, and an unparalleled view of the setting sun, this venue is what Maui wedding dreams are made from! And while we’re on the topic of Maui wedding dreams, how spectacular is it that Cindy and Scott were able to say “I do” in such a beautiful location with their children and sweet grandchildren watching on!

Cindy and Scott’s wedding opened with their grandbabies, AKA adorable Croc-wearing cuties! Seriously, does it get much cuter than this? Following the precious intro, Manutea Nui e provided the lovely sway of hula and the soft strum of the ukulele. Cindy’s son oversaw the union, sharing wise words and thoughtful sentiments before our couple had their first kiss as husband and wife.

Cindy and Scott met the modern way, on a dating app! After two years together, they both decided that the time was right to say “I do”! Cindy works as a nurse and teacher (this boss queen has opened TWO schools!), and Scott is a construction consultant. It seems like building important and strong structures is this couple’s forte, just look at their relationship! Keep scrolling for all of the beautiful and sweet photos from this 5 Palms Wedding in Maui!

Kylee and Jay originally had their Wedding in Maui scheduled for 2020, but because of COVID travel restrictions, they decided to postpone it to this year. Their new wedding date was flooded with sunlight and too many smiles to count! So we feel it’s safe to say that this wedding was worth the wait.

The grassy knoll at Gannon’s in Wailea set the stage, and the venue was flooded with warm Maui light. Kylee entered with her proud mother and stepfather at her side, and her very own grandmother conducted the ceremony. Kylee’s grandmother has officiated the majority of the family’s weddings and baptisms, and it was truly an honor to work with them to keep this special tradition alive. It was a touching moment when all five of Kylee and Jay’s children came forward during the ceremony. The bride’s eyes weren’t the only pair tearing up during this sweet wedding in Maui!

Following the ceremony and group shots of the happy family, we took the short trip down to White Rock beach for some Maui Wedding Photography against the sunset. Keep scrolling for gorgeous skies of pastel pink and more beautiful moments from Kylee and Jay’s special day!

Sarah and Alisha’s Maui Wedding was kissed with the island sun and a cool, tropical breeze. Alisha is a beach lover at heart and always wanted to get married by the sea. So our couple figured, what better way to make that dream come true than in Hawaii! Gathered on the 5 Palms lawn, guests were treated to a panoramic view of the turquoise ocean and the endless Maui sky. The only thing better was the heartwarming scene of Sarah and Alisha tying their beautiful lives together by saying, “I do.”

Sarah and Alisha began their journey two years ago to the day. Not only does their wedding mark their own anniversary, but it also marks the 46th anniversary of Sarah’s parents. It’s a blessing and fortunate sign that Sarah and Alisha share their special date with a strong and affectionate couple. We’re certain that Sarah and Alisha’s marriage will be just as solid and loving.
Interestingly enough, our couple also shares this date with National Margarita Day. Regardless of whether or not they got margaritas after the ceremony, they’re obviously punch-drunk in love! Plus it fit the theme–Because the ocean brought the salt and our couple brought the sweetness! Those adoring looks speak for themselves! Keep scrolling for more!

Sarah and Alisha chose the 5 Palms Oceanside Lawn as their Maui Wedding venue. This prime location has all the vivid views and breezes of a beach wedding with the flexibility of a venue. We love how the Elegant Simplicity Arch perfectly frames our loving couple.

The Rustic Hawaiian Ruins at Trinity by the Sea were flooded with tropical blooms and island fruit for Myra and Adrien’s Hawaii Venue Wedding. The pops of color and luau-like atmosphere did not disappoint! Subtle overcast lighting and a refreshing breeze greeted the guests and our spectacular bride and groom. We are so blessed to work in the Hawaii wedding industry because we get to meet amazing couples from near and far–and in Myra and Adrien’s case, just around the mountain!

The Rustic Hawaiian Ruins is one of our newest venue additions. Ancient coral bricks and authentic structural design bring the spirit of old Hawaii to life. With a rustic wooden cross towering in the backdrop and only the gentle sky above, this Maui wedding venue perfectly melds the traditional church setting with authentic Hawaii.
Myra and Adrien selected our Styled Rustic Hawaiian Set-Up– or, in other words, we decked out their Hawaii Venue Wedding with all the beauty of the tropics! Lush blooms and island fruit made gorgeous stand-ins for the traditional white-wedding decor.

Both born and raised on Maui, Myra and Adrien fit perfectly together. And it doesn’t hurt that they also get fit together! These two love a good workout! Myra and Adrien met through mutual friends, and for their first date, they broke a sweat at the gym.
When Adrien felt the time was right, he arranged for a couple’s hike up the Wainee Ridge… but the workout wasn’t the only reason Adrien was sweating. Once they got to the top, he popped the big question! And clearly, from their sweet reactions during the I do’s, this couple is strong in so many ways.

Following the ceremony, we gathered the whole crew for Hawaii wedding group portraits. And made sure to capture Adrien with the two loves of his life, his gorgeous wife and his precious daughter. Keep scrolling for more stunning photos of Myra and Adrien making the most of their Big Day!

Simply stunning.

What a special day we had with Saleena & Todd! Their Maui venue wedding was absolutely stunning in every way and we’re so excited to relive it here with you through photos!
The Steeple House in Kapalua offers a private setting while still overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The bridal suite provided a cool setting for Saleena to put the final touches before her walk down the aisle. She looked so gorgeous and we really loved capturing all her beauty and excitement. She walked out of the Steeple House to the ceremony setting where Todd and her friends and family awaited her arrival. Their stunning ceremony was officiated by Saleena’s brother which made the vows even more special. Afterward they all celebrated with group portraits and some cake!!

This photo really portrays the setting for Saleena & Todd’s outdoor wedding experience. It was a beautiful event shared with family and friends with a gorgeous blue ocean in the background while being surrounded by warm temperatures and a beautiful green landscape.

The

Saleena & Todd’s hook up was such a sweet (and direct) story. Saleena’s mom actually hooked the two up! She went right up to Todd in the shop they worked together at and asked if he was single? Mom got his number for Saleena so she texted him later that week. The two have been inseparable ever since! Thanks mom!! Nice work!

Saleena & Todd decided that on their wedding day they wanted a few portraits of the two of them but it was also very important for them to celebrate with their family. They chose to add on another 1 hour session the very next day so that they could get some more memorable shots just the two of them. We really enjoyed having the extra time with them, they were relaxed, happy, and looking amazing for their portraits!!

When Makayla and Kevin met at the flooring store they worked at, they would never guess they would build their own hardwood flooring business together as well as their family! This sweet couple has two adorable girls that loved seeing mom and dad all dressed up getting married. We loved being a part of their Maui venue wedding and were happy that we could create a romantic intimate day for them and their family.
Makayla and Kevin were planning on a big wedding back home in San Diego but obviously, that became impossible, so they re-focused and decided an intimate wedding in Maui would be a lovely way to get married and still make it special. We could not agree more, Maui is the perfect place to host a small wedding while creating beautiful memories.

Makayla wanted to do a first look with her dad before the ceremony. We just love this! Look at the expression on his face when he sees his little girl for the first time as a bride! He happiness and joy on his face is priceless.
