It was such a pleasure to coordinate Staci and Jimmy’s Hawaii micro wedding! With a fun group of loved ones supporting them and the elegant setting of the Steeple House in Kapalua, it was truly a sweet and intimate ceremony.

With her best girls at her sides, Staci dressed in the bridal suite. Her sister, stepdaughter, and daughter were there to support her and share in her excitement. It was a gorgeous but windy and hot day in Kapalua, so the inside ceremony was the perfect breath of fresh air and intimacy.

Staci’s parents live on Maui, and the Aloha spirit was alive and vivid during this Hawaii micro wedding. The bride’s mother decorated the chairs with leis, and one special seat was left open for Jimmy’s late son. It was a beautiful and sentimental day filled with love and the fragrant breeze of the ocean.

Staci shared their love story with us, and it was so special, we have to share it on our blog. From our bride:
“Our story is special because we met many years ago in junior high. We reconnected through Facebook in 2016. We had not seen each other since high school, so about 25 years. Our love story is one for the books. He took me to Half Moon Bay in June 2020 and surprised me by showing up at the Ritz Carlton for lunch I thought but turned into a walk on the beach. He packed my favorite wine and had a blanket to sit on. It was a beautiful sunny day. I turned to lay the blanket down then turned around and found him on one knee with the box and him asking me to marry him!”
And clearly, she said yes! Keep scrolling for more of this amazing couple!

Mahalo nui loa, Staci and Jimmy, for trusting us to coordinate your Hawaii micro wedding. The day was overflowing with joy, and we wish you all the sunshine and happiness in the years to come!

Jodie and Jacy were married last week on the beautiful grounds of the 5 Palms in Wailea. Their Maui venue wedding was bright and airy and filled with love from friends and family. Together since high school, Jodie and Jacy wanted a simple yet beautiful wedding, so they knew the island of their childhood home was the perfect place to say “I do.”

With all their family on the island, Jodie and Jacy tied the knot on the southern coast with the blue Pacific in the backdrop. A bamboo arch with classic white draping and blooms to match the bride’s bouquet served as the perfect frame for this sweet couple.
There was a gentle breeze as our beautiful bride walked down the aisle linking arms with her father. Jodie and Jacy have already come so far in their journey of love with such a solid foundation beneath them. And now this day marked the beginning of their journey in marriage.

Jodie and Jacy were lucky enough to find their true love while they were very young. Together since high school, Jodie and Jacy have an incredible son (this awesome guy!), and love to have fun together. Their idea of a great day out is an adventure at Chuck E Cheese or the Fun Factory! Not only do Jodie and Jacy make a great couple, they also make great parents! Keep scrolling for more of their beautiful day!

Kelley and Joe’s micro wedding in Hawaii was full of love and gorgeous views of the southern coast of Maui. Gannon’s grassy knoll served as the venue, and flowering bougainvillea decorated the backdrop. A rustic seaside arch was the perfect frame for Kelly and Joe, a couple in love with a history built on understanding and new beginnings.

Kelley wore a simple yet elegant gown with a frontal slit and a classic silhouette. As she walked down the aisle in her father’s arm, she looked more than just beautiful. She looked like a woman walking into a bright and loving future. We know that’s true because her future is Joe! One glance at his sweet expression says it all. This is love.

After the “I do’s” it was time to celebrate with family portraits! With smiles and cheers, this group was clearly excited to see Kelley and Joe tie the knot. And then it was time for Karma Hill Photography to sweep our couple away to the beachside for sunset shots! Keep scrolling!

Like many of our amazing couples, this isn’t Kelley or Joe’s first marriage. But what sets these two apart is that this isn’t their first time tying the knot to each other! Kelley and Joe met in 2008 and were married in 2010. When the first marriage didn’t work out, they took some time to grow and then realized they were blessed with true love the entire time.
When the second engagement came around, Joe told Kelley it was her turn to ask the question. So of course, she did! And now here they are, facing the future together in a strong marriage built on love and officiated during a gorgeous micro wedding in Hawaii!

Elizabeth & Jonathan initially planned for a wedding in Northern Ireland but opted for a beautiful Maui Micro Wedding due to COVID restrictions. And it turned out to be an unbelievably gorgeous occasion! Set on the blossoming grounds of the Dragon Fruit Farm and overlooking the glistening oceans of Lahaina, this was a wedding fit for an adventurous and sophisticated couple!

When Elizabeth entered the property it was as if the wind momentarily stopped blowing. Wearing a modern gown with simple draping and carrying our Rustic Hawaiian Bouquet, she looks exquisite against the backdrop of greenery and florals. It’s little wonder why Jonathan was smiling so widely! Keep scrolling for all the heartfelt moments of their ceremony.

Elizabeth and Jonathan met on Bumble and started dating after a week. It didn’t take them long to realize they were made for each other! A year and a half later, while visiting Maui and surrounded by the tropical beauty, Jonathan asked Elizabeth to marry him near a beach in Wailea. And now here they are, tying the knot on the same island they were engaged on!

Elizabeth is from Washington and Jonathan is from North Ireland. After living in New Jersey for a while, they recently moved back to Washington to be near friends and family and put down roots in the pacific northwest.

Congratulations, Elizabeth and Jonathan! Your Maui micro wedding was simply beautiful, and we wish you all the best and plenty of adventures in the years to come.

Kendra and Robert’s gorgeous venue wedding in Maui felt like a little holiday of its own! With lots of friends and family cheering them on and plenty to smile about, it was like the ocean was clapping along with the guests! Come see all the happy moments during this unforgettable ceremony at the 5 Palms in Wailea.

The 5 Palms is a venue like no other. With a ceremony location directly on the oceanfront and an island breeze touched with the salt of the sea, this is truly the experience of paradise. Kendra and Robert seemed right at home amongst the beauty. Wearing a striking gown with bell sleeves and endless lace, Kendra looked radiant. Robert watched his beautiful bride approach with a welcoming look of pure love.

Following their “I do’s,” our couple sliced into a simple wedding cake decorated with flowers to match our bride’s gorgeous bouquet. Loved ones were laughing and chatting excitedly to celebrate Kendra and Robert’s union as our photography team whisked them away for some romantic couple’s portraits by the ocean.

The ceremony was slightly overcast, but with the Maui sky, clouds are a good thing when it comes to sunset! The entire sky lit up with a brilliant glow as the island wished Kendra and Robert happiness and love in their marriage. It was the perfect ending to a beautiful venue wedding in Maui.

Congratulations, Kendra and Robert! It was a joy working with you, and we wish you all the happiness in the years to come!

There was no limit to the beauty during Haily and Ross’s Maui Wedding! Set in the gorgeous venue of Trinity by the Sea Church and with an abundance of friends and family cheering them on, this was a ceremony made in paradise–literally!

The sunlight twinkled down through the tropical scenery as Hailey made her debut. With her arms linked with her proud father, Hailey was the epitome of a glowing bride. We could not take our eyes off her, and neither could her groom!
The atmosphere at the wedding was light and full of celebration. Reverend Richardo officiated the ceremony as our couple clasped hands and watched the beginning of their marriage unfold. The traditional church venue offered their guests plenty of seating as the Hawaiian sky created gentle shadows and tropical breezes.

Hailey and Ross live in Wenatchee and met in college. He played football and Hailey “shot her shot at a party.” And it was a direct hit! Hailey is a school counselor at a middle school and Ross works at a fruit equipment company doing sales and project managing.
Maui holds a special place in Hailey’s heart because she used to vacation here when she was growing up. She knew she wanted a relaxing yet beautiful ceremony, and a Maui wedding felt like the perfect choice! Keep scrolling for more from this amazing couple!

Sharlene and Kevin were married at Gannon’s Maui Wedding Venue, overlooking Wailea and the sweeping coastal views. Sharlene walked down the aisle to “Here Comes the Sun,” and the choice couldn’t have been more perfect. The sunlight behaved like a dream during Sharlene and Kevin’s big day, gentle during the ceremony and brilliant during the photo session!

Gannon’s Restaurant features an unparalleled view from the terrace. Framed with florals and greenery and with an onsight reception option, Sharlene and Kevin knew this was the perfect Maui wedding venue for their special day. A simple yet elegant bamboo arch created a classic backdrop for their “I do’s” while the spacious venue allowed plenty of room for their guests’ seating.

We’re in love with the subtle way the bridesmaids’ dresses bring out the bright pops of bougainvillea. Not to mention how modern and stylish the groomsmen look! But of course, the real showstoppers were our sweet couple. Sharlene and Kevin could not stop smiling! When you’re marrying the love of your life, your cheeks are bound to hurt the next day!

This is the first time our couple has been to Maui, and what a fantastic first it is! With Oahu already pegged on their map, Sharlene and Kevin wanted a rustic wedding that was relaxing and beautiful yet would still make a lasting impression on their guests. You can’t go wrong with a destination like Maui!
These two nurses met at work and have a brilliant five-year-old daughter together. As they got to know each other, they realized they shared a lot of interests, including hiking, traveling, and watching anime. Kevin knew he wanted to involve a hike when he popped the big question. He arranged for a day around Yosemite, and he went down on a knee near a bubbling creek with the purple mountains in the backdrop. Sharlene said “Yes!”, and now this adventurous couple is saying “I do” in yet another one of the most beautiful places on earth! Keep scrolling for more!

Kaitlyn & Alexander’s Maui Destination Wedding was a tropical dream! Framed by palm trees and a bamboo arch, the sweet couple said their vows with a small group of friends and family. Their Hawaiian ceremony was complete with a lei exchange and conch shell blow, and a guitarist played them sweet island music.
We’re excited to share these photos from this beautiful Maui Wedding Venue!

Kaitlyn & Alexander chose Gannon’s as their Maui wedding venue. This scenic restaurant features a lush ceremony lawn and private reception space. Little decor is needed at such a beautiful setting, so the couple opted for small accents of tropical flowers.
Karma Hill Photography captured great shots of their ceremony and reception set ups, along with all the sweet moments from the Maui Destination Wedding!

Kaitlyn & Alexander met in High School, but they didn’t start dating until a few years later. Once they reconnected, it didn’t take them long to fall in love!
Kaitlyn works in special education, and Alexander works in private security. They have two cute kids who brought lots of fun energy to their Maui Destination Wedding. See if you can spot little AJ photo-bombing their first dance later on!
This cute couple came to Maui together in 2017. That’s when Alexander asked Kaitlyn to marry him! How could they not come back here for their wedding?? We’re sure they’ll return to beautiful Maui again and again!

After the ceremony, it was time for portraits with the newlyweds and their stunning bridal party. Little Ava & AJ were the guests of honor, and we bet their family picture will be hanging on their wall soon!
They had six bridesmaids and six groomsmen, and their look came together perfectly. It’s definitely inspiration for Maui Destination Wedding bridal parties!
After their group photos on the lawn, we headed down to the beach where we got some stunning sunset shots. While their guests were enjoying cocktails back at Gannon’s, Kaitlyn & Alexander enjoyed some alone time with their toes in the sand.

As the last bit of light peaked over the horizon, we got some final photos at their reception. The fun group was enjoying the dance floor at Gannon’s, and they were ready to toast the newlyweds! Everyone had such a great time at this Maui Destination Wedding. We’re so glad we got to be a part of it!

Bailey & Greg married at a beautiful Maui Wedding Venue, and we got to coordinate it! They escaped an Iowa heat wave and came to Hawaii for their vacation & wedding. This cool pair would have had an amazing wedding anywhere, but we’re so glad they chose Maui! It was a beautiful evening with a beautiful couple!

Bailey & Greg don’t like to be the center of attention, so a smaller micro wedding at a Maui venue fit them perfectly! To ease some of their nerves, they decided to have a first look before their ceremony. They got to spend a few quiet moments together before their wedding began, and it allowed us to get to know them better too.
Cheynice from Karma Hill Photography captured everything from their first look to their cake cutting. She said they could be models for a magazine because they were so photogenic and open to all kinds of fun & creative shots. You can scroll down to see some of the stunning images she captured at their wedding!

Bailey & Greg included Hawaiian elements in their ceremony. Reverend Richardo blew the conch shell to signify the start of the ceremony, and then he led them in a traditional lei exchange. Manutea Nui E joined us at the Maui wedding venue as well – they provided ukulele music and a graceful hula performance. Their guests will definitely be talking about this ceremony for years to come!

Gannon’s Restaurant in Wailea has a grassy lawn that overlooks the ocean in the distance. It’s a quiet spot that rarely gets any wind, and it’s only steps away from their reception lawn.
Bailey & Greg planned a small reception with the restaurant. Dellables provided floral decor, and the Karma Hill photography team captured photos of their cake cutting. This Maui wedding venue is a great option if you want to keep your ceremony and reception all in one place!
It only takes a couple minutes to drive to the beach from Gannon’s, so the newlyweds got photos with their toes in the sand. The sunset was extra gorgeous that evening. The sky quickly went from a pastel glow to a vibrant orange. We’re in love with all their dreamy photos, and we’re excited to share them with you!

Greg was the one who selected the bridal bouquet! With so many bouquet options to choose from, he said Bailey would have taken forever deciding. He chose the Rustic Hawaiian bouquet in a pastel color pallet. Great choice, Greg! It perfectly complemented Bailey’s bridal style and looked great with the tropical scenery at the Maui wedding venue.

Congratulations, Bailey & Greg! We loved working with you and wish you all the best!

There was so much to love about Kendyl & Cole’s wedding in Maui! The Rustic Hawaiian Ruins provided a dreamy setting, perfectly shaded by palm trees and decorated with tropical plants. Their ceremony was made complete with Hawaiian traditions and ukulele music. Their guests had such a great time, but most importantly, Kendyl & Cole were totally in love!

These two love birds got engaged at Sweetheart Rock in West Maui, so it was only appropriate that they become husband & wife in Maui too! They are an adventurous couple whose personalities balance each other perfectly.
Karma Hill photography captured their wedding & portraits. Kendyl said she wanted their weddings photos to be natural & authentic. That was pretty easy considering this couple is so natural with each other. Check out how they make each other smile throughout the evening!

Kendyl & Cole had been enjoying a vacation with their guests, and had a honeymoon to look forward to also! They decided not to see each other before their ceremony, so we got to witness Cole’s reaction as he saw Kendyl walking down the aisle.
The drive over to the venue from Kaanapali was stressful for some of the group, as traffic got really bad that day! But they were all smiles as they arrived. They were simply excited to be a part of such a happy event in a beautiful place!

After the ceremony, we took some photos with their friends & family. The shady & breezy setting at the Rustic Hawaiian Ruins helped keep the guests cool and comfortable during the ceremony and their pictures. After that, the guests headed off to Gannon’s in Wailea, while the newlyweds enjoyed some romantic portraits at the beach.
The Karma Hill Photography team took so many great shots at this wedding in Maui, but we especially love those dreamy beach shots just before the sun went down. Keep scrolling to check it out!

We’ve been in touch with Kaitlyn & Trevor for almost 2 years. It’s been quite the adventure trying to plan their Maui micro wedding – luckily, this is an adventurous couple! We were supposed to meet them in June 2020, but of course, that didn’t work out. This sweet pair decided to wait another year to get married patiently, and we’re so happy they did!
Joined by a small group of family and friends, Kaitlyn & Trevor were married by Keawakapu beach at the 5 Palms ceremony lawn. It’s a stunning, tropical setting for a Maui micro wedding! Kaitlyn chose a bright, tropical color pallet and had a lei greeting for all their guests. After their sweet ceremony, they brought out champagne for their entire group and shared a first dance right by the ocean. It was the perfect combination of fun and emotional!
Karma Hill Photography capture this Maui Micro wedding. They were there the entire evening, beginning as they got dressed and ending with the last bit of light. Scroll down to see the amazing sunset they were blessed with!

Kaitlyn & Trevor have known each other since the 7th grade! Being childhood friends has helped them keep their childlike sense of adventure. They’ll spend a free day simply hopping in the car and seeing where the day takes them. This go-with-the-flow attitude helped keep their spirits up as they navigated an unexpectedly long engagement and planned their Maui micro wedding.
They’ve known each other since middle school, but they didn’t start dating until they were juniors in high school. They connected on a mission trip and kept wanting to hang out even after they returned home. A few months later, they decided to become an official couple. Kaitlyn said it was the best decision they had ever made!
Now they’ve made an even bigger decision – to spend the rest of their lives together! It was a memorable & beautiful Maui micro wedding. We know this picture-perfect pair has a great future together. They are loving, fun, generous, and kind. Exactly what a great couple should be! And we’re grateful to be a part of such an essential moment in their life.

Congratulations, Kaitlyn & Trevor! Thank you for choosing us to coordinate your Maui Micro Wedding! We wish you all the best for a wonderful future

Arianna & Christopher reached out to us shortly after Christmas time because they needed a Maui Wedding Coordinator. We are so glad they did! This sweet Alaska couple was a dream to work with, and we love all thoughtful details they included in their ceremony.
A small group of family joined them for nuptials overlooking the ocean. The vows they wrote for each other had everyone in tears, and they also included Hawaiian elements in their ceremony with Reverend Kimo. Arianna selected a pastel color pallet for her custom bouquet, which perfectly complemented her invitations, ring boxes, and the dreamy ocean in the distance.
Keep scrolling to see their complete wedding look!

The Steeple House is a private venue in Kapalua where we offer Maui Wedding Coordination. It’s just up the road from Ironwoods Beach, which was Arianna’s original choice for their ceremony location. They ended up getting the best of both worlds. The privacy and comfort of a venue, and stunning beach portraits at sunset!
Arianna added extra time with Karma Hill Photography so that she could capture getting ready shots in the onsite bridal suite. We think it was totally worth it – there’s nothing like those final moments before a couple walks down the aisle! The trees on the ceremony lawn created a natural frame for the ceremony, and an indoor chapel was available if there was rain. Luckily for these two, the day was clear and sunny, so they just used the chapel space for a few portraits.

Arianna and Christopher are both accountants who worked together after college. They had caught each others’ eyes then but didn’t end up getting together until years later. They reconnected, thanks to a mutual friend who invited them on a hike. Arianna and Christopher were faster hikers than their friend, so they spent most of the 10 hour day alone together, enjoying the outdoors and getting to know each other. We bet their friend was in great shape and just wanted to give these two time to connect 😉 Good thing he did, because now they’re madly in love!
It turns out Christopher is quite the romantic! We saw it as we spent the evening with them as their Maui wedding coordinator, and we had already heard about it from Arianna! She said he planned the most romantic proposal, complete with a heartfelt letter, rose petals, a scenic location, and lots of tears. Fast forward a year, and these two got married in another scenic location with their heartfelt vows, lots of flowers, and even more tears!

Congratulations, Arianna & Christopher! We loved being your Maui Wedding Coordinator, and we wish you all the best!
