Honey Glow – Douglas & Lourdes’ Maui Proposal
Let’s set the scene: golden hour on Po’olenalena Beach, the waves rolling in soft and slow, and a breeze that somehow knew it was carrying something big. Douglas had a plan, a really beautiful one, for their Maui proposal.
He led Lourdes down the beach, pretending they were just out for a casual sunset stroll. But then… there it was. A vibrant tropical flower circle nestled in the sand, bursting with color, coral, tangerine, magenta, blush, like Maui herself had arranged it just for them. And in the center? Douglas dropped to one knee and asked Lourdes to spend forever with him.
Spoiler alert: she said yes! The joy and happiness were palpable on the beach. Lourdes looked stunning in her lace dress, and Douglas couldn’t stop smiling (and neither could we, tbh). They twirled barefoot in the flower circle, shared a toast, ran hand-in-hand through the waves, and even kissed with their toes in the surf, because of course they did.
