Under The Palms – Dany & Marissa’s Maui Surprise Proposal
There are surprise proposals… and then there are Maui surprise proposals that feel like they were plucked straight from a movie script. Dany and Marissa’s big moment at the Naupaka Lawn at the Ka’anapali Outrigger Beach Resort was absolutely one of those.
Let’s start with this: Dany went all out. We’re talking full-on Marry Me sign, a silk flower circle, picture-perfect setup, and the most stunning Maui backdrop you could possibly imagine. Palm trees swaying? Check. Ocean sparkling in the background? Check. A perfect tropical breeze? Of course. And Marissa? She had absolutely no idea what was coming. The surprise on her face as she walked into the scene was pure gold.
The Moment He Waited For
As Dany dropped to one knee, the entire world seemed to pause for a second. And then, she said yes! The joy, the laughter, the happy tears, it was all there, wrapped in that soft Maui light that makes every photo look like a postcard. Their portraits were absolutely beautiful, vibrant, romantic, and full of that just-engaged glow that makes everyone melt a little.

The palm trees framed their special moment and love perfectly! These two were beyond excited about this next chapter of their lives!
