We still can’t get over how touching their vows were! Shakeh and Mases were so excited to get married here in paradise! They’ve been to Hawaii before and already had a vacation here planned when they got engaged and decided to have a Maui Beach Elopement! And we are so glad they did!
They ended up staying just minutes away from Ironwoods Beach and didn’t even know it! They were so close that our bride walked in her wedding dress all the way up to her first look with Mases. Which took place just moments before their ceremony!
How They Met
This couple actually met at a wedding! Shakeh was a bridesmaid and Mases was a groomsman and they were paired together. They’ve been together ever since and we are so excited for them to start this next chapter of their lives as husband and wife!

With just their parents present at their Maui Elopement, Kary and Ben had a truly intimate ceremony at Maluaka Beach. We especially love that they hired Stephan Boker to live streamed their wedding so their family and friends from all over the world could participate from afar! It was so fun to see them wave hello to everyone after the ceremony and thank them for their support.
Cake Cutting Ceremony
The bride and groom also decided to include a traditional cake cutting ceremony at their Maui Elopement, and Kary even mentioned how good it was! Tasty and beautiful, win win 🙂 . Afterwards they braved the morning sunshine with no wind and took some amazing couple portraits with our sister company.
Kary handled the weather gracefully and was excited to get into the AC back at the resort. No matter the summer heat when a couple looks at their wedding photos and remember their special day, it won’t be the heat they remember but the love they exchanged and absolutely beautiful backdrop they were able to have for their special day!

Daymis and Jamie had a beautiful and intimate Maui Beach Elopement on the southside of the island, hence the name of this location. This is one of our favorite spots for weddings and it’s easy to see why! With beautiful scenery and lighting, it makes for a magical experience in real life and in wedding photos. Just see for yourself!
Beach Wedding Attire
This bride and groom seriously looked amazing, they both nailed it with their wedding attire! Daymis said she was going for a simple beach dress but she loved this Vera Wang wedding dress she had on…even if it wasn’t the most “simple.” And Jamie looked absolutely dashing in a Calvin Klein suit. We love that he ditched the tie and added a boutonniere for a final touch!
Overall we just love these two together! They were so in love and complete naturals at making each other laugh throughout the night. We’re confident they will have the most amazing life together as husband and wife and feel so lucky to have been part of their Maui Beach Elopement. Rachel and Lucas met 6 years ago in college and were so excited to celebrate their love with a Southside Beach Elopement! And we are so excited we could celebrate with this bride and groom 🙂 . They chose to get married in Hawaii so the focus of the wedding would be on just them!
Their ceremony at Southside Beach could not have been more beautiful. Witnessing these two say, “I do” was truly touching, especially since they had a musician playing in the background! Music is so powerful and we love when our couples choose to include it at their wedding.
Wedding Portraits
Before heading off for a delicious dinner at the Grand Wailea, these newlyweds enjoyed taking wedding portraits with our sister company! They mentioned they really love the look of natural light, and so Karma Hill Photography was the perfect fit for their wedding photography. They are pros at working with natural light but also know how to use just the right tools for a few dramatic shots as well! And that’s exactly what Rachel and Lucas got 🙂 . Being part of this bride and groom’s Maui Morning Elopement was an absolute blast! We seriously can’t think of a better way to start our day! Alyson and Joshua arrived together, but she waited to change into her dress until getting to Kanaha Beach so they could still have the special moment when he saw her for the first time. And that smile on his face says it all!
These two got engaged on a beach at sunrise in Georgia and knew they wanted to say “I do” with the sand between their toes. And we are so glad they chose to have a Maui Morning Elopement! Plus we couldn’t have asked for a better day, it was seriously amazing. Just see for yourself!
After taking beautiful portraits with our sister company, these newlyweds enjoyed a relaxing day with lunch at Mama’s and then back to the beach for some snorkeling and fun in the sun. Jamie and Jay surprised their loved ones at home by getting married here on vacation! So we were thrilled to be part of their Maui Elopement! They could not have been more in love or more fun to work with. I mean just look at them! You can tell by the smiles on their faces and their epic wedding attire that they have stellar personalities. And we are stoked we had the opportunity to help make this day a reality.
Jamie’s bouquet even had touches of gold and navy to compliment Jay’s suit! Which we loved!
This bride and groom were complete naturals in front of the camera! And it’s no wonder why since they actually met while working as extras on the movie, “The Intern” with Robert DeNiro and Anne Hathaway! It was the first summer Jay ever took off from tennis (he’s actually a tennis pro – no big deal) and we are so glad he did. These two are without a doubt, “meant to be”!
A Special Date
To make their Maui Elopement even more special, they actually said “I do” on the 5 year anniversary of their first date! How sweet is that?! Having a special meaning behind your wedding date is always fun. And we’re honored we could spend this evening celebrating with this happy couple! Jennifer and Thomas met over 20 years ago and were so excited to celebrate their love with a Maui Elopement at Ironwoods Beach. Neither our bride or groom had ever been here before, and they couldn’t have chosen a more amazing spot for their ceremony. Not only is it the perfect place to say “I do” but with it’s epic cliffs overlooking the ocean, it’s also the perfect place for wedding photos! See for yourself!

Diana and Ernesto kept their Maui Beach Elopement carefree and simple! So relaxed that they even kept it a surprise from their guests. Their friends who were with them found out they were getting married ONE HOUR before the wedding (otherwise they said they would have been more dressed up, haha). But they were all still so excited to celebrate with our happy couple! And so were we 🙂 .
Diana and Ernesto were SO into each other and were constantly laughing during their Maui Beach Elopement, which we loved. It was easy to see that they have a deep bond forged on friendship, giving us the confidence that these two will have the most amazing life together! And to make things even more exciting, they’re actually expecting their first child together. Woohoo!

We were thrilled when this couple reached out to us last week to see if we could coordinate a Maui Beach Elopement for them in just two days! And while this was short notice, we knew we could do it 🙂 . Plus we were so excited to be part of such a sweet and special occasion for Shauna and Jonathan!
Vacation turned Elopement
After being together for 5 years, these two were so excited to get married! In fact, they actually are in the process of planning a big wedding at home but when they got to Maui on vacation Jonathan suggested eloping! So they quickly found us on yelp and got everything figured out within days.
At the end of their ceremony, they planted a sprouted coco in the brush near the spot they got married. How fun is that?! They even told us that they plan to return each year to check its growth! We love this idea and can’t wait for them to come back in 2020. In the meantime, we’ll keep an eye on their little sprout in their absence.

After getting married in June at home in Austria, this couple was excited to experience a more intimate ceremony with a Maui Beach Elopement. While they loved celebrating with family and friends, they also wanted to celebrate their love with a relaxed, carefree and romantic evening in Hawaii. And we are so glad they did!
Ready for Adventure
Anita and Christian met 5 years ago and got engaged last year in Italy, making them more than ready for the adventures of marriage. And they sure do love an adventure! How could you not though when the Swiss Alps are practically in your backyard? They enjoy hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. But when they’re not enjoying their hometown, they love to travel and explore new places! So a Maui Beach Elopement was the perfect way to start them off on the journey of being husband and wife 🙂 .
