We can’t get over how cute this couple was at their Maui Beach Elopement! Dara was so excited before the ceremony and even cried throughout. Which was so sweet! The moment James turned around and saw his bride walking towards him, his jaw literally dropped with excitement over how beautiful she looked. And then the biggest smile took place on his face and didn’t leave all evening long!
It’s obvious these two have a deep bond built on pure friendship and unconditional love. After being together for 10 years, a Maui Beach Elopement was the perfect way to celebrate their relationship and commitment to each other! They love it here so much they’re even planning on moving to the island in a couple of years, and we can’t wait to be their neighbors 🙂 .
They even already know their Hawaiian names! Dara’s is “Leilani” and James’ is “Kimo.” Plus for a fun coincidence, their minister’s name was Kimo! AND they went to dinner at their favorite restaurant, Kimo’s after their wedding! So fun. We really did have the best time being part of this beautiful evening and can’t thank, Dara and James, enough for including us on their special day! Congratulations to you both, and Warm Aloha!

With our bride’s daughter Rylee, our groom’s son James and groom’s mother as the only guests, this Maui Beach Elopement was truly intimate. Jayme and Kenny were so cute together and their children has so much fun celebrating with them and being part of the festivities. All throughout the ceremony, cake cutting, and family photos their children had them all laughing up a storm and having a good time! Leaving us confident this is a day none of them will ever forget.
We especially love how at the end of the evening these newlyweds got in the water for a little Trash The Dress session! They were having so much fun and were excited for our sister company, Karma Hill Photography to capture it on camera. They even had their kids also film it! We seriously we loved being part of this Maui Beach Elopement and getting to know this incredible couple! Being part of this Maui Beach Elopement was so much fun! Especially since it gave us the opportunity to get to know the story of how Suzanne and Martin met. While these two were brought together by high school, it wasn’t while they were students. Marty was Suzanne’s daughter’s music teacher and they started dating her senior year. They have now been together for 6 years and their wedding was totally under wraps!
This bride and groom decided to have a Maui Beach Elopement since they were already planning on coming for Suzanne’s 50th birthday! When it comes to planning and organizing, that’s Suzanne’s specialty, so she knows it’s all about the fine details to make their wedding a special moment to remember. (That’s where we come in!) We loved that we took the planning role off of Suzanne’s hands for a while (to celebrate some cake and bubbly most likely) and prepare a beautiful elopement for just the two of them. All the while, their family was surprised with the wonderful news when they returned home. How perfect is that?! We love a spontaneous elopement, so when Nadia & Glenn called us with less than a week to plan their Maui Beach Wedding, we were so excited!! Not only did they book an amazing ceremony with us, but also a Maui Trash the Dress session too!
With so many beautiful locations, it’s hard to choose a single spot for a ceremony. That’s why Nadia & Glenn chose three locations! On Thursday they said “I Do” with their toes in the sand at Baldwin Beach in Paia. Then on Sunday they met back up with Karma Hill photography for portraits in Honolua Jungle and Ironwoods Beach in Kapalua. That’s one of our favorite spots for a Maui Trash the Dress!
While they booked their Maui Beach Wedding on whim, their love story is 11 years in the making! They met when they were neighbors in Boston and now they live in California. They’re busy with careers and school, so this vacation was a much-deserved getaway! We loved getting to work with Nadia and Glenn and we wish them all the best as they return home as husband and wife! Congratulations and Warm Aloha!

With only their two children as guests at their Maui Beach Elopement, Sarah and Nathan had a truly intimate evening for their wedding ceremony. Since they kept their plans to get married a secret from their families they had an intimate evening with just the four of them at Maluaka Beach. Joined by the funnest wedding vendors, this was a truly memorable occasion for them all!
We especially love how this couple was able to include 4 year old Roger and 3 year old Sissy in the festivities! Aren’t they darling? We cannot get over how sweet they were dancing alongside their parents. Plus these photos of them eating wedding cake are too cute for words! The tides were high at Deidre and David’s Maui Elopement but there was a secret little passage way to the left side of Polo Beach. So they were able to get married in complete privacy! And had nearly the entire beach to themselves. What an awesome experience!
This couple chose to have an intimate Maui Elopement so they could enjoy the sunset and capture the best portraits of their wedding day. As you can see, the sunset did not disappoint! Their all white attire really stood out in their portraits and created a unique vibe for these two. David did mention how hard it was to keep an all white tuxedo clean before the ceremony, but he did a really great job since we didn’t notice a single spot! This bride and groom were full of confidence and love for each other, leaving us confident that they will have the most amazing life together as husband and wife 🙂 . When Sam proposed to Whittney he already knew he wanted a simple Maui Beach Elopement. Making our team the perfect option for their wedding coordinator! They started planning their elopement last summer but then Sam’s father became ill and they had to put everything on hold.
And since they hadn’t officially booked with us we were thrilled when they reached out at the end of May to see if there was any way we could still book a wedding for them on their dream date, 6/6/19. Which was less than 2 weeks away! But thankfully we were still available and able to plan everything for them! We love that the Maui Beach Elopement this couple had been dreaming of was finally made a reality and that we were able to participate in making it all happen. Kara and Jeremy always knew they wanted a small wedding so eloping was perfect! And we are so glad they trusted us to plan their Maui Beach Elopement. This was also their first trip here so their wedding was extra special!
Growing up 20 minutes from each other in small Mississippi towns, these two had seen each other around town but actually first connected on Facebook! The magic of Social Media, isn’t it great?! We were honored to be included in Lisa and Martin’s intimate Maui Beach Elopement along with just three other guests! Their two kids, and our bride’s dad. All three of them walked Lisa down the aisle where Martin was waiting! And boy was he excited, the look on his face says it all 🙂 .
Even though our couple was staying in Kaanapali they were drawn to the beautiful sunsets and calm breezes of Wailea. So we are thrilled they chose to have their Maui Beach Elopement at Southside! And it definitely did not disappoint. Just check out that amazing sunset during their wedding portraits!
What a perfect ending to an already perfect day! Later in the week our happy couple and their family went to a Luau to continue the festivities. How fun! We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect way to start our day than with a Maui Beach Elopement! And these grooms are couple goals for sure. Ashton and Kent are southern boys raised in rural North Carolina. They attended the same college but didn’t meet until Ashton moved to Kent’s home county to teach. Ashton teaches chorus and drama while Kent teaches english at the local high schools. They both love music, plays and drama and their English Bulldog, Shoal. And even though he couldn’t be at their ceremony in person our sister company photoshopped a photo of Shoal onto the beach as an added bonus! How cool is that?!
Whenever they go to weddings they judge the desserts so they had to have cake at their Maui Beach Elopement even though it was just the two of them! When we got to Po’olenalena Beach we thought it might rain but the sun quickly came out and we never saw even a drop of rain. Watching as they exchanged personal vows to each other was the sweetest thing! The love they share is truly inspiring. After having both just finishing Law School Cassity and Donny were so excited to have a little getaway and Maui Beach Elopement! And even though they chose to keep their wedding intimate without any guests, these two were joined by the bun in Cassity’s oven. Isn’t she the cutest preggo bride you’ve ever seen!? We love that she chose to still wear a form-fitting wedding dress to show off her adorable bump. You’d never guess this is her 6th pregnancy! She’s seriously a babe!
It’s obvious Donny thinks so too, the way he looked at her during their Maui Beach Elopement gave us chills! We especially love that these two were able to just have fun together and keep things simple for their special day. Which is exactly how we think it should be!
