Our Couple’s Story

Nicolette and Steven’s story began years ago when they filmed in a fitness series together. At the time, they were both in relationships. However, fate had other plans for them because they ran into each other again! Six years after they first met, they saw one another at the gym where Nicolette was teaching Yoga. The timing couldn’t have been better since they were both single now!

Currently, Steven is a Civil Engineer, and Nicolette is a full-time San Diego Realtor. Steven has an eleven-year-old son, while Nicolette has a fourteen-year-old daughter. Although their kids didn’t accompany them to Hawaii, our charming couple plans to celebrate as a family in April! Lastly, our glowing newlyweds decided to have a Maui venue wedding because they adore this island. In 2019, when Nicolette and Steven visited, they fell in love with the natural beauty and one another all over again!

Our Couple’s Story

Stephanie and Andy first met while pursuing their MBAs at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Since our charming couple is unconventional, they didn’t get engaged. Instead, they mutually decided it was the perfect time to get married! 

Currently, Stephanie is a client success manager at CoreLogic, a data company. Andy then works for Chipotle as a corporate finance manager. Our adventurous duo loves to spend time outdoors, whether it’s biking, road cycling, or paddle boarding. After learning this, a Hawaii wedding ceremony couldn’t have been more fitting for them! Desirae and David had their first date on New Year’s Eve! Now, annually, they go somewhere new to celebrate their first date and David’s birthday. However, we’re glad one of their adventures was for their Maui destination wedding!

Our charming couple got engaged during a weekend getaway at Morro Bay in Southern California. To ring in the next year, they decided to have a game-night and watch celebratory shows on TV. Our Couple’s Story

Hope and Kyle’s story began in 2009 when they met on the first day of high school. They were sitting next to each other during their second-period science class and immediately became friends! Although they didn’t start dating until a school trip to Europe in 2012. After graduating, they attended undergraduate university together. Momentarily, they were a long-distance relationship — because Kyle went to Medical School and Hope attended Pharmacy School. Last year, our charming couple completed their education! When it was time for the lei exchange, he effortlessly incorporated our charming couple’s children into the tradition. Truthfully, it was heartwarming to see our gorgeous duo make their ceremony unique to them!

After Dylan and Elizabeth became husband and wife, Karma Hill Photography took some portraits! Five Palms Maui was the perfect location for this wedding, so we knew these photos would be breathtaking. The lush lawn has the most exquisite sweeping ocean views. Then on the picturesque beach, you’ll find azure waves and dramatic lava rocks! Most importantly, these landscapes created an enchanting ambiance for both the event and the pictures.

When the sun was setting on the horizon, we decided to cut the cake. The pastel rainbow painting the sky made this tradition feel romantic and intimate! Not to mention, you could tell our delightful couple was savoring this moment with one another. They have a radiant newlywed glow, and they’re sharing their blissful smiles with the camera!

When Hanna and Shane got engaged, they knew they wanted their special day to be an intimate celebration. In February 2020, this charming couple visited Oahu and fell in love with Hawaii! After discussing it more, they decided to have a Maui destination wedding. This ceremony was peaceful and romantic, so continue reading to experience it yourself.

Our beautiful couple described their wedding as relaxed, simple, and fun. Ironwoods Beach was the location, and there were countless breathtaking scenes decorating the background. Shane stood at the front of the seaside, then Hanna walked down the shore with her father by her side. As she made her entrance, you could hear Jacob from Manutea Nui E playing his ukulele. Above all, the moment our bride and groom saw one another was so magical! Our stunning couple’s blissful glow paired with the soothing tunes and picturesque location created a romantic ambiance!

The Scenic Maui Destination Wedding

This West Maui spot didn’t fail to create an enchanting backdrop for this occasion! Since we set up for this ceremony right by the water, the foamy sapphire waves enhanced the tranquil atmosphere. Then, once this passionate pair became husband and wife, Karma Hill Photography captured some couple’s portraits of them. They took advantage of every exquisite landscape Ironwoods had to offer! The long ivory shore and dramatic lava rocks are a few of our favorite backgrounds.

Our Couple’s Story

Hanna and Shane’s story began when they met during middle school. Shane attended one of Hanna’s basketball games, and they’ve been together ever since. Currently, Hanna is a Registered Nurse, while Shane works as an Orthodontic Assistant. In their free time, you can find them camping, traveling, listening to vinyls, or drinking fancy bears!

This getaway was our adventurous duo’s second time in Hawaii. Although they love everything about Oahu, they didn’t want to get married there. Hanna and Shane decided they wanted a different vibe for their special day! Most importantly, we adore how they made their first time on a new island remarkable with their destination wedding in Maui!
