We are excited to share beautiful moments from Elizabeth and Juan’s big day! It was an elegant and dreamy affair with friends and family gathered to celebrate their nuptials. Liz’s father always dreamt of walking his daughter down Hawaii’s beaches one day…and our wedding coordinators made that come true! (A grassy aisle in Hawaii is close enough!) Our happy pair met online and took their first trip as a couple together to Maui. “And it’s only gotten better since,” the happy pair exclaimed before their Maui venue wedding! Liz made a stunning entrance in her untraditional yet traditional white A-line gown at Gather in Kihei. Her father proudly walked her down the grassy aisle to meet her soon-to-be husband, waiting for her at the blooming floral bamboo arch. Both look exceptional, standing next to each other in their creamy attire! It was simple, sweet, elegant, and oh-so-romantic! Juan is from Peru, and while they hoped to have some celebrations there, they opted for both a Maui venue wedding and reception for all to attend. It turned out to be a glorious day!

Joyous Moment

With their hearts bursting with love and joy, our newlyweds made their way down to Southside Beach for a few moments alone to soak in the sunshine and bask in the moment. Liz changed from her heels and opted for a fun, flirty ankle wrap! So fun! The sunset casts a magical glow over the happy pair in these oceanside portraits that truly transports you to another time and place! They look so relaxed and carefree in these newlywed portraits…as if the rest of the world melted away and the only thing that matters was the moment…

Liz is originally from Wisconsin and works as a physical therapist. Similarly, after finishing medical school in Peru, Juan came to the US to continue his training and works as a pulmonary/critical care specialist. And fate had a hand in their meeting when he moved to Wisconsin to finish his training!

We were delighted to coordinate Sara and Kenny’s Maui venue wedding under the sunshine and palm trees. It wasn’t just an ordinary celebration but full of love, cultural significance, and meaning. Our sweet couple, who are both busy lawyers in Los Angeles, still make the time to cherish each other and have fun! So when they recently vacationed in Maui, they knew this would be the PERFECT place to tie the knot! They fell in love with the island’s relaxed and tropical vibe and were so excited to share it with their friends and family on their special day…

Sara made a beautiful entrance to her Maui venue wedding ceremony, where her soon-to-be husband Kenny waited at their stunning altar! Our lovely pair went for a traditional but nontraditional feel of a Persian wedding with the sofreh aghd on the grassy lawn at Gather. It was wonderful to see how they incorporated cultural elements and touches of tropical beauty into the golden circle arch and pineapples along the aisle. All these little details make their celebration feel that much more personal…

These two look head over heels in love! All the bounty and blessings of their sofreh aghd made their Maui venue wedding feel even more special. It all felt like a dream…They couldn’t stop gushing over each other! Their chemistry was palpable in every look and glance. With many kisses and hugs from their family, our newlyweds made their way down to Southside Beach to capture some romantic portraits by the waves….

These beach portraits are everything! Sara looks impeccable with her frothy off-the-shoulder gown…a true goddess! Kenny opted for a smart classic navy suit reflecting deep ocean blue. They were so at ease in each other’s embrace, laughing and giggling only as newlyweds can! They were beaming ear to ear as the sun slowly lowered below the horizon. These photographs will forever freeze this moment for our happy new Mr. & Mrs. to look fondly back on!

Their inimate celebration was held at Gather, one of our favorite venues for a Maui wedding. The view, the privacy, and the grassy lawn make it such a beautiful location to tie the knot! And as you can see, Carly and Jordan opted for a stunning driftwood arch with tropical florals to serve as the altar under the swaying palm trees. Their Maui destination wedding had all the elements they were looking for – simplicity, elegance, rustic, with unique details.

Their intimate ceremony was full of emotion as they said their vows in front of those who mattered most to them. The way they look at each other says it all!

Cherishing This Moment

Carly was a vision in a frothy gown! The combination of pink and green flowers is so fresh! They both look so happy in these newlywed portraits! Jordan was smiling ear to ear and opted for a sharp beige three-piece suit. Both are still in college and have spent half of their relationship in the pandemic, so this marks a new chapter of their romance and the beginning of many new adventures together!

After soaking up the dreamy moment, they were ready to dance the night away with their friends and family! It was a truly magical evening they will never forget!

It was another gorgeous day for our happy couple, Melissa and John’s Maui venue wedding! These two were drawn to the natural splendor and magic of the island…the fragrant flowers, the turquoise waters, the sunshine… what’s not to love? They thought it would be a wonderful vacation for their friends and family too…

Melissa, a Real Estate Lawyer, and John, an electrician, may come from different professional backgrounds, but one thing they definitely have in common is their love for adventure and friendly competition. With a shared passion for kickboxing, scuba diving (John’s thing), hiking, playing cards, fishing, and even running errands (yes, you read that right!), this dynamic duo knows how to make every moment count.

On their special day in Maui, surrounded by their nearest and dearest, Melissa and John chose Gather – a stunning venue overlooking the picturesque South Shores. The anticipation was palpable as John awaited Melissa’s entrance. And when he finally turned around, his reaction was nothing short of priceless! Love filled the air as these two souls reaffirmed their commitment to each other…

Gather in Kihei provided the perfect backdrop for their celebration, with swaying palm trees, privacy, warm sunshine, and a relaxed vibe that instantly put everyone at ease. Melissa looked absolutely radiant in her exquisite lace gown, capturing everyone’s attention as she walked down the aisle. The knowing looks of love and devotion they shared say it all! And just like that, they are husband and wife!

Golden Glow

After their relaxed Maui venue wedding ceremony, the newlyweds and our photographer ventured down to the enchanting Southside Beach. And what a sunset it turned out to be for our happy pair! With the tropical waters glistening in the background, they captured the first moments of their married life together. The dreamy sunset portraits perfectly encapsulated the romance and love that filled the air, creating timeless memories they will cherish forever!

As the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the ocean, Melissa and John couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude. Our new Mr. & Mrs. savored the moment and each other. “It has been my dream to have a Hawaii wedding since I was little. After visiting Hawaii a few months back, I have never been more sure about the whole thing,” our lovely bride, Joy, told our wedding coordinators before their Maui venue wedding. Ryan, a certified flight instructor at a renowned aeronautical school, has an adventurous side too so he was totally on-board with the whole idea! 😉 It was an honor to bring their vision to life; we know how much this day meant to them. Joy and Ryan opted for an inimate celebration at Gather, formly named Gannons, in Kihei. All their friends and family gathered in attendance to celebrate the happy pair. This gorgeous view on the grassy knoll was a picturesque backdrop for their sweet vow exchange. There were many laughs, tears, hugs, and kisses of, course, namely between the happy newlyweds, Joy and Ryan! We could feel the emotion and the tenderness these two shared the moment Ryan turned around to catch his first glimpse of Joy…

A Dream Come True

With many cheers and congratulations echoing for our happy pair, we went down to Southside Beach, for some newlywed portraits! These two are the best of friends…they actually met in high school when Joy was the lead role in a play and Ryan was a lead tech behind the scenes. Something clicked when they met and both felt drawn to learn more about each other…

Let’s just say these newlywed portraits from their Maui venue wedding is the start of their next chapter together as husband and wife, far beyond the theatre where they met all those years ago. And how happy do they look in these photographs!? Joy looks so radiant in her flowy, lace gown…and Ryan is very sharp and dapper in his linen suit! Hayden looked equally handsome in his suit, and together they make a beautiful couple. They were both beaming with happiness, and we couldn’t help but smile ourselves!

We had so much fun walking around the lush grounds with Olivia and Hayden after the ceremony for their newlywed portraits. They looked so happy and in love, creating truly beautiful moments that we were able to capture to remember forever….

Believe it or not, these two love birds have known each other since middle school and remained close friends until they started dating in undergrad! They got engaged in Kauai and come to Hawaii every year, but this is their first time in Maui. And to say it was a memorable first impression would be an understatement! She Walks In Beauty

Their special day took place on the stunning grass lawn at Gannon’s overlooking the ocean with a breathtaking flower semi-circle as the altar. Nothing says romance like gorgeous flowers! The sun was shining down, making for a bright and happy atmosphere. Hannah looked incredible in her off-the-shoulder gown paired with her custom-made bouquet, while Kyle looked dapper in his blue suit. Both look summery and fresh and, most importantly, so in love. All these years of knowing each other had finally come to this moment!

Everyone was so happy to celebrate these two; it was so thoughtful each guest had an orchid lei too! Truly a Hawaiian hospitable touch that extends a welcome with love!

There were lots of hugs and kisses after their lovely ceremony to celebrate these two! Afterward, we whisked our newlyweds away and headed to Southside Beach to capture some romantic moments between the new Mr. & Mrs. Alegado! There is something so romantic about walking on the beach as a newly married couple. You can feel their joy and happiness in these moments! Hawaii will forever hold a special place in their hearts!

Lisa and David’s Maui venue wedding was a stunning celebration of love that left us absolutely breathless! Surrounded by close friends and family, the love that filled the air was palpable. Everyone was so happy to be there to celebrate this amazing couple!

The romance was in the air from the start, and we could feel it with every click of our camera. The light was ethereal, making everything look like it was straight out of a fairytale. When Lisa and David exchanged their vows under that bloom-covered arch studded with pink blooms, we couldn’t help but feel like we were witness to something truly magical…

Love With A View

Lisa and David share a passion for the outdoors which has brought them closer together. They have spent countless hours exploring new trails, riding their dirtbikes through the mountains, and traveling to drag races around the country…you can tell they are the best of friends!

When it came time to choose a venue for their big day, they knew that they wanted something that reflected their love for nature and somewhere beautiful. Lisa’s father and grandmother are originally born and raised in Hawaii, so this felt incredibly special to the couple… Gannon’s provided the perfect combination of stunning views and an elegant atmosphere, and privacy, making it the ideal location for their Maui venue wedding!

Into The Sunset

Before celebrating, we snuck down to Southside Beach to capture some of the most stunning images of their Maui venue wedding! We’ve seen a lot of bouquets in our days, but Lisa’s was exceptionally beautiful! It was so fresh and springy with the pink peonies. But not quite as gorgeous as how our lovely bride looks in her tulle gown…the soft light added to the romance of the moment too! This kind of light is perfect for portraits because it flatters everyone and adds a romantic, almost ethereal quality to their photos, don’t you think? The soft backlight at created a beautiful halo effect around them, making them look like they were glowing with happiness and love!

The happy newlyweds were completely lost in the moment, wrapped up in each other’s arms and enjoying the beautiful scenery around them. Everything else seemed to melt away…

Maui was showing off (again!) for our lovely pair! The soft backlight creates a warm and dreamy effect that adds to the romance of the photos. It makes everything look and feel more intimate and personal, like you’re peeking into a moment of pure love and joy between Lisa and David…

We love a gorgeous Gannon’s Wedding! So when April & Connor reached out to book our Maui Wedding Venue package there, we were so excited!

These two know how to create a meaningful and joyful celebration. They brought along their immediate family, their all-star style, and their romantic energy. And it all came together in the most beautiful way!

Today we’re sharing some highlights from their Gannon’s Maui Wedding and talking all about this incredible couple! Keep scrolling to see the amazing wedding inspiration!

Dreamy Greens and Sweet Pastels

One of our favorite things about any Gannon’s Wedding is the stunning backdrop. You get the rich greens of the Wailea hillside and the glistening ocean in the distance. April & Connor decided to accent this natural beauty by adding a circle arch with lush tropical greenery. It created the perfect frame for their swift and heartfelt ceremony.

April also chose our Pastel Rustic Hawaiian bouquet. This one-of-a-kind creation features in-season florals that are grown here on Maui.

Then, as the sun began setting, it was like the sky drew colors straight from her bouquet. The horizon lit up with dreamy pastels straight out of a storybook. It was the perfect ending for a perfect wedding, though the newlyweds still had lots of celebrating to do!

After their Gannon’s Wedding ceremony and beach portraits, they met their family at the Grand Wailea for a delicious dinner. And then it was time to honeymoon! These two had such a fun vacation ahead of them!

Though we only spent a few hours with April & Connor, we felt honored to meet them. They’re an incredible couple who aim to share joy any chance they get. This radiated throughout their Maui Destination Wedding, and it shines in each of their photos.

Gannon’s Restaurant is on a hillside that overlooks the ocean and Wailea shoreline. You could have a complete couple’s photoshoot on the grounds of the venue, since there are so many great backdrops to enjoy.

But if you have enough photo time booked, you can also visit the nearby beach for even more portraits. April & Connor were sure to plan on great beach portraits after their Gannon’s Wedding. This gives them a full photo gallery with a strong sense of place. You can really see that they’re on Maui.

Erika and Joshua’s Maui venue wedding was pure tropical elegance! They’ve always dreamed of having a tropical wedding and were allll about a nice vacation to boot! After considering various US locations to tie the knot, they finally chose Maui because of its beauty and easy-going lifestyle…

Their wedding day was filled with love and joy, surrounded by close friends and family who were ecstatic to witness these two tying the knot. And it felt like a vacation for everyone who attended! Their big day began with a “First Look” with Erika’s dad and then her husband-to-be, Joshua. The look on both of their faces is priceless! It was a touching and sweet moment that warmed our hearts!

Their Maui venue wedding at Gannon’s in Kihei had the most magnificent view! The stunning geometric golden arch served as the altar, adorned with all-white flowers, which was a romantic backdrop for the couple’s vows. Erika and Joshua love the outdoors and nature, so naturally, they felt right a home with the lush greenery and foliage… albeit a tropical version compared to the deep forests of Oregon!

We couldn’t help but smile right alongside everyone in attendance! After exchanging their loving vows and several hugs and cheers from guests, our newlyweds snuck away to Southside Beach for some stunning sunset portraits…

The sunset looks like a painting in the sky in these photographs! The light from the setting perfectly reflects the warmth and intimacy of their love. The happy newlyweds are so wrapped up in the moment, lost in love with each other. Their friends and family were so excited to see these high school sweethearts finally married! These two can tackle anything with each other by their side. “We wanted it to be unforgettable, and there’s no better way to do so than in Maui,” said our sweet couple, Kristin and Riley, before their wedding day! Gathered with their close family and friends, their Maui venue wedding was an intimate and beautiful affair overlooking the island’s southern shores. Our happy couple loves the island’s lifestyle and all of its activities in nature, so it felt like the perfect fit for their vows, and their guests could make the most of it too! Love Under The Sun

Their beautiful day began under a stunning tropical greenery circle arch at Gannon’s in Kihei. The talented team at Dellables did a fantastic job, don’t you think? The sun shone down during their heartfelt vows as if symbolizing the warmth and love of their words. And look on Riley’s face when he saw Kristin walk down the aisle in her exquisite lace gown was priceless!

If you can’t tell already, we love this venue because of the panoramic view of the ocean from the grassy lawn. The spectacular view and the intimacy of the tropical setting make this spot one of our favorites. You can feel the tropical ambiance through their stunning ceremony photos… Even though their Maui venue wedding was a destination location, everyone was so happy to be there to celebrate our happy couple!

A Day To Celebrate

Everyone was ready to celebrate the happy newlyweds! Even though it was an intimate Maui venue wedding, the energy was no less full of excitement and lively! Kristin and Riley were surrounded by love and well wishes throughout the day… But before they went off to celebrate at their reception, we captured a few portraits by the water’s edge at nearby Southside Beach. And since these two love fishing and anything outdoorsy, the natural beauty of the ocean was the perfect romantic setting for some newlywed portraits!

The way they look at each other in these photos says it all! These tender moments will surely be treasured as they embark on their next greatest adventure together. It doesn’t get any more romantic than colorful sunset to end their Maui venue wedding too!
