We loved helping plan this couple’s wedding at 5 Palms and can’t get over how amazing they look in these Maui Wedding Portraits! Danielle and John brought their own photographer from Orange County for their wedding photography. But since all of our packages include photography they decided to do an extra couples shoot with our sister company, the day after their wedding!
Photography Options – Bringing your Own Photographer
This is a great option since photography can’t be removed from a Simple Maui Wedding Package. We understand some clients might already have someone in mind for their wedding photography, but why not take more photos!? You can never have enough shots of you and your new spouse, especially in your amazing wedding attire!
Dreams Coming True
Our bride said she’s always dreamed of having photos in a pretty dress with pretty flowers on the beach in Hawaii at Sunset. So taking these Maui Wedding Portraits was perfect, and she lucked out with the most GORGEOUS lighting! Danielle grew up coming to Maui every year as a kid, so it is a very special place for her. And now she can’t wait to come back when they have kids and have portraits this very same beach, so sweet!
Danielle and John, we cannot thank you enough for sharing not just one but two beautiful evenings with us. We loved getting to know you both and wish you all the best on the journey ahead! Congratulations and Warm Aloha!

We loved helping Marissa and Travis plan their Steeple House Maui Wedding, especially since they got engaged while visiting Maui last year! And we absolutely love how Travis proposed. He decided to be adventurous and pop the question while repelling at a waterfall in Hana. Sounds amazing right?! But just as he was about to pull out the ring, he dropped it! He somehow managed to find it (without her noticed) and proposed away! What a great story!
The Steeple House
Besides having an epic love story, these two also had an absolutely epic wedding day! They wisely chose to get married at The Steeple House, which is one of our favorite venues for so many reasons. The first being that it has a beautiful bridal suite perfect for getting ready just prior to the ceremony! We love this because we know the last thing a bride wants is for her wedding dress to get wrinkled in a car ride. Plus it’s always nice to put on a few finishing touches before seeing the groom :).
Another reason we love this venue is the outdoor setting is out of this world! With majestic views from all sides, it really is an incredible place to say, “I do”. It’s also conveniently located right by one of the best beaches for wedding portraits! And we love that these newlyweds were able to head down for a few photos before heading on their merry way.

We love that this bride and groom chose to get married at a Maui Destination Wedding. And are so glad we got to be part of it! With Stephanie’s family mostly in China and Jonathan’s family from the East coast, they figured Maui was the halfway point between the two locations. Making it the perfect place to have their ceremony! And as you can see their wedding really was perfect 🙂 .
With just the right amount of cloud coverage, the lighting couldn’t have been more amazing. They even had the most incredible sunset down at the beach during their wedding portraits! After taking photos with our sister company, these newlyweds returned to Gannon’s to have their reception at the Upper Pond. Talk about convenient! We love how this couple’s special day came together and wish them all the best on the journey ahead!

Emilie and Buck visited our office last year to start planning their Maui Destination Wedding, so we were eager for August 3, 2019 to arrive! From the moment we first met them we fell in love with their sweet personalities and relationship. They really are the most fantastic couple and we are so glad we got to be part of their special day!
Their love was so heartwarming that everyone felt it. They were extremely comfortable and even danced together during the ceremony! We also caught them mouthing little “I love yous” all throughout, which was so cute.
Commemorating the Father of the Bride
To make things even sweeter, Buck, his best man, and Emilie’s brother each wore one of her late dad’s watches. The mention on her dad made her tear during the ceremony and although he couldn’t be there in person, he was also commemorated through framed pictures which were so touching!
They truly had a beautiful Maui Destination Wedding, with the perfect bubble exit and loved ones all around to celebrate with them. After meeting on Tinder and starting a family together, this couple was so excited for their Maui Destination Wedding! And they chose a beautiful location for it. Mariela and Jason decided to get married at Po’olenalena Beach because of the forest there. Which was not only amazing in real life but also looked incredible in their wedding photos!
Mariela and Jason’s Maui Destination Wedding took place the same day Hurricane Erick rained on Maui. So while it started out drizzling, it quickly turned into a beautifully soft-lit morning! One of our favorite parts of this wedding was how our bride and groom included their beautiful daughter in the festivities. She looked so cute being held by Mariela during the ceremony and even had a little flower crown to match her mama! How sweet is that?!

After meeting on Tinder 1.5 years ago, this bride and groom were so excited to celebrate with loved ones at their Maui Destination Wedding! And what better place to say, “I do” than in a paradise setting like this? With the ocean and palm trees them, this location made their ceremony picture perfect in every way.
To make things even better, this couple also looked stellar in their wedding attire! In a Tara Lauren wedding dress, Kimberly’s bridal glow was in full force 🙂 . And we love that TJ wore sleek navy slacks paired with a navy vest, perfect for a summer Maui Destination Wedding. We especially love these portraits of these newlyweds with their epic getaway car! Being part of this Maui Beach Elopement was so much fun! Especially since it gave us the opportunity to get to know the story of how Suzanne and Martin met. While these two were brought together by high school, it wasn’t while they were students. Marty was Suzanne’s daughter’s music teacher and they started dating her senior year. They have now been together for 6 years and their wedding was totally under wraps!
This bride and groom decided to have a Maui Beach Elopement since they were already planning on coming for Suzanne’s 50th birthday! When it comes to planning and organizing, that’s Suzanne’s specialty, so she knows it’s all about the fine details to make their wedding a special moment to remember. (That’s where we come in!) We loved that we took the planning role off of Suzanne’s hands for a while (to celebrate some cake and bubbly most likely) and prepare a beautiful elopement for just the two of them. All the while, their family was surprised with the wonderful news when they returned home. How perfect is that?! After meeting online and dating for 3 years, Jessica and Nicholas were excited to celebrate their love with a Maui Destination Wedding. And it was definitely a celebration to remember! So we love that they chose to invite their closest loved ones to join them!

After being together for almost three years, Ashley and Brian were so excited to get married at a Maui Destination Wedding! Which was only fitting since they got engaged on Oahu last time they were in Hawaii and planned their honeymoon to Kauai. What a fun way to start off a marriage! Plus how cool is this awesome Just Maui’d sign they had? It’ll be the perfect souvenir from their special day and we especially love that our bride made it herself! Isn’t that amazing?!
Working with this couple to help make the Maui Destination Wedding of their dreams a reality was so much fun. And one of our favorite parts was getting to know the story of how they got together! These two met at the brewery where Brian worked. He bought her a beer when she came in for a tasting. So then when she started working there they hit it off right away! And we are so glad they did! They are a perfect fit and we are so excited for them to experience all the adventures of life as husband and wife 🙂 . These two could not have been more excited to be getting married at their Maui Venue Wedding! And we were so excited to be part of it. Justin couldn’t stop smiling as his bride made her way down the aisle and we just adore this couple together!
Their sweet story makes them even more amazing. Lauren and Justin are high school sweethearts! And when we asked if they remembered how he first asked her out, they both giggled in response. With only their two children as guests at their Maui Beach Elopement, Sarah and Nathan had a truly intimate evening for their wedding ceremony. Since they kept their plans to get married a secret from their families they had an intimate evening with just the four of them at Maluaka Beach. Joined by the funnest wedding vendors, this was a truly memorable occasion for them all!
We especially love how this couple was able to include 4 year old Roger and 3 year old Sissy in the festivities! Aren’t they darling? We cannot get over how sweet they were dancing alongside their parents. Plus these photos of them eating wedding cake are too cute for words! Having hopped over from Lanai where they live, these two were so excited to celebrate with family at their Maui Beach Wedding. And we couldn’t have asked for a better day for it. Our groom is actually from Maui and has a huge family still living on island so having their wedding here was an easy decision!
Analie and Michael have been together 9 years and have two beautiful daughters, who they were able to include in the ceremony. Aren’t they darling?! We love the life they have built together and love the story of how they met. Analie had called the cops for a property damage complaint and Michale was the cop that came and they just hit it off! What an unexpected way to meet the love of your life, but it’s obvious these two are meant to be together and we are so glad we could be part of their Maui Beach Wedding.
