Melony and Seth were engaged for two years before getting married because they wanted their family to attend their Maui Destination Wedding. They really wanted to share their special day with loved ones, so they felt like it was the right thing to do to wait for everyone to save up and plan accordingly for their big day. And they’re so glad they did! They loved having all their close family members here!
Beach Wedding Details
Our couple also arranged for beautiful lanterns lanterns and a sign to be set up on the beach. These added details were such a subtle touch, but made all the difference! Plus it was an extra pretty day at DT Fleming. The bar by the beach was open so the guests all had a drink together before it was time to come down to the ceremony spot.
Their Maui Destination Wedding could not have been more perfect! And the cutest thing happened while our bride was waiting to walk down the aisle. A little boy leaving the beach came up to Melony like she was a Disney princess and was mesmerized by her! He couldn’t stop staring and following her around haha! It’s little details and moments like this that make a wedding day memorable and we loved being part of making this day a reality.
After saying, “I do” and taking wedding portraits our newlyweds were ready to party with an elegant and intimate reception at Merriman’s. From beginning to end this Maui Destination Wedding was literally a dream come true! Why Tiffany & Danny Decided on a Maui Elopement
Tiffany & Danny always knew they wanted to honeymoon in Maui. Their original plan was to have a courthouse wedding in San Fransisco followed by a lunch with family.
As they began to plan their honeymoon they came across Simple Maui Wedding and realized that they could have a Maui elopement for less than their courthouse wedding at home. We love to hear that we are a budget-friendly option for young couples ready to start their life together!
Tiffany & Danny are such a sweet couple with a bright future ahead of them! We send them lots of love as they return home to California (and their two cute dogs!). We hope you get to come to Maui again soon!!

After meeting through friends and being together for almost three years, this couple was more than ready to say, “I do”. Jessica and Devin were so sweet at their Hawaii Beach Wedding. After years together, they were so excited to finally tie the knot on Maui! With how much these two enjoy going on walks at the beach back home in Washington, how could they not say “I do” with their feet in the sand!? Plus they actually getting engaged on the beach in Santa Barbara, where they met. And we love that Southside Beach is now also a special place for them!
Beach Wedding Decor
They loved the rocks at this location and even added a beautiful floral semi flower circle to add to the already romantic setting. Jessica loved that it was a simple yet elegant touch for a Hawaii Beach Wedding! The guests couldn’t believe it was made of real flowers! I mean just check out how amazing it looks, it even matched her bouquet perfectly!
Intimate Ceremony
Jessica and Devin kept their wedding intimate with just family and friends there to celebrate with them! They were all so sweet and tearing as our bride and groom exchanged vows. We also noticed that during the ceremony not one of them had their phones out to record or take photos or anything! This was so refreshing to see, and we love that they were all present and in the moment the whole ceremony! Of course the selfies and sunset behind the scenes photos came afterwards, which are always fun 🙂 .
Beautiful Weather & Lighting
Devin knew it was going to be a warm afternoon, so he said he prayed for cloud cover and to his surprise there was a massive cloud shading the rest of the evening. With the gentle breeze present everyone was comfortable. In fact, the night of their Hawaii Beach Wedding the West Maui Mountains had a brush fire creating hues of red in the sky! It was actually really pretty and added some pastel colors during the afternoon hours. Usually we’d have to wait for the golden hour for that beautiful background lighting! So it was definitely a silver lining from the fire and Jessica was super happy!
Beach Wedding Attire
That’s not the only thing that caught our attention though, we also can’t get over how perfect this couple looked in their wedding attire! When we asked Jessica about her beautiful dress she said it actually wasn’t the initial dress she was going to wear. The first dress she said “yes” to was super simple. But one day she went shopping with her mom and as soon as she tried on this dress, she fell in love with it! She said it made her feel like Anne Hathaway in the Princess Diaries. #BrideGoals

This bride and groom’s Maui Destination Wedding was made truly memorable by the inclusion of our groom’s daughter Victoria! Karli shares a really sweet connection with her and even gifted her a necklace during the getting ready time at the hotel. What a special moment before the ceremony!
Their Story
Karli and Jason were set up on a date in 2010 and dated for a short time, and then reconnected 2 years ago and have been together ever since! She actually reached out to him to have lunch, and we are so glad she did 🙂 . Karli told us that she always hoped they would end up together, and that if you were to ask Jason he would say he always KNEW they would end up together! How cute is that?!
These two really are meant to be! And we are so glad we could be part of their Maui Destination Wedding. So thank you, Karli and Jason, for letting us celebrate with you on such a special occasion! Congratulations and Warm Aloha!

Growing up Rhea’s family came to Hawaii every year, and this couple chose to have a Venue Wedding in Maui because it is her favorite island! During the planning process, Rhea and Shane described their wedding as “simple, fun with good music, family and friends.” We love that they wanted to create an evening that would not only be beautiful but would also be enjoyable for them and their wedding guests. It was all about having a good time! And we’re confident this is an evening none of them will ever forget!
Our bride and groom met in middle school and were actually high school sweethearts! And our personal favorite part of the evening was getting to hear their vows. They both mentioned they’ve been through so much together throughout the years and they’ve always stood by each other’s side!
Wedding Vows
Shane went first to recite his vows and had several pages worth of vows written in a yellow-cover notebook. One thing he said that made everyone cry was, “Rhea, you don’t know this, but the day before I asked you out for the first time in middle school, I couldn’t sleep. I was so nervous because not only did I want you to be my girlfriend, but I knew in my heart that I already wanted to marry you.” Cue all the tears!
But don’t worry, there was lots of laughter too! In fact, after the ceremony, our newlyweds were ready to head to the beach for wedding portraits and our sister company told us they all couldn’t stop laughing! They even took boomerangs and slomo videos so they could have something to remember the night before getting their wedding photos. And here they are, and we are absolutely obsessed!

Destiney and Tristan were so sweet at their Four Seasons Maui Wedding. Which makes sense since they are actually high school sweethearts! They started dating their sophomore year, and have now been together for 7 years and engaged for 2. They were so comfortable with each other and cracking jokes throughout their vows and even after the ceremony!
Before the wedding started, the father of the bride said it seems like it was just yesterday she was a baby heading home from the hospital and now his baby is getting married. Destiney’s dad also had a really cute moment with the groom off to the side just before the ceremony. So as you can see, this really was the most special day and we feel so honored to have been part of it!

The Steeple House was the perfect location for Tori and Jon’s Maui Venue Wedding! If you didn’t know already, it’s one of our favorite spots. And for good reason! With classic touches, this wedding venue is sure to create a memorable experience for a couple getting married and for their loved ones attending.
Getting Ready Details
Tori was so excited to get ready in the private bridal suite and then surprise her dad with a first look! She got ready with details such as her grandmother’s handkerchief and coin. Her mother even gifted her a new handkerchief with Tori and Jon’s wedding date!
So with something “old” and something “new” covered our bride was ready to walk down the aisle. But not before having a special moment with her father. It was such a tender experience that everyone in the room almost cried!
Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony was especially cool with a soft breeze and overcast skies. It wasn’t too windy, it was perfect! And as we watched this couple exchange vows we couldn’t help but feel grateful to be part of their Maui Venue Wedding. Tori and Jon went to elementary, junior high and high school together but didn’t start dating until after college. With a long history like theirs, we have no doubt these two will have the most wonderful life together as husband and wife!

This couple was surrounded by family at their Maui Destination Wedding. It’s not always easy to make the trip, but it’s always worth it! Maria and Daniel even had their niece and two adorable twin nephews helped throw petals for our bride’s entrance. And Maria’s sister walked her down the aisle, which was an extra special experience for them both!

Their ceremony was followed by a beautiful first dance to “One Love” by Bob Marley, which we just absolutely loved with the beach backdrop. While planning their Polo Beach Wedding Samantha and Dennis described their special day as “relaxed, care-free and elegant”. And that’s exactly how it turned out! Just see for yourself!
A Stress-Free Location
One of the best parts of this wedding was the location. Our bride and groom were able to keep everything stress-free on their wedding day by getting ready at the Fairmont, where they could then walk down to Polo Beach for their ceremony. Then after taking gorgeous wedding portraits, they headed back up for an amazing reception at Kō. It doesn’t get more convenient! Plus it truly was an elegant experience for all to enjoy 🙂 . Win-win!
Samantha & Dennis’ Story
Our absolute favorite part of this Polo Beach Wedding though was getting to know this sweet couple and hearing the story of how they got engaged! They’ve been together for 3 years and got engaged a year ago at Disney World. Talk about a fairytale story and Samantha was definitely a princess herself! She was graceful and so sweet to everyone. It’s no wonder Dennis fell for her!

Being part of this bride and groom’s Maui Morning Elopement was an absolute blast! We seriously can’t think of a better way to start our day! Alyson and Joshua arrived together, but she waited to change into her dress until getting to Kanaha Beach so they could still have the special moment when he saw her for the first time. And that smile on his face says it all!
These two got engaged on a beach at sunrise in Georgia and knew they wanted to say “I do” with the sand between their toes. And we are so glad they chose to have a Maui Morning Elopement! Plus we couldn’t have asked for a better day, it was seriously amazing. Just see for yourself!
After taking beautiful portraits with our sister company, these newlyweds enjoyed a relaxing day with lunch at Mama’s and then back to the beach for some snorkeling and fun in the sun.
