Elena & Michael met while working for the postal service, and it didn’t take long for love to find itself on their doorstep! This awesome couple wanted an authentic Aloha experience for their Hawaii beach wedding… so we booked a talented hula dancer and ukulele player from our friends over at Manutea Nui E! To celebrate their 25th anniversary, Mari-June & Roy flew in from Cali for their unforgettable Hawaii beach vow renewal! And of course, they brought their kids with them… including their furbaby, Max! This little ball of adorableness has traveled all across the country with his humans–and having visited Oahu once before, he was no stranger to the sandy shore!

Our couple met in high school and were married six years later. They love to travel, watch sports, and have little lunch dates together. It’s clear that these two have an inseparable bond and they’re still as head-over-heels in love as they were on that first day of high school…

Max was such a good boy! Although he was used to the sand, he was still a little unfamiliar with the Maui waves. Yet he stayed cool as a cucumber. Check out those sweet brown eyes!

Just as Mari-June & Roy once again declared their commitment and love for one another, the sky began to glow in a subtle coral, perfectly matching our couple’s special day palette. Talk about a good luck sign!

After the toast, Mari-June & Roy made a heartwarming declaration to their daughters. They wanted them to know that they’ll always be there with open arms and unconditional love… it was so touching!

Mari-June is on-point in a clean and classic gown with draped shoulder accents and a gorgeous woven side-braid! And Max is sporting a pinstripe suit and a smile to drool over!

This Maui wedding on the beach was the Goldilocks of Hawaiʻi ceremonies: not too hot, not too bright, but just right! The temperament of the weather perfectly suited our beautiful bride and groom, steady and easygoing.

Stephanie & Austen have been together for 8 years, and over the span of six of those cycles around the sun, they’ve been all-in on getting married! So, of course, their guests were thrilled that the Big Day had finally arrived–the celebration was flooded with plenty of cheers and heartfelt congratulations… even a few laughs of “Finally.” Sometimes when a couple belongs together, their friends and family just know! And watching Stephanie & Austen say “I do,” it was pretty clear even to us that they were a match made in Heaven… Or maybe on the shores of Maui? Sometimes it’s hard to tell the two apart. Andrea & Stephen’s Destination Wedding in Maui is going to be a huge surprise for all their friends back home in Australia, and imagine their faces when they see these incredibly gorgeous wedding photos! The 5 Palms in Wailea set the stage, and 19 members of their family watched on as Andrea & Stephen said: “I do.” One of those members was the sweet and bouncing baby Zac—the couple’s 9-month-old cherub!

Decked out in a bowtie and vest, Zac was full of things to say during the ceremony! We loved capturing his adorable face as he scrunched it up while babbling on about something very important that only he could understand. Although we’re fairly certain he must have been talking about how stunning Mom looks–just take a look!

Or maybe he was also trying to tell us all about how his parents met… Andrea & Stephen work next door to each other, and Andrea would pop into Stephen’s building daily for a quick coffee. Then one day they bumped into each other and fell head-over-heels in love!

Considering the easygoingness of Mattye & Luke’s Maui beach wedding, it’s little surprise that they hail from a small Arkansas town called Pleasant Plains. These cattle farmers love the breezy and rustic pasture life, so when they found Simple Maui Wedding, they knew our laidback yet elegant approach to beach ceremonies was the perfect fit for them!

Our couple met over seven years ago, and even though Luke was involved with someone else at the time, he knew he was destined to be with Mattye. But it wasn’t until years later when an innocent Facebook comment on a newborn calf kickstarted their journey together. And from then on, they were unstoppable!

Luke proposed to Mattye in her favorite restaurant, The Olive Garden. After the meal he excused himself, and when he returned to the table he was down on one knee, ring in hand.

A friendly server recorded the special moments, capturing all the tears and laughter. And looking over these tender and heartfelt images, it’s easy to envision the lifetime of sincere and honest love that lies ahead for these two…

This Hawaii venue wedding at Gannon’s in Wailea was a celebration to remember! No lad or las could have been happier than Donelle & Steven on this special day. Bright and vivid, the weather showcased the tropics at its finest, warmth punctuated by a sweet ocean breeze. And in addition to the tang of the sea, rolling through the air that morning was the melodic sound of the highlands… because no true Scottman’s wedding would be complete without the unmistakable legato of the bagpipes!

Our couple’s love story began in a modern way–over the internet! And now our Canadian bride and Scottish groom have brought along their closest family and traveled to the middle of the Pacific Ocean to say “I do” on one of the most beautiful islands in the world! We absolutely loved being a part of Jenny and Brandon’s Maui Wedding. The Pacific Northwest couple is just a few months away from welcoming a baby boy to their family and could not be more excited.

A planned work trip to Maui for Brandon turned into the perfect opportunity to tie the knot and they chose the most beautiful evening for it. It was one of the most epic sunsets we have seen in a long time, and we see a lot of sunsets!

About the Couple

After meeting on Instagram via a funny comment on one of Jenny’s videos, they started to talk on DM and never stopped. The connection only deepened after they connected in real life. They share a love of sports and when they aren’t busy with work, watching their favorite team the Seattle Seahawks. Go Hawks!

The Wedding Day

Jenny and Brandon chose a Maui beach wedding ceremony at Po’olenalena beach just before sunset. They had a lovely group of friends and family who traveled to witness and support their wedding and the mood on the beach that day was definitely one of excitement and love.

After a touching ceremony performed by Reverend Kuya they took advantage of the scenery to take photos with loved ones, each other and celebrate that beautiful baby bump!

The overcast day surprised everybody with a stunning sunset and it was the perfect way to send them off to the rest of their life together.

Being part of this couple’s Poolenalena Beach Wedding was such an honor! When we met Grayson at the beach he was nervous and excited. We typically ask our grooms questions about how they would like to stand for the ceremony. Grayson knew they wanted to face each other throughout the whole time because that’s what Jessica wanted. And he was right! Which made him smile when he was talking with Jessica about it after the ceremony ended 🙂 .

A Special Entrance

Their Poolenalena Beach Wedding started with our bride entering with Grayson’s daughter Ava, which was so sweet! Especially since after meeting 5 years ago, these two have been together for most of Ava’s life. And we love that our sister company was able to capture these photos of them all together!

When their photographer asked, “So how does it feel to be married?” Grayson replied, “Relieved.” He then explained he’s normally nervous being the center of attention but with Jessica by his side, he couldn’t stop smiling and laughing the time away with her! It was Chelsea’s idea to get married on Maui at an Ironwoods Beach Elopement, she’s always wanted to visit and David was all for the idea! He’s a “go-with-whatever-chels-says” kind of guy 🙂 . He even said himself, “Hey! Happy wife, happy life. Right?” lol.

First Look With Dad

Before the ceremony started, Chelsea’s dad and our groom took their places prior to our bride arriving. We positioned David in his ceremony spot and just a few steps by the beach entrance, we positioned Chelsea’s dad so he could have a first look moment with his daughter! When Chelsea arrived with her mom, she was so excited and extremely happy when we put the flower crown on! She felt beautiful and went straight into the first look with her dad. They were both emotional and tried to hold back tears because she said if she cried during the first look, then dad would cry, and her makeup would be destroyed.

They collected themselves, linked arms and Reverend Joe Miles blew the conch shell so David knew it was time to turn around and see his bride for the first time. It was a beautiful moment!! And one we know none of them will ever forget. They had a beautiful evening and it even rained for the first time during their stay. So they were happy to know rain is a sign of good luck!

Intimate yet Documented

Chelsea and David loved the idea of having an intimate elopement at Ironwoods Beach and then sharing amazing photos from our sister company and videos from their GoPro at their reception with all their family and friends. And we think this is a great idea because then you get the best of both worlds!
