With just their parents present at their Maui Elopement, Kary and Ben had a truly intimate ceremony at Maluaka Beach. We especially love that they hired Stephan Boker to live streamed their wedding so their family and friends from all over the world could participate from afar! It was so fun to see them wave hello to everyone after the ceremony and thank them for their support.
Cake Cutting Ceremony
The bride and groom also decided to include a traditional cake cutting ceremony at their Maui Elopement, and Kary even mentioned how good it was! Tasty and beautiful, win win 🙂 . Afterwards they braved the morning sunshine with no wind and took some amazing couple portraits with our sister company.
Kary handled the weather gracefully and was excited to get into the AC back at the resort. No matter the summer heat when a couple looks at their wedding photos and remember their special day, it won’t be the heat they remember but the love they exchanged and absolutely beautiful backdrop they were able to have for their special day!

Louisse and Nicholas met earlier this year and are planning a big formal wedding, but before that they wanted an intimate Maui elopement. So we are so glad we were able to help make this beautiful day a reality for them! And we couldn’t have asked for a better morning for their ceremony.

After meeting on Tinder and starting a family together, this couple was so excited for their Maui Destination Wedding! And they chose a beautiful location for it. Mariela and Jason decided to get married at Po’olenalena Beach because of the forest there. Which was not only amazing in real life but also looked incredible in their wedding photos!
Mariela and Jason’s Maui Destination Wedding took place the same day Hurricane Erick rained on Maui. So while it started out drizzling, it quickly turned into a beautifully soft-lit morning! One of our favorite parts of this wedding was how our bride and groom included their beautiful daughter in the festivities. She looked so cute being held by Mariela during the ceremony and even had a little flower crown to match her mama! How sweet is that?!

We love a spontaneous elopement, so when Nadia & Glenn called us with less than a week to plan their Maui Beach Wedding, we were so excited!! Not only did they book an amazing ceremony with us, but also a Maui Trash the Dress session too!
With so many beautiful locations, it’s hard to choose a single spot for a ceremony. That’s why Nadia & Glenn chose three locations! On Thursday they said “I Do” with their toes in the sand at Baldwin Beach in Paia. Then on Sunday they met back up with Karma Hill photography for portraits in Honolua Jungle and Ironwoods Beach in Kapalua. That’s one of our favorite spots for a Maui Trash the Dress!
While they booked their Maui Beach Wedding on whim, their love story is 11 years in the making! They met when they were neighbors in Boston and now they live in California. They’re busy with careers and school, so this vacation was a much-deserved getaway! We loved getting to work with Nadia and Glenn and we wish them all the best as they return home as husband and wife! Congratulations and Warm Aloha!

We were honored to be part of Kimberly and Marlon’s Maui Destination Wedding! These two could not have been sweeter or more in love. And were an absolute blast to work with! One of our favorite parts of helping plan a couple’s wedding day is hearing the story of how they met. What started out as friends for Kimberly and Marlon eventually led them to where they are today! They went to the same high school, graduated with different sweethearts and reconnected after college. With a solid foundation of friendship set, we have no doubt these two will have a long and happy life together!
The moment our bride made her entrance at Gannon’s her groom started tearing up, and she followed suit soon after! They exchanged the sweetest vows, that had everyone tearing up throughout the entire ceremony. No worries tough, there definitely wasn’t any ugly crying 😉 . How could there be when they’re all so gorgeous!? One thing’s for sure, this was a Maui Destination Wedding to remember. Being part of this couple’s Maui Beach Wedding was a pleasure! We loved helping them make this special day every bit as special as their relationship! Engaged in Paris and Maui’d in Hawaii Brittany and Rico were on a mission to start their marriage full of adventure and beautiful memories. Gathered together with both their moms their ceremony was very intimate, full of tears and heartfelt smiles.
Visiting Hawaii from Michigan for the first time made their trip extra special! They were so excited by all of the breathtaking sunsets, especially the one they had at their Maui Beach Wedding. One thing’s for sure, this is a day neither of them or their mothers will ever forget! Maui is sure to hold a special place in their hearts and we hope they’ll be back to visit again soon 🙂 . Being part of Angel and Shane’s Maui Beach Wedding was an absolute pleasure! The connection between these two was so strong and pure it gave us chills. We especially love the way they looked at each other with such sweet and peaceful emotion. It’s obvious they are a perfect match! We have no doubt they will have a long and happy life together 🙂 .
And even though our bride’s mother was so sad she couldn’t attend the ceremony, Angel’s brother stood by to capture every moment on video. Which we thought was so sweet! Having a loved one help out in this way is a great way to document and share the details from a destination wedding. After taking beautiful portraits with our sister company, these newlyweds headed to the Sea House for a delicious celebratory dinner. The perfect ending to an already perfect day! Helping Shannon and Nicholas plan the Maui Venue Wedding of their dreams was an absolute honor! They were both so sweet and a pleasure to work with. Plus we were thrilled when they chose to have their ceremony at one of our favorite wedding venues, the Steeple House. This location can’t be beaten, not only is it gorgeous outside but the set up inside is amazing! Just see for yourself!
Not only are we glad we got to be part of this couple’s wedding day, but we are so glad these two found each other! Even if it was in a roundabout way, because let’s be honest, those are always the best stories anyway 🙂 . Our groom is from Australia and our bride is from Michigan, but they ended up meeting in Florida! Nicholas was there working on a boat, and Shannon was visiting on vacation when their paths crossed. They dated long distance for a few years, prior to Shannon making the leap and moving to Australia! Talk about a love story that has traveled the world!
At the close of their Maui Venue Wedding, our newlyweds were ready to celebrate with a celebratory dinner at The Plantation House Restaurant. Which is conveniently located just across the street from where they said, “I do”. We told you this location had it all! Coming from Floria for their Maui Beach Elopement, Jennifer and Randy felt right at home on the sandy shore for their wedding ceremony. We love that they chose to get married here, especially since Maui is Jennifer’s favorite island! In their free time, they enjoy playing golf, boating and going to concerts. What fun!
We admire the way they are able to share their interests and hobbies. It’s no wonder they instantly hit it off after meeting at a dive bar in Jennifer’s hometown! She was out with friends for a girls night and Randy was out with the boys playing pool. After that night Randy came cruising in his boat to Jennifer’s house every day. Four years later they bought a house together and Five months after they moved in Randy proposed! Bringing them to where they are today, and we feel so lucky we got to witness such a special moment as they celebrated their love and excitement for the future! With this being their first time to the island, Jennifer and Christina’s Maui Destination Wedding couldn’t have been more memorable or special! We love that they chose to celebrate their relationship by saying, “I do” in an intimate setting at the beach. After being together for 10 years, they were more than ready to get married!
And even though it wasn’t love at first sight, we are so glad these two ended up together! They tell people that they met at a coffee shop, but they actually met at work. Jennifer did not want to be friends with Christina because she thought she was a slacker. But then they ran into each other outside of work at the coffee shop and hit it off right away. They now have two dogs, a Shih Tzu and a Chihuahua that are like their babies. Check out how cute they are in the photo our bride’s brought with them to their Maui Destination Wedding. This was such a fun Maui Beach Wedding! From the love between our bride and groom to support from their children, it was a perfect intimate ceremony. Mary and Marc’s special day was made even more memorable with the participation of their 5 kids. They are a “Brady Bunch Family” and were all so excited to finally become official siblings! We cannot get over how much love they all have for each other 🙂 .
Since the entire family stayed at the Fairmont, they were able to walk to Polo Beach for the wedding. Marc and his son came down first to wait while the girls finished getting ready. The youngest daughter, Annabel, was so excited to be flower girl and did a beautiful job of tossing the petals ahead of her mom! It was truly incredible to witness as this crew celebrated together. They were obsessed with selfies (as most families with teenagers are) and were having a blast at the beach. One thing’s for sure, this is a Maui Beach Wedding we won’t ever forget! Krista and Nick had a beautiful ceremony setting for their Maui Elopement on the lava rocks at Ironwoods Beach. I mean just check out that stunning scenery! These two have been together for 10 years after meeting at a restaurant they both worked at in Chicago, and were more than ready to get married.
They were so happy to leave the freezing conditions in Chicago for Hawaii paradise. This was actually Nick’s first time seeing the ocean! How special is that? We are confident he won’t be forgetting these views from their Maui Elopement anytime soon 🙂 . I mean how could you, these epic cliffs and crashing waves sure leave an impression! Our newlyweds spent another week here to honeymoon in the sunshine, talk about a great way to celebrate.
