We love a spontaneous elopement, so when Nadia & Glenn called us with less than a week to plan their Maui Beach Wedding, we were so excited!! Not only did they book an amazing ceremony with us, but also a Maui Trash the Dress session too!
With so many beautiful locations, it’s hard to choose a single spot for a ceremony. That’s why Nadia & Glenn chose three locations! On Thursday they said “I Do” with their toes in the sand at Baldwin Beach in Paia. Then on Sunday they met back up with Karma Hill photography for portraits in Honolua Jungle and Ironwoods Beach in Kapalua. That’s one of our favorite spots for a Maui Trash the Dress!
While they booked their Maui Beach Wedding on whim, their love story is 11 years in the making! They met when they were neighbors in Boston and now they live in California. They’re busy with careers and school, so this vacation was a much-deserved getaway! We loved getting to work with Nadia and Glenn and we wish them all the best as they return home as husband and wife! Congratulations and Warm Aloha!

We plan so many special ceremonies, but Cristina and David’s Maui Destination Wedding was extra special because it’s their second time marrying each other! These two were marred for 20 years before life happened and they went their separate ways. Thankfully life brought them back together, and we can tell that their love is stronger than ever! Their ceremony was the perfect way to celebrate their family uniting again!
It was a beautiful morning at Ironwoods Beach, and their family dressed in tropical pastels that looked perfect with the bright blue water and white sandy beach. Their children walked Cristina to her handsome groom and Kahu Ernest led them in heart-felt vows and a blessing. After the I-Do’s it was time for family pictures, which was so much fun with their wild family. This was their first morning on Maui so they were excited to start their vacation! We are so thankful we got to plan this Maui Destination Wedding and are so excited for the next chapter of Cristina and David’s life together! Congratulations and Warm Aloha!

Having hopped over from Lanai where they live, these two were so excited to celebrate with family at their Maui Beach Wedding. And we couldn’t have asked for a better day for it. Our groom is actually from Maui and has a huge family still living on island so having their wedding here was an easy decision!
Analie and Michael have been together 9 years and have two beautiful daughters, who they were able to include in the ceremony. Aren’t they darling?! We love the life they have built together and love the story of how they met. Analie had called the cops for a property damage complaint and Michale was the cop that came and they just hit it off! What an unexpected way to meet the love of your life, but it’s obvious these two are meant to be together and we are so glad we could be part of their Maui Beach Wedding. We are thrilled we got to be part of this couple’s Maui Destination Wedding! Not only were they super in love, but they were also super fun. Even the story of how they met is great! These two connected while Brianne was bar tending 2 years ago. Marc walking into the bar with his boss at the time, who was present at the wedding. He saw Brianne and told his boss that he was gonna marry that woman someday! And that day finally happened on June 17, 2016 🙂 . And we are so glad we could be part of the planning process and witness it all take place!
Brianne always wanted a destination wedding and Maui was the perfect place for the start of their new adventure. I mean who wouldn’t want to say, “I do” in a setting like this? Not only was it the ideal spot for their ceremony but this couple also decided to have a Maui Trash the Dress session while here!
So they met back up with our sister company, Karma Hill Photography, on their honeymoon. And we love all these photos of them together enjoying their first week as newlyweds! Ironwoods Beach is one of our favorite locations for a Maui Destination Wedding, so we’re thrilled this couple chose this setting for their ceremony. After our bride’s best friend got married at this same spot a couple of years ago, Andrea knew she wanted to have her wedding here as well! And it’s easy to see why 🙂 .
The only guests at Andrea and Christopher’s Maui Destination Wedding were their parents, who were thrilled to be part of their special day. So we’re confident this is a trip they will all treasure forever! How could they not? Especially since they were greeted with such a beautiful sunny evening and a gorgeous sunset on the cliffs! After meeting through a mutual friend 6 years ago, this couple was so excited to get married at a Maui Beach Wedding! And we were thrilled to be part of it. Alejandra and Arnold decided on a destination wedding because it was less stressful than planning one at home. So we were the perfect coordinators for them since keeping things simple and stress free are our specialties!
They also both love to travel, and since neither of them had ever been to Hawaii having a Maui Beach Wedding was extra fun! Plus after getting engaged in Costa Rica how could they not say, “I do” in a another tropical setting? We especially love that our sister company took the most epic portraits of them on the nearby cliffs. What an awesome way to document such an incredible the occasion! This couple chose the perfect location for their Maui Destination Wedding! They decided to have their ceremony on the grassy area just above Maluaka Beach. This way our bride’s father could access it with his wheelchair and they’d still have stunning views with the ocean nearby.
It was important to Corissa that both her dad and Bradley didn’t see the bride until she was walking down the aisle! So even though they all arrived together, the guys were in the front seat keeping their eyes on the road so they wouldn’t see Corissa in her wedding dress. Prior to the ceremony beginning our bride and her father shared a first look moment, which was just the sweetest thing! And then it was finally time for our groom to turn around and see the love of his life walking towards him so they could say, “I do” in paradise.

We love that this bride and groom decided to keep their Maui Beach Wedding small and intimate with just the bride’s mom, and their 2 kids as guests. And we feel so lucky that we got to participate in celebrating this new chapter of their lives! Bryn and Myles have been together 2 years after meeting at the school they both work at. He is the gym teacher and she is the school nurse. Plus to make their story even better, their kids go to the same school where they work! So it’s obvious they all have a tight bond and were excited to seal the deal with a ceremony in Maui.
Bryn actually has family here so she’s visited a bunch of times, but this was Myles first time to the island! But we’re confident it won’t be his last 🙂 . I mean how could these newlyweds possibly stay away? Especially when their Maui Beach Wedding ended with such a magical sunset! With this being a second marriage for both Nikki and Huey, they chose to keep their Maui Beach Wedding intimate and small. Their only guests were the bride’s three kids and the groom’s two daughters, making it a really special occasion. Especially since they are all so close! We love how they were able to include their children in the ceremony, and are confident it’s a day none of them will ever forget!
We love that they chose to have a Maui Beach Wedding because Nikki always said if she got married again it would be at Makena Beach, like her daughter’s name. Huey loves Hawaii so it worked out perfectly! It doesn’t get much better than a wedding in paradise, especially when it ends with a sunset like the one these newlyweds had! It was epic! Stacey and Logan were over the moon with excitement for their Maui Destination Wedding! And it didn’t let them down one bit. Plus they were stoked to find a turtle on the beach during their ceremony. So afterwards they even made sure to get a photo with the turtle in the background!
Stacy immediately declared her love for the turtle and without hesitation named him ‘Terry’ 🙂 . Terry the Turtle, has a nice ring to it don’t you think? One thing’s for sure this was a Maui Destination Wedding to remember. We know our newlyweds won’t be forgetting it anytime soon, and neither will we! In fact these Canadians kept making jokes all evening long about figuring out how to move to Maui! And we’d love to have them here! Working with Hannah and Cody as we helped plan their Maui Destination Wedding was an absolute pleasure. They couldn’t have been sweeter or more in love! After getting ready for her big day, our bride was more than ready to head down to the beach to say, “I do”.
And she sure did look beautiful in a wedding dress by Kenneth Winston. We love when bride’s wear elegant wedding gowns even for ceremonies on the beach! On your wedding day there is no such thing as being overdressed. It was especially touching to witness as Hannah made her way down the aisle and leaned over to her daughter, Naya. After meeting 3 years ago on match.com and coming from Kansas City this couple was more than ready to get married at their Maui Beach Wedding. Jill’s kids are twins and were the maid of honor and best man at their wedding. Making their ceremony even more special than usual! So we’re confident none of them will ever forget this day!
