Simple, elegant, and peaceful are a few words we’d use to describe Josie and David’s special day. Reverend Kuya was the minister, and he performed a heartwarming ceremony. Throughout the sermon, Karma Hill Photography captured the looks of affection and excitement our gorgeous couple shared. Above all, we adore how classic our bride and groom looked! Josie’s sparkly gown was regal and chic, while David’s stormy grey suit was sharp and sophisticated.

Baldwin Beach set the stage for their event, and our beautiful couple couldn’t have chosen a better location! You can see how the ivory sand and foamy sapphire waves create a dreamy backdrop. The sky was full of silky clouds, but you could still see a bit of the sun’s brilliant glow! We like how this North Shore spot had plenty of space for all twenty wedding guests. Everyone spread out along the shoreline and enjoyed the ceremony comfortably!

Our Couple’s Story

This passionate couple’s story began when Josie’s best friend, who was also David’s co-worker, introduced them. When the time was right, David popped the question to Josie on Cannon Beach. Currently, they have five charming kids and two delightful dogs! In their spare time, you can find them spending time with friends and family, cooking, or appreciating the outdoors!

Our radiant newlyweds decided to have a destination wedding in Maui because of David’s strong connection with the islands. Since our handsome groom lived in Oahu as a kid, Hawaii is his happy place! Not to mention, our breathtaking bride loves everything about Maui! They knew this location would be the best spot to join their families and create unforgettable Hawaiian memories with their children.

Our Couple’s Story

Susan and Mike first met one another on a popular online dating website. They chatted on the phone and texted with one another before they met in person. Our delightful couple had their first date on a Tuesday, then had their second on a Thursday. After this, the rest was history! Nine years later, they are still so smitten with each other and can’t believe they found their perfect match!

Our adventurous duo decided to have a Hawaii beach elopement because they’ve been together for so long. More than anything, they wanted their wedding to be about them, so they haven’t told their family and friends yet. Now, they have breathtaking portraits to show when they share the big news with their loved ones!

Why We Adore Their Hawaii Beach Wedding

Intimate, carefree, and enchanting are the first words we think of when we see Marisa and Jason’s special day! When we arrived, we found a secluded corner on the beach for the ceremony. When the time was right, our bride elegantly walked down the shore. Jacob from Manutea Nui E was playing A Thousand Years on his ukulele during Marisa’s grand entrance. The calming tunes made their wedding feel more romantic and magical! 

Our Couple’s Story

Currently, Marisa and Jason have been together for six and a half years! For the past three years, our lovely couple has been living abroad in Ireland. During COVID, they would visit a nearby castle ruin, Kilcrea Castle, to let their kitty explore and get fresh air. One day, they went back to their spot, and Jason popped the question at the top of the tower!

In March 2021, right after they got engaged, they moved back to Oregan. Now, they plan on purchasing a house and starting a new family! The Fun Beach Wedding in Maui

Maluaka Beach set the scene for this occasion! The sun’s enchanting golden hour was setting in, and the blue sky was clear of clouds. Behind our couple was a cerulean ocean with dramatic lava rock formations, creating a breathtaking backdrop! We found a secluded corner on the shore for this event. It was ideal because all the guests spread out and had a magnificent view of the ceremony! As the sun continued to set, its vibrant rays added a dreamy glow to this South Maui spot!

Our Couple’s Story

Melanie is a touring bass player in the Boise, ID area. In 2015, Taylor first met Melanie at one of her shows in downtown Boise. When the concert was over, he approached her at the merchandise booth, and they chatted for a while! They had their first date on August 5, 2015! Then, on May 17, 2021, Taylor proposed on the patio of their favorite Mexican spot with the soft sunset above them. It was just like their Maui beach wedding: low-key, sweet, and simple!

Our lovely couple dressed flawlessly for their special day! Taylor is handsome in his navy blue suit, and we adore how bohemian our bride looks! Melanie’s lace gown is ethereal, the updo is timeless, and makeup is natural. Overall, Melanie’s chic outfit and Taylor’s stylish attire pair together flawlessly!

Our Couple’s Story

Brooke and Matt’s story began when they met at a hospital they worked together at in Austin, Texas. Then two years later, they moved to Portland, Oregon, to be closer to family. Matt popped the question to Brooke in October 2020 in front of her sister’s family and their dogs! It was a special moment for our lovely couple because their four-legged friends were part of it!

Currently, Brooke is a Registered Nurse, and Matt is an Emergency Room Doctor. They have three dogs but plan to have more someday! Our splendid couple stayed at The Fairmont. When they were ready, they walked down and met one another on the beach path outside the resort. We adore how intimate and romantic this event was! There were no grand entrances or guests in attendance. Instead, our stunning bride and groom started the ceremony standing before the minister, Rev. Kuya. It was a simply beautiful wedding, and we’re glad Keshendree and Gerard got to savor it together.

Our captivating couple had a great experience planning their special day. The Simple Maui Wedding team exceeded their expectations, and their photographer, Manelle, fulfilled every request! Why We Love Their Beach Wedding in Maui

One of the sweetest things about this ceremony is how our beautiful couple incorporated their children. Aaron stood at the front with his two ten-year-old sons; while Andrea walked down the shore with her ten-year-old son. We like how we found a secluded corner on Ironwoods Beach for the occasion. The dramatic lava rocks, ivory sand, and ultramarine water created an enchanting scene! You can see the golden sun decorating the sky brilliantly and making every color more vivid. Most importantly, our delightful newlyweds look stunning!

Our Couple’s Story

Andrea and Aaron’s story began when they met online. They were previously married and didn’t think it would happen again. But when our cute couple met, there was no denying they found the one! While they were together, Aaron would ask Andrea to marry him every day! Then, finally, Andrea told him the proposal didn’t count until she had a ring. So Aaron drove her to the jewelry shop and asked Andrea to pick out her favorite ring! Our lovely couple says they couldn’t imagine getting engaged any other way!

Currently, Andrea manages a Credit Union Branch, and Aaron works in the HVAC industry. They are a charming blended family with Aaron’s twin boys and Andrea’s son. A lot of their free time goes to kid’s sports and the boy’s activities! Above all, this getaway was their first time on the island. And we’re glad this family of four made it special with a beach wedding in Maui!
