Susan has always dreamt of getting married in paradise. At first, she thought about Kauai, but Mike made the best decision and chose Maui! Susan and Mike told us their wedding day was magical! Everything was great, from the exquisite location to our phenomenal team helping them every step of the way. Emmy, their onsite coordinator, made them feel like family by assisting our gorgeous couple in any way she could!

Then Susan and Mike got to have a few laughs with Tenessa, their photographer from Karma Hill Photography. And Rev. Kimo Kirkman, their officiant, walked them through every detail of the ceremony before starting! Each person had a part in making their wedding day go smoothly, so our stunning duo got to relish in their moment!

The Location For Their Hawaii Beach Elopement

Southside Beach set the scene for this event! We like this destination because it has a long shoreline ideal for weddings and a variety of picturesque scenery! The light golden sand, cerulean waves, and vivid green foliage decorate the background splendidly. Above all, our favorite thing about this location is the enchanting sunset! You can see the sun’s brilliant glow and the delicate hues across the sky in every shot.

CJ from Manutea Nui E played to the mood during Susan and Mike’s first dance. His tranquil ukulele melodies made their initial moment as husband and wife so romantic!

Our Couple’s Story

Susan and Mike first met one another on a popular online dating website. They chatted on the phone and texted with one another before they met in person. Our delightful couple had their first date on a Tuesday, then had their second on a Thursday. After this, the rest was history! Nine years later, they are still so smitten with each other and can’t believe they found their perfect match!

Our adventurous duo decided to have a Hawaii beach elopement because they’ve been together for so long. More than anything, they wanted their wedding to be about them, so they haven’t told their family and friends yet. Now, they have breathtaking portraits to show when they share the big news with their loved ones!
