The day was spectacular, and the setting at Gather was just right. Lyka made an incredible entrance in her grand gown, looking every bit the radiant bride. Her beautiful veil and elegant tiara added a touch of timeless elegance, making her look like a queen. Matthew’s broad smile when he saw his bride was a heartwarming moment, capturing the love and excitement of the day.

The tropical arch where they exchanged vows added an island touch to their ceremony, perfectly complementing the lush scenery around them. The atmosphere was filled with love, happiness, and promises of the future. It was a lovely, intimate gathering of friends and family, all there to celebrate Matthew and Lyka’s love story!

Carsyn and Gavin’s Maui venue wedding day was a delightful celebration of love and dreams coming true. The couple’s story began during their freshman year at Baylor University. A mutual friend, who was in Carsyn’s introductory computer science class and also Gavin’s roommate, brought them together. Their connection was instant, and after two and a half years of dating, Gavin orchestrated a wild goose chase with the help of their friends, leading Carsyn to the lake where they had their first date. There, he surprised her with a proposal on a beautiful day she’ll never forget!

Choosing Maui for their wedding was a dream come true for Carsyn and Gavin. They wanted a beautiful venue to host an intimate ceremony with their close family, and Maui offered just that. Additionally, the island presented the perfect opportunity for them to learn how to surf, combining their wedding and honeymoon into one unforgettable adventure! Our beautiful couple chose the breathtaking Wailea Beach Resort for their big day. This stunning venue offers privacy, ocean front lawn, and spectacular sunset views!

The wedding day was nothing short of incredible. The serene beauty of island provided the perfect backdrop as Carsyn and Gavin exchanged vows surrounded by their loved ones. The atmosphere was filled with joy, love, and a sense of magic that made the day even more special. Their friends and family were there to share in the celebration, adding to the warmth and happiness of the occasion! Their families couldn’t have been more proud!

Though friends at first, it wasn’t until college that they realized their feelings for each other. Aren’s romantic proposal in downtown Chicago, aboard a boat on the Chicago River, set the stage for a lifetime of shared adventures. Choosing Maui for their wedding was a natural decision. Alexis’s love for Hawaii’s beauty sold Aren on Maui as the perfect wedding location.

When Eric first saw Tracie you could tell he was stunned by how incredibly beautiful his bride was. His smile was filled with so much emotion it was truely infectious. Tracie and Eric’s love for eachother was unmistakable on their special day. Their happines was contagious, creating an atmosphere of love that touched everyone present. After vows were exchanged Reverend Kuya blew the conch shell and they were pronounced husband and wife, and the bride and groom had their first kiss as newlyweds.

Izabella and Nikolas’ Maui venue wedding day was a perfect blend of romance, beauty, and joyful celebration. Both business owners, Nikolas is a clothing reseller and Izabella is a full-time mama and brow artist. Their lives are filled with precious family moments with their beautiful boy and fur baby. Choosing an intimate wedding in Maui was a no-brainer for them, wanting a peaceful, quiet, and picturesque setting away from the hustle and bustle of the Bay Area! So, we were delighted to make that dream come true!

Their love story began in third grade, blossoming into a deep friendship by eighth grade. On the night of their eighth-grade graduation, Nikolas asked Izabella out, and they’ve been together ever since. How sweet is that?! It’s not often we hear of such a long love story like these two! Fast forward to a surprise dinner at a live jazz restaurant, Nikolas proposed, and of course, Izabella said yes! So, without further adieu, keep reading to see more!

Ocean Front Elegance

Their wedding day at Makani Point, a Wailea Beach Resort overlooking the ocean, was nothing short of breathtaking! The venue, with its stunning ocean views, provided the perfect romantic backdrop for their special day. The serene beauty of the location captured the essence of their love and the intimate atmosphere they desired.

Izabella and Nikolas exuded relaxed elegance, their looks perfectly complementing the mesmerizing sky and tranquil surroundings. The ceremony was filled with heartfelt moments, their joy and love radiating through every glance and smile. Lastly, it was a day of pure magic, where every detail came together to create an unforgettable experience!

After the ceremony, the newlyweds headed to the beach for some stunning portraits. The sky is painted with mesmerizing colors adding to the romantic and enchanting ambiance. Tien and Jacqueline’s Maui venue wedding day at the Andaz Resort in Maui was a delightful celebration filled with joy, love, and the warmth of friends and family. Their journey began at a dental school’s welcome weekend in April 2019, where they quickly hit it off over dinner at the same restaurant. Their bond grew stronger over the summer, and by the time school started, they were inseparable.

Fast forward to May 2023, Tien and Jacqueline graduated, moved to Dallas, and began their careers in dentistry. Jacqueline practices as a general dentist, while Tien is completing his residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD). In their free time, they enjoy being homebodies with their four cats, dining out, playing pickleball, and binge-watching the latest shows and movies! Two peas in a pod! So we were delighted when they contacted us to coordinate their special day! Re-live their beautiful celebration through these highlights below!

Tropical Elegance Done Right

Their proposal story is as enchanting as their wedding. Tien surprised Jacqueline with a proposal at Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago, using a ring his mother bought for him when he was four years old, reset in a simple golden band. How touching is that?! Just about the sweetest thing we’ve ever heard!

Choosing an intimate Maui wedding, they exchanged vows on the beautiful Laule’a 3 Lawn at Andaz Resort, marked by a stunning greenery arch. And of course the star of this site, the old-growth Kiawe tree! The ceremony was intimate and beautiful, reflecting their desire for a special moment shared with loved ones without the stress of a large, extravagant event..exactly what Simple Maui Wedding does best!

Jacqueline looked exquisite in her minimalist wedding dress, and Tien was handsome in a classic tux. They both were a sight to behold against the tropical greenery! Their happiness was contagious, radiating through every portrait… The newlywed portraits by the beach were especially romantic, capturing their love in the most picturesque setting. The sun, sea, and their glowing smiles made for truly unforgettable moments they will surely never forget! Our sweet couple were also blessed with an incredibly sublime sunset as you’ll see below!

Justine and Dillon’s Maui beach wedding was a joyful celebration of two beautiful souls coming together! From the moment they set foot on the sandy shores, it was filled with love and light. As a nurse and a critical care nurse respectively, Justine and Dillon lead busy lives filled with compassion and dedication to their work. But amidst their hectic schedules, they found solace in each other’s company. They are totally opposites but complement each other perfectly in all the best ways! With four years of love and commitment under their belts, they knew they were ready to take the next step in their journey together.

The decision to have a destination wedding in Maui was an easy one. Drawn to the idea of a beach wedding, Dillon’s enthusiasm for it was infectious, and soon Justine was on board too! With its breathtaking scenery and tranquil atmosphere, Maui seemed like the perfect backdrop for their special day. We were honored to bring their reality to life! Keep reading to see more!

Happiest Day

And what an incredible day it was! With the crystal-clear waters of the Pacific Ocean stretching out before them at Kahana Beach, Justine and Dillon exchanged heartfelt vows surrounded by their closest friends and family.

Justine looked absolutely radiant in her gown, adorned with vibrant florals that perfectly complemented the stunning ocean backdrop. As Dillon caught sight of his bride walking towards him, his jaw dropped in awe—a truly priceless moment!

After sealing their love with a kiss, Justine and Dillon took some breathtaking newlywed portraits by the water. The ethereal light of the setting sun added an extra touch of romance to the scene, capturing the sheer joy and love radiating from the newlyweds! They also included a beautiful memorial to Justine’s mother who passed last year. We know she was there in spirit celebrating right with her beautiful daughter…

As they held each other close, Justine and Dillon knew that these moments would be treasured forever. It was a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories—a perfect beginning to their happily ever after!
