Sarah and Alisha’s Maui Wedding was kissed with the island sun and a cool, tropical breeze. Alisha is a beach lover at heart and always wanted to get married by the sea. So our couple figured, what better way to make that dream come true than in Hawaii! Gathered on the 5 Palms lawn, guests were treated to a panoramic view of the turquoise ocean and the endless Maui sky. The only thing better was the heartwarming scene of Sarah and Alisha tying their beautiful lives together by saying, “I do.”

Our Couples Story

Sarah and Alisha began their journey two years ago to the day. Not only does their wedding mark their own anniversary, but it also marks the 46th anniversary of Sarah’s parents. It’s a blessing and fortunate sign that Sarah and Alisha share their special date with a strong and affectionate couple. We’re certain that Sarah and Alisha’s marriage will be just as solid and loving. 

Interestingly enough, our couple also shares this date with National Margarita Day. Regardless of whether or not they got margaritas after the ceremony, they’re obviously punch-drunk in love! Milenne and Tom’s relationship started as a secret office romance and bloomed into a deep and genuine love story. Their Beach Wedding in Maui featured warm sunshine, happy smiles, and the gentle sounds of the churning ocean. Hailing from California, Milenne and Tom fell in love with Maui during their first visit several years back. The scenery, the sights and sounds, and above all, the Aloha spirit captivated their hearts. So when it came time to select a special spot to tie the knot, Milenne and Tom knew it had to be on the shores of Maui.

The Maui Beach Wedding Location

With dancing palms and a typically calm and vibrant ocean backdrop, Polo beach was the perfect stage for Milenne and Tom’s Big Day. Located in Wailea, this shoreline boasts powdery golden sand and a lava rock outcropping. The Maui sun did her thing, and our couple glowed against the tropical scenery. 

Our Couple’s Story

Tom is employed in the automotive sector and Milenne works in finance. They were both employees in the same office when they met, so their relationship had to be kept a secret. It started with casual glances and grew into long gazes. Eager to get to know her better, Tom began making intentional errors on invoices, knowing Milenne would come looking for him to correct the numbers. Luckily for him, he got the most important estimate right–Milenne was interested! 

After switching to new workplaces, they were able to take their relationship public–and to a variety of places to eat! Milenne and Tom cherish sharing meals together. They say, “We love to experience different cultures through our stomachs!” Whether it’s a home-cooked meal whipped up by Tom’s skilled hand, or a restaurant for foreign cuisine, Mileene and Tom are just excited to share the experience together.

How beautiful is this bride?! If we had to guess, the only things filling Milenne and Tom’s stomachs during their special day were butterflies! And maybe a little bit of cake.

For Zoey and Jasper’s Maui Beach Elopement, the island brought her A-game! The sky at Maluaka Beach was vivid and the breeze from the ocean was warm and salty. Boats drifted on the sweeping horizon as the couple said “I do.” There’s no question that Zoey and Jasper’s love is eternal. 

The Maui Beach Elopement Location

Maluaka Beach is a stretch of white sand just past Wailea. Zoey and Jasper were glowing against the gentle waters and lush, tropical backdrops. With the silhouettes of Kahoʻolawe and Lanai fading against the horizon and the rolling greenery of Makena Hill, their Maui Beach Elopement was filled with the natural beauty of the island. It was a suiting spot for such a naturally beautiful couple.

Our Couple’s Story

When Zoey received a friend request from Jasper on Facebook, she had no idea it would lead to marriage. At just fourteen, these two were busy with high school academics… but there’s no waiting for love! When it happens, it happens! And soon, Zoey and Jasper knew they’d found their person. 

They both love hiking, so Jasper set up a very special hike to the top of Mt. Ebert. He invited his brother to join them, but Zoey was in the dark that bro was just the designated photographer. Once they reached the top, Jasper popped the question. She, of course, said yes. We’re pretty sure it wasn’t just the mountain that made them both feel like they were on top of the world.

It was impossible not to feel the love radiating from this adorable couple during their Maui Beach Elopement–Jasper even carried Zoey down to the beach! Their genuine smiles and handwritten vows were the sweetest thing! Keep scrolling for all the bubbly and endearing love from this special couple!

The Rustic Hawaiian Ruins at Trinity by the Sea were flooded with tropical blooms and island fruit for Myra and Adrien’s Hawaii Venue Wedding. The pops of color and luau-like atmosphere did not disappoint! Subtle overcast lighting and a refreshing breeze greeted the guests and our spectacular bride and groom. We are so blessed to work in the Hawaii wedding industry because we get to meet amazing couples from near and far–and in Myra and Adrien’s case, just around the mountain! 

The Hawaii Venue Wedding

The Rustic Hawaiian Ruins is one of our newest venue additions. Ancient coral bricks and authentic structural design bring the spirit of old Hawaii to life. With a rustic wooden cross towering in the backdrop and only the gentle sky above, this Maui wedding venue perfectly melds the traditional church setting with authentic Hawaii.

Myra and Adrien selected our Styled Rustic Hawaiian Set-Up– or, in other words, we decked out their Hawaii Venue Wedding with all the beauty of the tropics! Lush blooms and island fruit made gorgeous stand-ins for the traditional white-wedding decor.      

Our Couple’s Story

Both born and raised on Maui, Myra and Adrien fit perfectly together. And it doesn’t hurt that they also get fit together! These two love a good workout! Myra and Adrien met through mutual friends, and for their first date, they broke a sweat at the gym.

When Adrien felt the time was right, he arranged for a couple’s hike up the Wainee Ridge… but the workout wasn’t the only reason Adrien was sweating. Once they got to the top, he popped the big question! And clearly, from their sweet reactions during the I do’s, this couple is strong in so many ways.

Rachel & Michael’s initial wedding plan didn’t include a Maui elopement. They originally planned to get married in their home state of Minnesota. With the pandemic all around them and many family members being too high-risk to attend a wedding they decided an elopement in Maui was sounding pretty amazing!! We couldn’t agree more. There will be many years to come where you can celebrate with friends and family but this day, was just for you two!!

How Did They Meet?

Rachel & Michael had an instant connection when they first met. Like so many other couples they met in the world of online dating. They shared many messages and talks on the phone and both knew that there was something there. Once they finally were able to meet in person they were never again apart!

They have enjoyed many firsts together like their first vacation, their first puppy, who is a Siberian Husky named Captain, their first (and hopefully only) pandemic! lol! These two have really created a special bond and it means the world to us that they continued their story on the beaches of Maui.

What a special day we had with Saleena & Todd! Their Maui venue wedding was absolutely stunning in every way and we’re so excited to relive it here with you through photos!

The Steeple House in Kapalua offers a private setting while still overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The bridal suite provided a cool setting for Saleena to put the final touches before her walk down the aisle. She looked so gorgeous and we really loved capturing all her beauty and excitement. She walked out of the Steeple House to the ceremony setting where Todd and her friends and family awaited her arrival. Their stunning ceremony was officiated by Saleena’s brother which made the vows even more special. Afterward they all celebrated with group portraits and some cake!!

This photo really portrays the setting for Saleena & Todd’s outdoor wedding experience. It was a beautiful event shared with family and friends with a gorgeous blue ocean in the background while being surrounded by warm temperatures and a beautiful green landscape.

The

Saleena & Todd’s hook up was such a sweet (and direct) story. Saleena’s mom actually hooked the two up! She went right up to Todd in the shop they worked together at and asked if he was single? Mom got his number for Saleena so she texted him later that week. The two have been inseparable ever since! Thanks mom!! Nice work!

Saleena & Todd decided that on their wedding day they wanted a few portraits of the two of them but it was also very important for them to celebrate with their family. They chose to add on another 1 hour session the very next day so that they could get some more memorable shots just the two of them. We really enjoyed having the extra time with them, they were relaxed, happy, and looking amazing for their portraits!!

When Makayla and Kevin met at the flooring store they worked at, they would never guess they would build their own hardwood flooring business together as well as their family! This sweet couple has two adorable girls that loved seeing mom and dad all dressed up getting married. We loved being a part of their Maui venue wedding and were happy that we could create a romantic intimate day for them and their family.

Makayla and Kevin were planning on a big wedding back home in San Diego but obviously, that became impossible, so they re-focused and decided an intimate wedding in Maui would be a lovely way to get married and still make it special. We could not agree more, Maui is the perfect place to host a small wedding while creating beautiful memories.

Makayla wanted to do a first look with her dad before the ceremony. We just love this! Look at the expression on his face when he sees his little girl for the first time as a bride! He happiness and joy on his face is priceless.

Erin & Jono met by chance back in 2016 at Baja Cantina where Erin was Jono’s waitress! It may have taken a few attempts to actually get Erin on board but eventually, she fell for him too! We feel so fortunate to have met this sweet pair and honored to be a part of their Maui elopement!

A shared love for cycling brought them together with many conversations (and challenges) to talk about. He biked to the restaurant they met at and Erin asked “Oh yeah, how far?” to which he replied “5 miles!” “Psh that’s nothing” she replied. “I bike 10 miles to and from here every day!” It was that moment Jono KNEW this was the girl for him! They have shared many biking trips together and moved across the country. Through all of their adventures, their love for each other has grown stronger each day.

There is absolutely nothing like a brides smile on her wedding day! Erin looked stunning and her smile and laughter says it all! We found ourselves smiling ear to ear as we were looking through the photos. Talk about contagious smile…. check out Erin and her all gorgeousness!!

Erin & Jono really enjoyed dancing on their wedding day! There was multiple times while we were photographing that their happiness just exuded from them so much that they bust a move!!!

Katelyn & Lance were such a joy to work with! Their love began long after their first meeting but once they knew, they knew!! They work for the same large company and met a few years prior to them dating during a work event. They had no idea at the time that their paths would cross again at another work event and the stars would align, but they did! Today, they celebrate the love that grew with a Maui beach wedding!

Lance has 3 kids that unfortunately couldn’t make it to their Maui wedding due to Covid, but they are thrilled with their “bonus Mom” Katelyn! This sweet couple has a wonderful future ahead of them and we are just honored to be a part of their story!

Lance’s parents come to Maui for a few weeks out of every year and they were blessed to be able to join them for their ceremony. The couple brought their own family officiant and Lance’s dad also said a few words during their very personal ceremony.

Lance proposed to his beautiful bride at a beautiful indoor pool at a hotel in Virginia Beach. He talked with security who allowed him to wait until the pool was closed to get some privacy and he popped the question! Love it!!

Narges & Taylor are a sweet couple, all the way from Wisconsin. They decided the intimacy of a Maui beach elopement was the best way to share their love! Kanaha is a gorgeous white sand beach perfect for Maui elopements. It’s quiet, beautiful, and the perfect spot for this ceremony on the beach.

Reverend Kuya officiated their wedding offering such a genuine and heartfelt ceremony. His words are so deep and meaningful and even shared in the dance at the end to celebrate. Scroll down to check it out the full Maui elopement!

Even though they eloped, Narges and Taylor still were able to have their friends and family participate by adding on our “virtually there” package. Their ceremony was live streamed for their loved ones to watch as it happened in real time, how special! It was also available to watch on demand a few hours after the ceremony for anyone who missed it 🙂

Although the beach was mostly empty, they still got some love from passing by paddlers cheering for the newlywed couple! We love it when everyone joins in on the celebration to wish the bride and groom congratulations! It really shares the love of the island and shows just how much Aloha people in Maui really have.

Abigail & Cody are a fun and carefree couple all the way from Louisiana!! They live on a farm back home and joked during their wedding that they came from the farm to paradise for their ceremony!! Maui shared with them its true paradise with a gorgeous pastel sunset and heavenly weather during their Maui venue wedding!

Abigail and Cody began dating in college. They were introduced to each other by mutual friends, and the rest is history really! They enjoy the outdoors, horseback riding, hiking, ATV’s, and really just love life as a couple. It means so much to have someone to share lifes joys with and that’s just what these two have found! 5 Palms is such a beautiful Maui venue wedding location that fronts Keawekapu Beach. We do lots of weddings here with larger guest counts but it truly is perfect for an elopement as well!
