This couple met by chance online and fell for each other instantaneously! And their Maui Beach Wedding was even on their 1 year anniversary. Sara and Sean chose Maui for the simplicity and vacation all in one! Our bride had been here before, but this was our groom’s first time, and it’s safe to say they will be back 🙂 . When planning their special day, they described their wedding as casual and fun. Which is what we are all about!
During their vows, Sean mentioned he really didn’t see himself getting married anytime soon but after meeting Sara he just knew right away she was the one for him! What a beautiful reminder that love at first meeting does exist. Their dedication for each other was truly inspiring! It was really important to Sara to share their ceremony with those closest to them, so they gathered a beautiful and intimate half-circle around them that was full of tears, laughter and so much love! This bride and groom were so fun to work with for their Maui Venue Wedding! They were really excited to get married and just have a good relaxing time. Which we love! It was easy to see by the expressions on their faces during the ceremony that they make each other incredibly happy. And we especially love how ecstatic their wedding guests were as they celebrated these two being pronounced husband and wife!
Prior to their reception starting our sister company snuck off with these recently newlyweds to take the most gorgeous wedding portraits! They even made their way down to the beach for a few shots before returning to cut their cake and toast with loved ones. One thing’s for sure, this truly was a Maui Venue Wedding to remember! On a beautiful afternoon at the Four Seasons, Fiorella and Joseph, gathered with loved ones to have the Maui Destination Wedding of their dreams. Before the ceremony started our bride shared a first look moment with her father, prior to him walking her down the aisle. We love that they were able to enjoy this quite time alone before the wedding festivities began!
As soon as Joseph saw Fiorella making her way towards him the most peaceful look came across his face. It’s obvious these two are head over heels for each other! So we have no doubts they will have the most amazing lives together as husband and wife 🙂 . With this being a second marriage for both Nikki and Huey, they chose to keep their Maui Beach Wedding intimate and small. Their only guests were the bride’s three kids and the groom’s two daughters, making it a really special occasion. Especially since they are all so close! We love how they were able to include their children in the ceremony, and are confident it’s a day none of them will ever forget!
We love that they chose to have a Maui Beach Wedding because Nikki always said if she got married again it would be at Makena Beach, like her daughter’s name. Huey loves Hawaii so it worked out perfectly! It doesn’t get much better than a wedding in paradise, especially when it ends with a sunset like the one these newlyweds had! It was epic! We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect way to start our day than with a Maui Beach Elopement! And these grooms are couple goals for sure. Ashton and Kent are southern boys raised in rural North Carolina. They attended the same college but didn’t meet until Ashton moved to Kent’s home county to teach. Ashton teaches chorus and drama while Kent teaches english at the local high schools. They both love music, plays and drama and their English Bulldog, Shoal. And even though he couldn’t be at their ceremony in person our sister company photoshopped a photo of Shoal onto the beach as an added bonus! How cool is that?!
Whenever they go to weddings they judge the desserts so they had to have cake at their Maui Beach Elopement even though it was just the two of them! When we got to Po’olenalena Beach we thought it might rain but the sun quickly came out and we never saw even a drop of rain. Watching as they exchanged personal vows to each other was the sweetest thing! The love they share is truly inspiring. Surrounded by loved ones, including Aaron’s two sons Jack and Max, this bride and groom were so excited to say, “I do” at their Maui Destination Wedding. We were thrilled when Bria and Michael’s Maui Destination Wedding day finally arrived! Not only was it a beautiful day, but it was also full of excitement. This bride knew she wanted to get married at Poolenalena Beach for two years! So you can imagine how happy she was to finally say, “I do ” on this sandy shore.
And this location definitely didn’t disappoint! I mean just look at it! There was an extra high tide during their ceremony and just before they exchanged leis, a wave surged up almost wetting Bria’s dress. So we quickly moved the ceremony near a tree further inshore. With loved ones, including Bria’s daughter Kaylee standing nearby, this bride and groom were more than ready to get married!
After their first kiss, Bria’s sister played “Under the Sea” from the Little Mermaid. And then it was time for wedding portraits prior to a celebratory dinner at Nick’s Fishmarket. Where Bria had her first Goldfish cracker snacks after a year and a half of being on a paleo diet! We loved watching her celebrate in this simple yet enjoyable way 🙂 . The festive ocean theme of this Maui Destination Wedding made for a very memorable evening for all. After being together for 10 years, Kelsie and Nathan were so excited to get married at a Maui Destination Wedding! They’re from Australia and love Maui. So this was the perfect spot for them to say, “I do”. And we are so glad their family and friends were able to join them for this special occasion!
We could not have asked for a more incredible day for this Maui Destination Wedding! The lighting was perfect and the evening ended with the most amazing sunset. But that’s not all that caught our attention. This bride and groom’s wedding styling was also absolute perfection! Kelsie looked stunning in a wedding dress by Natalie Rolt. And Nathan looked dashing in a white button-up paired with classy yet casual khaki’s. Perfect for a ceremony on the beach! Well done you two 🙂 .

Being part of this couple’s Maui Beach Wedding was a pleasure! We loved helping them make this special day every bit as special as their relationship! Engaged in Paris and Maui’d in Hawaii Brittany and Rico were on a mission to start their marriage full of adventure and beautiful memories. Gathered together with both their moms their ceremony was very intimate, full of tears and heartfelt smiles.
Visiting Hawaii from Michigan for the first time made their trip extra special! They were so excited by all of the breathtaking sunsets, especially the one they had at their Maui Beach Wedding. We had the best time working with Dania and Lonnie as we helped them plan and prepare for the Maui Beach Wedding of their dreams. From the moment we met our bride it was easy to see why Lonnie fell for her! Her hair and makeup were done in Salon 253’s studio right below our office so we got to get a sneak peek before heading to the beach. She was so sweet and excited to be getting married in just a couple of hours!
The smile on her face as she made her entrance with her parents and nieces holding the train of her wedding dress, says it all! As she made her way over to her groom, these two were more than ready to say, “I do”. Due to a higher tide than usual, we chose a location further up on the beach to stay clear of the waves. However just as our couple was sharing their first kiss, an extra long reaching wave skid over their toes. Causing our newlyweds to react with surprise and laughter!
We’re so glad Dania’s brother was filming on an old 8 mm camera and our sister company, Karma Hill Photography was also there to capture the emotion from this ceremony. We know moments like this are the ones they will forever remember from their Maui Beach Wedding and we’re so glad we were able to witness it!
